《Original Wolf - (The Originals)》10 Plots

In Another hidden pyramid tomb in the amazon forest, with over 300 corpses on the top of it, in the middle of a giant magic circle., quite a few werejaguars among the bodies as well.
Just underneath where the ritual took place, inside the pyramid was an Original Jaguar in full werejaguar monster cat form with their original golden color and jaguar like spots. Sitting on a stone throne, his tail wrapping around through the open backside, tapping the ground in frustration. Upon cracking it he stopped and said- "Call the rest nearby and have them gather here."
A regular looking jaguar, a servant, scrambled to immediately fulfill the order.
Once everyone was gathered, the Original Jaguar looked out to his 16 members, (all of them still in regular jaguar form, only the Originals of their kind advanced into werejaguar form.) -
"Today 3 of our scouts have died, they were the ones we sent into the big portal that opened ahead of schedule."
Close to achieving their long term plans, the Original Jaguars didn't want anything to go wrong, so when a giant portal opened up ahead of schedule, they only sent a small group into it and waited for the rest to open on time.
Original Jaguar- "While I can't be sure what happened, one thing to note is one of them gained a crazy amount of power before his death." he quietly thought 'Even stronger than me.'
He continued- "Be warned, it is of my belief that after in-taking this amount, he inadvertently killed himself….To take so much magic at one time can have disastrous consequences, but to be sure I'll be sending a group of 4 to check it out, as for the rest of you, continue with the plan...Oh and for you 4 that go be warned while one did most likely die from the reason I stated earlier, it should be noted the other 2 died before him, find out if it was greed or something else."

The 4 chosen jaguars walked over bowing in their cat-like way, front down with head lowered, butt up. - "My lord."
The Original looked down at them,- "Speak."
The one on the far left end stepped forward- "Can we not just ask them what happened?"
The Original looked at them, before eyeing the other 12 behind them before speaking- "Listen up all of you. Our recent rituals are what allowed us to pierce through the veil and revive with help from the sacrifices, but this, in turn, made the veil a chaotic mess, we can no longer communicate with the other side and trying to pierce the veil again will have unknown consequences we are not prepared to make...So make sure you don't die a second time."
He then waved him off, the 4 stood in place though waiting to speak again.
Original Jaguar wiggled his whiskers in irritation asking- "What is it now?"
"Yes...uh, yes sorry sir, just wanted to ask, what about the hunters? moving too much around could bring them knocking on our door." Seeing the irritation grow on the Originals face, he lowered his head and ears best he could as he continued. "....It's just that even though they're not a threat, they still have the potential to be quiet en-cumbersome."
The Original growled out- "You don't have to worry about this, you just need to follow orders!... As for your concern rest at ease, of course, we have even planned this, we have a mole inside and they are quite highly ranked, we already have them thinning the wolves numbers for us, they already did us a great deed by getting rid of one of the strongest known packs in a place they call California."
The Original then perked up, eyes glowing green, looking towards the north, "Now be gone, something has come up." Once they were gone he left to the inner royal room behind the throne, where treasures were placed. Flanked by his two attendants his eyes started to glow green as he worked a bit of magic, 'It seems before Sumeet died, he tried to send out a call...Which means it wasn't his greed that killed those other 2.' He thought as he sensed the magical circle Sumeet left.

'Well enough of that, let those 4 do the investigating when they get over there...for now however this young pup so full of hate is perfect for trying my new trick.' He thought as he used his magic to pierce through the magic circle to view a werewolf that stumbled into the cave/hidden tomb.
The young werewolf was Ramiro, who was running around transformed to let off some steam. 'Stupid Aurelia, curse that man, he's made everything so strange between me and the pack now.' Along his run he saw the cave entrance and smelled the blood, so he went inside to investigate.
The Original Jaguar turned to his attendants- "I will now be going into seclusion, do not disturb me for any reason or it will be your heads! Do you understand?" he said throwing out his pressure to make sure they got the point loud and clear. Cowering they nodded "Yes my lord." as they fled the room.
He turned his attention back through the magic circle.
Ramiro walking around still cursing while complaining "If only I was an alpha." not even paying attention to what was around him.
The circle at the tomb now glowing bright,- "Why be an alpha when you could be so much more." he said trying to entice him.
Ramiro going on alert as his eyes glowed blue looking around- "Who said that"
"Over here," he said again making the magic circle glow brighter.
Ramiro walked over to the glowing circle- "What the heck is this?"
"This my young friend is your opportunity, didn't you wish to be an alpha? I can make you stronger than an alpha."
Ramiro's eyes twinkled when he heard that, if he was stronger than an alpha he could kill that irritating man and take what he wants. He still questionably stared at the circle though asking- "How the heck are you going to do that?"
"My young friend, it's not so hard, just touch the circle and let the power flow into you."
Ramiro hesitantly did as told and reached out to touch the circle. He felt the power flowing into him, at first it was great, but something felt wrong as more and more power flowed. "I think that's enough, you can stop it now...I'm plenty strong now." Ramiro started to plead to the circle.
"HaHaHa don't worry, It's already over."
Ramiro managed to scream out one last time "Noooooo." before he stopped and lifted his wolf-like claws. 'Well I still need lots of practice, but for my first attempt at taking over a body, I'd say I did pretty well.' The Original Jaguar thought, while now inside Ramiro's body.
'Crossing the veil has made it much easier to send my conscious out, and now I can even take over someone else's body, I guess death wasn't all that bad after all, with gaining new powers like this, still need to work on it though, I think if I was better at it I could even access his memories, but I fried them while taking over.'

This is the first time I’ve published anything, and basically the first time I’ve written anything more than mandatory school-stuff. The story will probably have inconsistencies, grammatical errors (not my native tongue, though that excuse is getting old), and potentially confusing (missing?) plot. I will naturally do my best to write something worth reading, but my main goal in writing this story is to have fun and explore the limits of my own creativity. My hope in publishing it here, is that I’ll reach someone who enjoy the story, and can push me forward towards writing more, as it is difficult at times to find the motivation to write just for myself. Additionally, I can’t really promise to have regular updates, as I have a full-time job that often likes to take the ‘full-time’ part literally, and a sporadic social life that occasionally surprises me (happy surprises mostly, so I shouldn’t complain). I’ll aim for once a week to start with, and take it from there. Happy reading! Cover photo by Jeff Hire (/photographer/gun4hire-58415), from https://freeimages.com/.
