《Original Wolf - (The Originals)》58 Niklaus's Rampage

Niklaus found the burnt remains of his hidden spot where he hid the white oak stake. Not only was it taken, but all his other hidden possessions were either taken or burned down as well.
Niklaus was extremely angry and needed an outlet, the closest to him at the moment though was the werewolves. Not thinking about Nevan or Hayley, he made his way over to unleash his anger and sate his growing bloodthirst.
Once he wanted nothing more than to have a hybrid army, but lately, the wolves have been more of a problem.
With Nevan showing up, he almost completely gave up the idea of a hybrid army, it was still in the back of his mind, but the chances of doing anything about it now was extremely thin if he couldn't be the one in command.
He didn't like the idea of Nevan swooping in and taking the army he's built right from under him with that weird pressure he could exert over the wolves, including himself despite being a hybrid.
So if he couldn't have a wolf army then no one will, it would also mean one less threat.
Niklaus appeared in the werewolves territory catching a couple of beta's off guard who was chatting together, ripping their hearts out.
He proceeded to kill the 6 others who were nearby, they stood no chance against him as he zoomed from one group to the next, whenever a group got the chance to send their attacks to him, he easily blocked them and started ripping off body parts, arms, legs, and heads, feasting every once in a while to fuel is blood rage.
"Jackson! Jackson! Niklaus is here and he's slaughtering us."
Jackson who was sitting at the cabin stood up eyes glowing red as he said- "Show me where."
The other alphas were becoming aware of the situation as well although Jackson was the closest and it would take a bit of time for the others to show up.
Jackson was truly infuriated when he came upon the scene of his people shredded into pieces, body parts laid all over the place as if a meat grinder swept through.

They didn't even have many left, the other alphas were actually out recruiting new members to make up for their dwindling numbers.
Jackson saw Niklaus who was feasting on one of his recent kills- "Niklaus! You crazy bastard, do you even care that this will make Hayley hate you forever." he growled out in anger
Niklaus stopped feeding as he let the body drop dead and turned to look at Jackson, the man Hayley has been spending a lot of time with as of late, another threat.
Niklaus smirked- "Come now, Jackson is it? I'm sure Hayley will get over this like everything else, do you even know why she's with my family, to begin with?"
Jackson didn't care about anything he said though, he was breathing heavily as his anger was shooting through the roof, his eyes glowing red which gave a Niklaus a very familiar, hateful feeling.
Niklaus frowning now at being reminded of Nevan just received all the justification he needed to wipe them all out, if he was teaching them how to suppress him, then they couldn't be allowed to live.
Niklaus- "I see Nevan has been teaching you much, but I'll make sure that all comes to an end now."
Jackson let out a dark laugh- "You have no idea." who then charged towards Niklaus who also charged towards him.
Jackson shifted into his black werewolf form, standing a little over a foot above Niklaus in height.
This completely caught Niklaus off guard, he thought only Nevan could turn into such a monster, the shock made him hesitate as Jackson came barreling into him with glowing red eyes.
Jackson mounted him and swiped with his right arm sending a gash across Niklaus's face. This woke Niklaus up as he realized he was in a situation he wasn't prepared for, he used all his strength to push Jacking off him which only sent him a couple of feet away as he got back to his feet.
Jackson's raw strength still couldn't compare to Original vampires, especially a hybrid like Niklaus who was stronger than the regular ones, not counting his stepfather.

Jackson's werewolf form however at least allowed him to stand his ground well enough so he wasn't easily slaughtered.
Unknown to him, he was radiating a bit of alpha pressure which had some effect on Niklaus who was growing furious at feeling it.
Niklaus realizing he was stronger than Jackson, knew he had to kill him now, he couldn't allow more monsters like Nevan running around.
Niklaus who was much faster sped towards Jackson who let out a roar as he prepared himself, swiping his claws towards the incoming Niklaus who dodged them and sent a punch to Jackson's midsection which pushed him back a bit.
Niklaus followed up and started to focus on the kill as he charged forward again avoiding all incoming swipes and unleash a barrage of punches at Jackson's exposed sides.
Even though Jackson couldn't hit him anymore, he had to keep swinging to help prevent an uncontested beat down, each swing allowed him some breather as Niklaus dodged it, before he came back in and started beating Jackson again.
Niklaus seeing him wear down, dodged the next swipe, but this time came in and gave him a hard kick sending Jackson flying back into a tree that broke as he landed against it.
Exhausted he fell to his hands and knees panting like a dog, as Niklaus cautiously stalked towards him.
Jackson sensing him within range lunged out with all the strength he had left, the extra speed he hasn't shown before was just enough to catch Niklaus off guard again as they were fastest when they lunged.
He landed on top of Niklaus as he sunk his jaw into his right shoulder missing his head that he intended to bite off.
Niklaus let out a painful scream as he yelled- "Get off me you worthless dog!"
Jackson knew he couldn't let go otherwise he would be beaten to death.
Niklaus was trying his best to pry the jaws open at first, but it was a death grip that he wasn't going to let go of easily, so he changed tactics and shoved his arm into his chest intending to rip out his heart, but the awkward position and the werewolf's change in physiology made him miss the heart on his first try.
Jackson feeling the danger and realizing he just got lucky let go and jumped away grunting in pain as the arm that was in his chest was pulled out.
Jackson now on one knee as he was far too tired to even stand at the moment was barely keeping conscious after all the beatings he just received and the new hole in his chest that was healing slowly.
With no more stamina, he was on his last legs as he lost his transformation reverting to human.
Niklaus was doing much better even with the bite, he received little damage overall- "Well that was a valiant effort, but all good things must come to an end, this time next year will be the anniversary of the day the wolves were wiped out of New Orleans for good."
Jackson- "You are an evil bastard Niklaus, Hayley won't let you get away with this.
Niklaus just smirked as he started making his way to finish him off.
Jackson thought of something else to make him hesitate- "Nevan won't let you get away with this."
Niklaus did stop briefly but continued as he stood before Jackson who was back on his feet to meet his end with what dignity he could find.
Niklaus- "I'll find a way to kill him and then he too will join you." He readied himself to plunge his hand into his chest when suddenly he had a wooden stake driven into his back.
Screaming out in fear as he felt it pierce his heart, hoping that it at least wasn't the white oak stake.
"I see not even the wolves want anything to do with you, I told you, boy, you're an abomination that needs to be killed off."

Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.
