Poison Vow Gu was a one time consumable type Gu. It's appearance is a purple red worm, only finger size and has a dangerous looking mouth.

Poison Vow Gu is used to make an agreement with other person that cannot be broken. It's ability contained the law of restriction, once it were implanted, it stays in a Gu Master's body to restrict them. If a one of the side violate the agreement, the Poison Vow Gu would automatic activated, explodes and the person will turn into a puddle of blood and instantly die.

'Fang Yuan knows the ways to bypass the Poison Vow Gu but does not have the access to those methods yet.'

There are 2 methods to bypass it's restriction : one is to violate the agreement and let Poison Vow Gu activate and at the same time use healing Gu bring back life force of the person. Second method involves using Eating One's Words Gu to counter the vow.

To refine Eating One's Words Gu required Lion Roar Gu, Big Strength Defecate Gu and Paper Crane Gu as refining material. Big Strength Defecate Gu was a rare strength path Gu which was not available in small clan like Gu Yue nor it was be available in caravan.

Mo Bei was not afraid that he would not find Poison Vow gu in the caravan since it was the most commonly gu used to set up agreement. The knowledge about this gu was even taught in the academy lectures.

It was not mentioned in the novel that lower ranked Poison Vow gu existed but Mo Bei knew that there were indeed Rank 2 Poison vow gu. At his stage, purchasing a Rank 3 gu would be too costly.

Mo Bei immediately went to the mortal Gu house where the rank 2 Gu were displayed. He asked around for Poison Vow Gu and finally purchased it for 150 primeval stones. He also purchased Rank 1 Water stream gu. Earlier, when he was going through the storeroom in his manner, he had accidentally stumbled upon Rank 2 Lunar Stream Gu recipe which required Moonlight gu and Water stream gu as refinement materials.

The breath of summer had faintly started to come around. The weather became increasingly sunny and cloudless, sweeping away the sentimental breath of spring, and the temperatures slowly rose.

At the training grounds in the academy, sounds of punches and kicks could be heard.

After exchanging over some blows, Gu Yue Shan Zhi was kicked in the abdomen by Fang Yuan, making him leave the arena.

The martial arts instructor was speechless. 'How shameless can you be!'
