Shang: More and more people are coming.
Shang says before turning to the masked Yuanshan who is beside him.
He and Shang are standing on the rooftops of Hero-gathering Manor, watching the entrance.
Shang: Do you want Red Shoes to step in?
Yuanshan: No need. I will save my son when he needs it.
Shang: What about your future daughter-in-law Ah Zhu?
Yuanshan: Hmph.
During the time after Xiao Feng visit his adoptive parents and went to see his martial arts teacher, Xuanku who is at the nearby Shaolin temple, Shang and Yuanshan were behind following him without giving out any of their presence.
Xuanku originally should have died due to a combination of heatstroke and internal injuries after surviving and getting hit from Yuanshan’s stealth attack but this time he died a monk’s death peacefully instead after talking to Xiao Feng.
Shang and Yuanshan continues to watch how Ah Zhu stole Shaolin Temple’s Muscle & Tendon Transformation Sutra and how Xiao Feng rescues her from the temple. Hearing the decision of Xiao Feng, Shang and Yuanshan decided to reach the Hero-gathering Manor before they arrive.
What Ah Zhu had stolen was not Shaolin Temple's highly ranked inner energy martial art, Muscle & Tendon Transformation Sutra (Yi-jin Jing). It is actually the Iddhipada Sutra (Shen-zu Jing) where Muscle & Tendon Transformation Sutra is partially based on. The Shaolin monks are unable to discover the hidden sanskrit text of Iddhipada Sutra that they only based on current text they could see to create Muscle & Tendon Transformation Sutra.
Iddhipada Sutra is a strange yoga art from Magadha, India (Tianzhu). The condition for learning it is that one must not have the heart to learn martial arts. Those who practice it, would have increased inner energy source and could convert any energy to true energy.

This book was given by Ah Zhu to Xiao Feng and then Xiao Feng would drop it into the hands of another person.
Yuanshan: If it wasn’t for her, my son wouldn’t have to come here to look for help.
The meet at Hero-gathering Manor was actually for marital heroes of the Han people to know each other and then one of the widely known Khitan people whom they have hatred for, Xiao Feng turns up in their meet. The people would either kill Xiao Feng for fame or for revenge against Liao army who has been killing their people.
Yuanshan: Daughter-in-law? Hmph! I still have not approved it!
Shang: To save her, Xiao Feng has to remove her clothes. In other words, he already seen some part of her body. If he doesn’t take responsibility, who else will? You?
Shang: When your wife hears about this, do you think she will forgive you for abandoning her?
Shang: Even if I keep my mouth sealed, the women of the Red Shoes would figure out and tell her.
Shang: So how?
Yuanshan:.... I’ll see how it goes.
Shang: Actually, even if you don’t rescue her, her cleverness should be able to help her find a way to escape.
Yuanshan:....
Yuanshan: Let that be a test then.
Shang: Test?
Yuanshan: If fate still brings them together after this, I will approve their relationship with no words taken back.
Shang: A man of your words?
Yuanshan: A man of my words.
Shang: Then I win.
Yuanshan: Huh?
Shang: Yuanshan, Yuanshan, when did you ever once win me in predicting?

8 210Triquetra: A Multi-Class Isekai or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Accept the End of the Multiverse
Triquetra: An Multi-Class Isekei Adventure I know, I know, you have heard it all before. Yes I was hit by a truck. Yes I ended up in a Fantastical World suspiciously similar to one of my favorite RPG’s. Yes I had access to cheats no one else possessed. Yes it was a world of classes and levels and magic powers. Finally, yes I was an overweight middle-aged loser failing to live up to my potential. Given my eclectic reading habits I should have been better prepared. Unfortunately I was not. Sure I could multi-class with reduced penalties, but my starting class was Scholar! No combat abilities and very limited spellcasting. My HUD interface costs mana to use, and my universal translation seemed to be outsourced to Giggle Translate. I’m supposed to be an OP MC! Not a slice-o- life struggling to survive in the wilderness. Not to mention the Arch-Magus who summoned me, mistimed everything, I arrived 300 years too late, after the fall of the Empire I was supposed to save. The surviving remnants have devolved into Murder Hobos. What’s worse is that the Great Devourer, Ancient Calamity, and Spawn from the Void Beyond Time, Space, and Sanity is now aware of a new world to plunder, a world called Dirt! (Told you this translator sucks) Warning Extra Crunchy Authorial Vebosity! Lots of infodump in the early chapters, but I learn my lesson and it does get better, eventually. I do not own the Cover image, found it on a free image site.
8 151The Fate Eater
What might a man really do if he found himself reincarnated into a fantasy world as a dragon prince? How would he come to terms with his new nature, his larger-than-life family, the agendas of warring factions, and the destiny he never asked for? This is a story that intends to defy some isekai tropes, but play into others. It's mainly about exploring a rich hand-crafted world, full of its own history and mysteries. Its characters have their own lives and aspirations, and our protagonist is but a piece of the greater tapestry. This story is not about right and wrong, or good and evil. It's about a dragon-man being tested by fate, power, and time. It's about what it's like to live as an outsider who lost their home. But perhaps the most central theme is freedom. What does freedom really mean? What will it cost and how much might one be willing to pay for it? Does it even truly exist? Let's find out together.
8 329The watcher of universe and stuff.
The most devastating thing to an eternal being must be boredom. If nothing can change you, how can you yourself change? Sometimes you have to learn that the hard way. I should point out that there are multiple lead characters and they will all have their own personalities and motivations. While the story will focus more on our MC Trey, you can expect multiple POV switches. If you do not like POV switches, this might not be for you. My first book. If anyone will ever read this, be so kind as to leave a comment. Even, if all you say is an insult. As long as I can improve this work by your comment, it's all fine. One thing’s for sure. I will keep writing as if my reader can handle curse words without curling into a little ball and repeatedly saying: "Leave my safe-space alone, you monster". Therefore, you can expect some profanity.
8 105Worlds: The Beginning!
A long time ago there existed only a single continent, the divine continent. And it was split into three great civilisations: the human civilisation, the tyrannical beast civilisation and the magical beast civilisation. These three great civilisations were ruled by emperors that were so powerful that they could kill anyone that they wished but each other with but just a single thought while being billions of kilometres away. But that was all in the past as now there is more than just one continent. Now there is no longer a civilisation that would dare call itself great. Now there is no human, tyrannical beast or magical beast alive that could kill anyone that they wished with just a single thought by being billions of kilometres away. But that could all change in the future.
8 182That Scottish Play
This is a very silly and cringey parody of Shakespeare's Macbeth. The play format will be kept consistent throughout. Unless you enjoy cringing so hard you experience physical pain, I'd suggest avoiding this work. However, as the level of cringe is only slightly less than that of the office, any fans of that show may enjoy this work. (I believe, as a parody, this work is protected from copyright by fair use, additionally, Shakespeare is in the public domain so it doesn't fall under copyright in the first place. If I'm wrong please let me know)
