《Wandering The Multiverse! Saving The God?》Chapter-69 Hunter Exam Part !!

"Go with them!" Crow told me with a persuasive voice.
'I don't want to go with them just because you like them. They will slow me down.' I didn't want to take a load that will slow me down. If there is worse than a strong enemy, it is a weak teammate. 'How do you even want to communicate with them? They can't hear you!'
"But they can hear you, and you can hear me, and I can hear them. Do a favor to Brother."
'Fine! I will go with them. Why do you always put me in the though situations?' I mumbled to myself and started to walk those four. We were at the top of the cylinder mountain. When we first dropped here, some applicants tried to climb down, but they were eaten alive by huge birds living around the mountain.
Crow told me about this part of the exam, and I knew that I had to find a secret door to take me inside of some kind of sub exam. I could either chose somewhere I can finish it alone, or I could choose to go with that four protagonists. And because Crow was a fangirl, he wanted me to go with those four.
Even before we arrived at this mountain, he asked me to keep an eye on those four. I really wanted to get over with it and return to the outside world so I could create my Nen. But because Crow played Brother card again, I followed them in the mist. Crow told me they would fight with Hisoka in the mist, and since Hisoka was female in this World, she may actually kill those brats. Thus I followed them. But as it happened in the original series, they didn't die. Hisoka just injured them a little bit, which I was okay with it.
After the mist, the second phase of the exam began. One sexy female and the other one fat male two Gourmet Hunter asked us to cook for them. The main ingredient was pork, and the valley not far away was filled with them. I cut one of their head easily and cooked on fire with my 'master skills'. But they didn't like it. I wasn't disappointed because Crow already told me everybody would fail to pass doesn't matter how they do it.

Later, because nobody passed the exam, the president of the Hunter Asociacion came to take over the exam. We were taken slot canyon where big birds lay their egg to the slot. It was a test for the timing, where the hunter has to jump down to the slot just before wind carries them up. If you jumped early, you would fall down and die. If you jumped down late, you would be carried with wind before you get the egg. But these were unnecessary for me. I marked the ground and jumped down to the slot.
Everybody looked at me as I was crazy, but I didn't care. I grabbed one of the eggs and flashed back to the top of the canyon. I could also fly, but I didn't want to show all my tricks to everyone. I already used flash with the Phantom Troupe, and they didn't know I could fly. After I flashed, I just followed the instructions and got over with it. I just wanted to get my license as soon as possible.
When everybody finished their gourmet test, we were taken to the airship to fly to our next destination. The cylindric mountain.
I followed those four and fell to the same room with them. Four of them took the watch like the remote allowing applicant to vote every next decision we had to make. They were waiting for the fifth to arrive. When I arrived, the voice sounded in all room to tell us, we had to follow the way with voting. For example, if there was a door on the right and left, the door majority voted would open and we had to follow that way.
Since four of them knew each other I had to follow them. After I arrived, I introduced myself as Hitomi. They also introduced themselves. I wonder what Kurapika would think if he knew I was one of the Troupe he was looking for.
We walked to the square fighting ground after some time. We passed through some door to reach here by voting to all of them. There were five convicts had to fight with us. Their aim was to stall as long as they can. Because every hour they delay would reduce 10 years from their imprisonment time. The first convict was a robust man with a bald head. He walked to the square and asked us to send one as well.

I walked to the stage and waited. Crow told me this man would aim my throat, and sit on me for hours to prevent me admit defeat. And after countdown reached to zero, he would kill me. So, when he jumped on me I cut off his head with my Sword Ki and bare hands. It was easy to fight against such a weak opponent.
After me, Gon and Killua also won and we got three wins from five and we could pass through. After that, we went to another room where we could fight each other and pass through the door where only two people could pass but it was only 10 minutes away from the final destination. Or the other door where all five could pass but 10 hours away from the final destination. I wanted to take the short route, but I had to convince others.
I showed them my flashing few times and told two of them to go ahead with carrying my seal. When they passed through the door opening the short route, I flashed twice with remeaning two. After that, we arrived in an extensive room.
We still had to wait 40 hours, so I decided to start to train Ten while waiting. Then I dropped that idea because there were too many people. I created a clone for sit in the room, while I flashed away to the previous room to train on Ten.
After 40 hours I returned to the room, where everybody was waiting and Crow told me to memorize everybody's badge number because one of this would be my pair in the next phase of the exam. There weren't too many people, so I memorize them quickly and we left the room.
A ship dropped us to an island for the next phase of the exam. Everybody draw a lot and the number we drew would be our pair. If I wanted to pass this phase, I had to find the badge, I drew from the lot. I already memorized everybody's badge numbers so I mark my target and started to wait.
After they let us to the island, I started to run around and when I made sure everybody released to the island I flashed to my target and knocked him unconscious with a single hit, and took his badge. It was easy. After that, I walked around to the island and worked on the second form of Nen, Zetsu.
While Ten allowed a user to keep aura from leaking away from their body, Zetsu would stop the flow of aura inside their body altogether. Zetsu meant Suppress. By suppressing the aura inside of the body, one could hide their presence. Preventing others to find them, by sensing them. I already had experience as Anbu, and I was adept in following and erasing my presence. So, it wasn't so hard for me to erase my presence.
Zetsu had its disadvantages as well. By suppressing the aura, one would be defenseless against to Nen attacks. Also, it wasn't insurmountable. People with keen senses and battle experience would feel the presence, even when they can't be sure or can't locate the pursuer.
After I mastered Zetsu, I wanted to train Ren, the third form of Nen, but it would make my presence like a sun in the dark. Even the non-Nen users could feel my presence. So, I gave up that idea and started to walk to the ship. I had still time before I could clear this stage, but waiting close to the ship was better than staying in the forest.

Medley of Fates Worse than Death
Rick wakes up in a world unknown to him. He doesn't know what exactly happened or why he is there, he just feels he's not from that world as if he had Dissociative amnesia. Soon after waking up, he gets attacked not once, not twice but three times in a single day. Our hero can know how strong enemies are thanks to a special ability of his, but the thing is... What good does it do to know just how weak you are compared to a deadly creature chasing you? This is a LitRPG Fantasy Adventure in which battles are won (or lost) with strategy and wits as our protagonists aren't necessarily the strongest... So if you enjoy more strategic battles I think you will love this story!About the chapters: I will post mostly 1,300 or so word chapters, I love weekly manga and feel like that pacing is similar to the one in a weekly serial chapter, hopefully, you enjoy these chunk-sized chapters :) I only do this for fun in my free time so I think I will probably post a chapter a week, but if my patreon ever gets busy I might put more time into my hobby xD If you feel like checking out some of the newest chapters, I have them over on my Patreon (Currently 5 chapters in advance): www.patreon.com/rija Extra info (Might get spoilery): As the story progresses I intend to add more strategy, politics and economics into the story, but it will still be mostly a LitRpg action-adventure. (Also if you had read my synopsis previously I changed it a bit because the elements I mentioned before in the synopsis won't come into play until much later into the story, and that's why I changed it.)

Children of The Sky: Heartcore
In the realm of Yggdrasil, there exist nine worlds. Each and every world has unique stories to tell, but there was one that stood out--The Floating World of Speir. In the land of Speir, the impossible does not exist; this world has given birth to thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of tales, fables, and legends. The fight for the fate of the world is a common occurrence and the neverending stories of the people which reside in it were all, by itself, always unique and interesting. Now, after many aeons have passed, the world has changed. Not only the power of magic could shape reality, technology also has the ability to change the world with just a thought. And from the world where futuristic technology meets magic, I have chosen to tell you a story, a story picked from countless others. This is the story of a boy who recently entered the prestigious, and the most powerful academy in all of the nine worlds--Yggdrasil Academy, to fufill his dream. What is his dream, you might ask. Well, allow me to show you the life of Reynard Foxtale, one of The Children of The Sky. *Warning. For those who don't like lengthy explanations or long talks, this might not suit your taste. However, the setting of my story does not adhere to most of the main stream fantasy/sci-fi settings. So, you might find my ideas unique or a little too weird and complicated or both. Whatever opinions you might have, I truly thank all of you who are willing to spend your time to read my story. *The cover (which is a picture I do not own) is not in any way an accurate depiction of the world in the story. P/S I will post this story on FictionPress as well. P/P/S I'm relatively new to this website, so if I made any obvious (to regulars) mistakes, please tell me. P/P/P/S Will update every two weeks. *Important: In Hiatus for now. **13/7/2017 Update. Check chapter nine (and maybe ten) post-chapter note.
