"Where the hell is Hitomi! Did he betrayed us at the last damn second?" asked Raikage with the anger as he smashed the big table in front of him. His anger was still out of control.
"He will come. Do not worry," said Itachi with low voice watching over the dots on the map, he had an eerie feeling because Hitomi said he would be back in few months but it has already been more than a year since he disappeared, yet he wasn't anywhere to be seen.
He also had a connection with the Holy Land, but Hitomi instructs all of the Crows to not give away his location because he too thought he would be done in a few months. And in his state of weakness, he didn't want any other soul to know his location. Even the people closest to him. Not that he wasn't trusting them but he was afraid that they would be controlled or would be shadowed.

A week earlier.
The battle was about to begin. The Akatsuki troops have been located in the borders and the alliance also started to move.
The Alliance had 100.000 soldiers, while the Akatsuki had over 50.000 White Zetsu, and some other villages sided with them. The strongest village sided with Akatsuki was the Rain Village under the Leadership of Hanzo. With his three most trusted Generals, Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan. They were Jiraiya's students, but after Jiraiya left them, the thing they went through forcing them to side with Hanzo.
The Sound Village was, Orochijosei's Village also sided with Akatsuki obviously, and the countless experimented people tortured by Orochijosei sent in the front line as well. Not all of them were strong but some were beasts among men.
The total count of the Akatsuki's side was over 100.000 and outnumbering the alliance.

The Allied Shinobi Forces created by the Five Great Nations and the Samurai of the Land of Iron consists of five main divisions, with Jiraiya of the Fire as the Regimental Commander. The First Division consists of mid-range fighters and is led by Darui. The Second Division is made up of close-range fighters and is led by Kitsuchi. The Third Division is under the command of Kakashi Hatake and features both close- and mid-range fighters. The Fourth Division contains only long-range fighters under the control of Fourth Kazekage.
Shikamaru and Gaara as Fourth Kazekage's right-hand man and proxy commander of the Fourth Division as well. Finally, the Fifth division was created for the purpose of special operations and features ninja with unique skills. Mifune is the leader of these special operatives. There are also four special divisions formed for the war. The Logistical Support and Medical Division led by Shizune comprises of medical ninja, the Surprise Attack Division led by Itachi, has the task to ambush the enemy forces. As a former Anbu Team Leader, Itachi was specialized in assassination. The third is the Sensor Division with Ao as captain, and finally, the Intelligence Division headed by Inoichi Yamanaka is intended to gather information and relay it to Fourth Kazekage for strategy's sake.
It was the question of how over 50.000 Zetsu created without the Tailed Beast's Chakra, but it should be somehow related to the hidden force led Tobirama to this way. In original series, at the time of the War, Akatsuki had acquired 7 of the Tailed Beast and by relying on the Chakra they had gathered they created 100.000 White Zetsu force.
With the three members left on the Akatsuki's side to gather the army could fight against the Five Great Nations wasn't something should be underrated. But it wasn't all...

As the sides were fighting with each other, and the Alliance was holding their ground barely, some other force appeared in all over the battlefield. The Resurrected warriors of old times started to crash the line of the Alliance.
Some of the strong-named resurrected were enough to show the might of the army of the dead.
Third Raikage, legendary man fought against an army of 10.000 and died from exhaustion.
Second Tsuchikage, During his lifetime, he was renowned as the "Non-Person" due to his ability which left neither a physical form nor detectable chakra signature. He was Third Tsuchikage's master as well as the Dust Release master, which was not something to trifle with.
Third Kazekage, as a master at Magnet Style. He was hailed as the strongest Kazekage in the village's history, and even a very powerful shinobi like Sasori claimed that he had trouble killing him.
Second Mizukage, was undoubtedly an immensely powerful shinobi, the strongest shinobi in the village in his time. His power was such that he could kill the Second Tsuchikage, albeit at the cost of his own life. He was also skilled in taijutsu, being able to dispatch a group of shinobi using only one kick. He also had an unspecified bloodline ability.
Besides these, there were dead Akatsuki members, the old generation of Seven Swordsman of the Mist, and many others. Due to the immense number of the resurrected the control over them were weak thus they were able to tell people they were fighting what was their weakness, thus enable alliance to seal them swiftly. But there were still some evil in nature and enjoy the immortality to destroy everyone they were facing.
Battle was intense and the alliance had to use all they had, even the Five Kages fought on the battlefield to keep their grounds at some point, but they just couldn't finish them all. As they were in deep frustration a black mass started to expanse on the horizon. As if it was a horde of birds covering the skies. But the closer they get the bigger they felt. And when they were close enough everyone saw what the black mass was.
On top of the Karasumaru, Hitomi was sitting and smiling. His Rinnegan eyes were training on the battlefield as if he was planning his next move. Because he felt this was the place where toughest battle taking place, he came here first and when he was above the battlefield, he created few dozens of clones and flew away with other crows, and he himself jumped to the battlefield below. With the punch of his covered with the Wind Style fell on top of the Third Raikage. The man cannot be injured, destroyed into the pieces.
Before he could form once again the young man sealed him and turned to the others, as he smiled devilishly. This battle was way too easy. "It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!"
