《Original Wolf - (The Originals)》26 Old Pack Members

Rebekah felt the woods seemed bleaker, with a heavy gloom settled over it as she walked in her human form behind Nevan who was in his Noblesse form, leading the way towards his old pack members. She could feel him change into a more gloomy mood as they continued to walk, at first he was excited and happy about his change, discovery all its new uses.
Now that the initial excitement faded he could think more clearly about what happened to him and what it means. Rebekah didn't like seeing him tense as she looked down to his hands that he was flexing in and out, ready to strike out at a moment's notice.
Rebekah- "Husband...Nevan!...Tell me what's wrong, you were so happy while you were practicing, what's changed?"
Nevan came to a dead stop after she asked, He looked at his claws, before clenching them and turning around showing a somewhat pale ugly expression on his face. Rebekah seeing this ran up to him and embraced him in a hug asking again- "Please tell me what's wrong."
Nevan feeling somewhat guilty for worrying her trying to laugh it off replied- "Haha, nothing to worry about my dear, It's just that I finally realized I'm no longer a true wolf." Feeling even more depressed after having voiced it out.
Tightening her hug she refuted him- "You're still a wolf, maybe not in the same sense as you were, now your something better, you evolved into something better."
Nevan finding comfort in what she said, patted her back as he whispered, "Thanks."
Turning his mood around in a flash, much to Rebekah's surprise, he started grinning as he took the lead again to find his old pack members. "Hey isn't that a bit too quick of a mood change?" she asked feeling like she got tricked.
Nevan laughing it off- "My dear, once you've been alive as long as me, you learn to adapt quickly or wallow in despair, all though I'm still afraid to turn into a wolf again, I expect from now on it will feel like an uncomfortable skin like the rest and that does scare me, after all it was my true form for over a million years."
Rebekah still sensing his anxiety decided- "It'll be fine, you definitely shouldn't wallow in despair or fear, come on my love let's meet your pack the way you were born." she said turning into a wolf, letting out a howl to egg him on.
Nevan wryly smiled as he took the plunge back into his wolf form hoping he was wrong about the feeling of no longer belonging.

After transforming he stood there still as a statue, he did feel somewhat uncomfortable, but at least it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. It still took him a while to move with the help of Rebekah running around and pouncing on him to get him to snap out of it.
"Come on my dear, try and keep up." She said after nipping his tail so he would pay attention. Taking off towards the closest mountain so they could change the view of being stuck in a forest.
Nevan following behind her, it wasn't' long before he started to enjoy it again, playing around in his wolf form with Rebekah was still very nice.
On top of the mountain they sat together, in their wolf forms, on the side of the mountain looking down, Nevan leaned over nuzzling his head on hers.- "Thanks for that my love."
Rebekah catching him off guard as she turned to lick his face, laughing at his reaction- "Anytime my dear."

Trekking through the woods again, Nevan could now smell they were closing in. The smell he was following lead them to a very small clearing, just enough for them all to come out in the open and say hi.
Nevan walked to the middle leaving Rebekah to wait at the edge until he called her over to introduce them. Seeing no one coming to greet him as he expected, he lifted his head howling out with eyes flashing so she would be forced to respond.
Mille responded from just behind a boulder, which gave Nevan a tick mark seeing she didn't come out. A white wolf came running around into view to meet him in the middle.
Nevan- "Mille it's been a long time, how are things?"
"Same old...my lord," she said before reluctantly giving a bow.
"You didn't have to do that." Noticing she wasn't going to reply, he let out a small growl before continuing- "Well I won't be surprised if you don't have one, but I've been going around collecting the old member's numbers."
Mille ignoring him tilted her head to look behind him noticing Rebekah for the first time.- "So instead of mating with one of us like you should have, you go and degrade yourself with these unintelligent wolf trash," she said assuming Rebekah was some new wolf he picked up.
This instantly soured Nevan's mood as his eyes glowed and he fully suppressed her with his pressure until she was belly down, unable to even lift her head. "You better watch your mouth when you speak to me about my wife!" He growled out through clenched teeth.

Rebekah's hearing/seeing what occurred knew he wasn't going to let up any time soon if she didn't head over and prevent him from doing something he would regret. Coming to his side she nudged him with wolf nose- "Dear, I think I can handle my problems." Understanding he relented his pressure.
Mille thinking it was over started to get up before Rebekah's eyes flashed and she exerted her pressure to force Mille back down. While not as strong as Nevan's, Mille still couldn't get up from it as she was back on her belly head down.
"You best show me some respect, If Nevan thought you were worth anything, he wouldn't have come running to me." Rebekah proudly said as she stood above looking down at Mille.
Mille let out a defiant growl as she struggled to get up, Rebekah seeing her head start to rise came over and put her paw on Mille's head pushing it back into the ground.
Nevan didn't like how this was going, but he wisely chooses to let his wife do as she wanted. Mille did have to learn Rebekah was now the most important person in his life.
Mille surprised them both when she rolled over to her belly tail tucked, showing submission. Rebekah happy with the result, released the pressure.
Rebekah seeing she wasn't getting up yet said- "You may get up now, let us get better acquainted now."
Turning overcoming to her feet, she looked towards Rebekah with a newfound respect- "My lady I apologize for my earlier transgressions, I wrongly assumed you were an unintelligent beast my lord took a fancy to." said Mille giving her a wolf bow.
Nevan scoffing at her low opinion of himself.- "Just who do you think I am?"
Rebekah- "Well actually I'm..."
Nevan interrupting her- "So Mille to my earlier question, do you have a phone?"
Mille tilting her head asked- "What is a phone?"
Nevan rolling his eyes- "Should have figured, I bought you one expecting this situation, I'll let Rebekah explain it to you while I wait for Ivan to show up."
Mille froze when she heard Ivan's name- "My lord, my lady, it's been a pleasure but I really should be going." taking off right after speaking.
Nevan- "Go catch up to her and give her the phone while explaining what it does...Don't tell her anything else just come right back we'll talk later after we're alone."
Rebekah glancing at him as she started to track down Mille.

A slightly larger than normal Grey wolf came into the clearing, spotting Nevan sitting in the middle, it cautiously approached him.
Nevan- "Ivan good to see you again."
Ivan was the 2nd strongest in the old pack and like to think of himself as the soon to be leader. He was thankful for Nevan keeping them alive, but he was jealous of him, Nevan had everything he ever wanted.
Ivan spoke with contempt- "What are you doing here?" he was not happy seeing Nevan near Mille, who he's been trying to court for many years now. He always fancied Mille, but she never showed any interest in anyone except their leader, Nevan.
Nevan eyes glowing said- "Careful Ivan your starting to show your true colors, are you officially challenging me?!"
Ivan simply did a low growl before laying down on his belly to show he had no intent at challenging.
Nevan- "Still defiant I see and still chasing Mille." He got another growl from Ivan after saying that.
Nevan snickered- "You do know Mille doesn't care about breeding at all, she's a true lone wolf through and through, if you put it into human terms, she's what you call asexual, ever heard of it?"
Ivan pissed off yelled- "Bullshit, you don't know what you're talking about, you were just too stupid to notice the way she wanted you in the past...Don't think I'll sit idly by if you try and take her now though." he said getting up to bare his fangs.
That's when Rebekah came back, eyes glowing as took her place by her husband- "Husband, is this another one who needs to learn his place? I'll be more than happy to help."
Ivan caught off guard seeing the new golden wolf had his eyes bug out when he heard her call Nevan husband. Just to be sure his ears weren't playing tricks on him he asked- "And this is who exactly?"
Nevan smirked- "This is my mate Rebekah, Rebekah this is Ivan."
Nevan then walked up to Ivan and looked down at him showing his full size is still much bigger.- "Ivan give me your number, just in case y o u need my help." putting stress on you to belittle him for his earlier transgression.
Ivan, however, was still stuck on the fact Nevan now had a mate who he's never seen before.- "Yeah, sure, whatever."

Lone: The Wanderer [Dropped Version (includes original draft of the rewrite's first volume)]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 2 chapters per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] A/N: This story is in the middle of a rewrite, so please forgive any noticeable plot holes and wonky chapter numbers. Now, he is facing a royal prince and tells him to bow. This draws out one of his late father's teachings from the deepest recesses in his mind. "The blood of your great ancestors runs in your veins. Don't easily bow down to anyone, or accept suppression by any being, not even from a monarch, unless you pledge your allegiance to him. What will he do to uphold his father's words while keeping his life safe? As for the prince, Theodrech has nothing to do with Freidrech, so he wishes to let this slip, but the boy opens his mouth and proposes the most ludicrous challenge he ever heard and triggers his curiosity. In fact, bowing to me is an honor. You saw the King's noble Knights. When they saw me, they bowed," says Theodrech, testing Freidrech. "Allow me to be forward, Your Highness. For me, bowing to a monarch does not guarantee loyalty. If I were you, I rather have men who stand straight in my presence but who got my back, than bowing men who are dreaming of my death," replies Freidrech. The prince’s curiosity increases. A huge smile is seen on his face. Prince Theodrech decides to take Freidrech under his wing.
