*************
The Little Anita looked over the mountain peak he was climbing last three days. It has already been a month and a half since he started his journey. Finally reached his destination. But he had to scale down to the valley, hiding inside the mountain.
This Valley named as Dolina Mechty, meaning The Valley of Dreams in an ancient language. It was a big coincidence because Little Anita's dream was going to start right in here.
Little Anita was 16 years old boy, with an appearance of the little girl. He had long, brown hair with blunt side-bangs and a side ponytail. He also had a long lock of hair on the left side of his face. He had crimson eyes, pale complexion, and displays Asian characteristics. In this cultivation World, he was unluckiest among his peers.
Every boy born into this world would start to cultivate when they reached the age of 15. This age was known as Muzhchina, indicating the person was a man now. Every boy in this world would send to the battlefield when they reached Muzhchina and would train on the battlefield. If they were to survive until the age of the 25, they would return to the only Human City Gorod Cheloveka. After that, they would start their own business.
Of course, this was the only mandatorily service time. Most of the soldiers would like to stay and fight to the death or die of every single demon.
There was no exception to send to the battlefield. Even with the crippled meridians, Anita had to go to the Battlefield and fight. He would be cannon fodder but, it was still greatest honor in the eyes of people of this World. Because worrying about her little boy, Anita's late mother raised him as a girl, when she noticed that, Anita had crippled meridians.
The women in this World was running the City. They were smart, and they were keeping the order. City Council and Courts were all filled with working women, so Anita's mother never worried her son to be known as woman. But Anita had dreams. Dreams that about to lost in annals of history. Art.
In the ancient times, before the Demons raided this World, the city of Gorod Cheloveka, known as Gorod Iskusstv, City of Art. In the City of Art, there were the artists of every kind of art. Musician, painters and all others. The military was the most desolate occupation, and there were almost no people chose to cultivate over the art. But when the Demons attacked, and humans were about to extinct, the military got stronger than ever, while art started to fade.
Anita's dream was to find the secret art techniques and bring them, back to its glorious days. When he was five years old, he gifted by his grandfather with comic series found in the ancient dungeon in the other side of the battlefield. Those parts were once the center of the City of Art. Thus soldiers could always find pieces of arts.
Anita's grandfather gifted him a chest he found on the battlefield. The chest filled with hundreds of comic of several series, different size of brushes and blank sheets for painting. Becoming a Comic Artist was his dream since then.
Anita's favorite comic series was "Wandering the Multiverse." It was about a boy named Hitomi, wandering all the multiverse with his companion Crow. And at the last chapter of this series, Hitomi would accidentally fall to this very World and this very Valley. The reason why Anita walked for a month to reach this valley, ignoring his well being. No matter what, this place filled with Demons. She came all the way to meet his hero, Hitomi.

After I left the One Piece World, I felt the darkness taking over me again. I didn't know the world of Hunter x Hunter. Thus I didn't surprise with the view I've seen. I was in the beautiful valley, placed inside of the mountain. There was an island middle of the lake, and I landed on top of the island and started to look around. Because I was in alarm, I activated my Observation Haki to maximum and felt a presence watching me behind one of the rocks.
I was about to throw a kunai to behind rock where a presence was hiding, a little girl came out and screamed in a happy voice.
"You are real. You are real! Oh is this the sealed kunai for Flying Thunder God Technique? You felt my presence with the Observation Haki right? Is Crow inside of you wondering, who am I?" A little girl started to turn around me by asking lots of question. The thing frightened me was all the things she said were true.
"Who the hell are you?" I was terrified, and I prepared to kill this little girl because I thought she was one of the Champions.
"Oh, you should have used your Devil Fruit. Hear my Edict." She imitated my voice and gave me a good idea.
"Hear my-" I was about to use my Devil Fruit, she stopped me with laughter.
"This is truly real! I can't believe it. I am your biggest fan Hitomi, the biggest!" she looked at me with sparkling eyes.
Crow, what the hell is going on?
"I have no idea. The girl must be one of those Champions. Otherwise, how could she know you this well?" Crow gave his opinion, and I was thinking the same.
"Oh, you are talking with the Crow right. I am so disappointed because I can't speak to him." the girl brought her face to mine and said.
"How can you know all this?" I couldn't help but ask. It was getting spooky. Knowing me was one thing, but knowing my system and figuring I was talking with him was not something any Champion could do.
"Oh, right. I forget to tell you who I am," said moving her waist to the right and left.
"I am Anita Heagerland. I am a resident of Gorod Cheloveka, last City of Humans." after that, she started to tell about this world and its history.
There was once a man known for his love for art. The man, Hudozhnik wanted to create a World where people would never fight. Every disagreement in the World should resolved with the art. The man had one saying, stirring all the people to the way of creation. "A nation without art has lost one of its vital vessels!"
After the death of the man, the city he loved and started to create the art, turned in to the City of Art. And people were living the man's dreams for centuries until one-day Demons came from another realm and started to the raid City of Art. These demons came from a Realm known as Religiya, and Religiya hated art.
After the war ongoing for ages, Humans lost the City of Art, and Art lost its value.
Anita told me about comics her grandfather found and showed me the last chapter of the "Wandering the Multiverse." She was using it as a map to arrive her. And I freaked out when I saw the comics.

"What is going on Crow? Is there something like fate driving me? Am I a puppet in the hand of some God, because I don't want to live a life like this." I was about to lose my sanity. If the fate real, then I would stop this game right now. I would rather die to be a puppet in someone's hand.
"Calm down. I have some ideas but let's get down of this first. It will take some time to Adapt to the World Engine. Then we can jump to the Hunter x Hunter World. I shouldn't try World that far, now we were dispersed here." Crow explained to me.
"What do you mean some ideas?" I asked. What the hell is going on?
"There is a God, known by her unfunny jokes. She calls herself God of Laughter, but everybody else calls her Pain in the ass. Probably she created this world to just ridicule with you." Crow said unwillingly.
I f*cking hate this Gods. Who does she think, she is? She wanted to ridicule me, so she created a World with humans are suffering inside of it?
"That is why I didn't want to tell you. Pain in the ass is most troublesome God in the Upper Realm. None of the five factions like her. Oh, no."
What happened?
"Nothing."
I said what happened?
"New Quest;
Quest: Destroy: Destroy the World created by Pain in the Ass. Kill all humans and Demons, so Pain in the Ass will never play with champions.
Reward: Random Duke Item."
You said what? You want me to kill all humans, so a stupid guy won't be able to play around. These Gods, looking from above for so long, they think all other races as ants.
"Calm down. There is a counter quest. They must have felt your feelings about it." said Crow.
Who felt my emotions, and what is the counter quest.
"In the rare occasions, The Community make counter quest against the Aristocracy, against the Quest God. Such as previous quest, endangering to the life of many, The Community take all the risks and stand against Aristocracy. In this case, the Aristocracy ordered two genocide, The Community couldn't stay idle."
Oh, I started to like The Community. What is the quest?
"Quest;
Save the World: Save World, created by a wicked God, by making a truce between two races with the minimum casualties. Allowed killing number is 30.
Reward: Random King Item or you can select a Duke Item from 100 Duke Item."
"I told you. Not all Gods are the same. The Community work for people and they always do their best to help every single race, as long as they are innocent." Crow said, with a persuasive voice.
'I understand, I like them as well. But how are the Demons are innocent? They arrived from another Realm and killed people of this World.' I can understand saving the humans, but what about Demons, they were the ones raid this World, just because they hate art.
"You miss the point that they created by Pain in the Ass, and they were meant to raid this World. They had no other choice. Even they don't know what they are doing. That is why The Community assigned this Quest. It will be hard, but if you earn The Community's respect, everything will be milder when you want to take your revenge."
'So that is how it is. I see your points. These Community guys are genuine indeed. But, what if after I settle down the issue between two races, and after I leave they start to fight again, what about then?' I couldn't help but ask. There are lots of ways to make a truce. With the ultimate power for example. I could display my means, and they would all run to make a truce, but after I leave, they would be at each other's throats once again.
"The Community will send an envoy to keep World safe for some time until two races start to get along. Also, they have to convince Pain in the Ass to stop messing with this world. Your job is utterly to make them a truce." Crow said. I wonder how the Gods look like. I never saw a God, even when I spoke with two of them. During the reincarnation, I only heard the Deaf God's voice. And when I tried to take the Templars Duke Item, there was sound but no vision again. Thus I have never seen one.
"The Envoy will not be from Gods. Most likely Champions and some other races, The Community helped once. Gods wouldn't come for such a reason." As I was getting a conversation with Crow, little girl Anita was looking at me with awe at first, as the time by, she started to get mad.
"I am waiting for ten minutes for you to talk with Crow. Did you forget I am here?" She said, couldn't wait for more.
"Oh, right. I sometimes forget, only I can hear The Crow." It's not my fault, I grew up with Crow, and this is like part of my life.
"Right. I have to ask a favor. I came all the way here for one, and one reason only." She looked at me with begging eyes.
"Please teach me how to use Shadow Clone. I have to use that technique to finish my arts faster." She said with big expectations.
"But, you don't have a chakra system. You can't use Jutsu." I shouldn't have said that to a little girl. Her downcast face made my heart ache. 'Crow, is there a way to help her?"
"As a matter of fact, there is a way to help her. I was looking at the item list The Community sent. One of the Duke Items is called Scalpel of Hippocrates. Allow the user to change someone's energy system. It is also an extremely sharp blade. You can change her cultivation system to the Chakra System."

8 305Dungeons Are Bad Business
Vee Vales has been kicked out of his home and directed to make his own way in the world. Along with his friend Alforde Armorsoul, Vee travels to the city of Oar's Crest. Once a prosperous and well-to-do city, Oar's Crest has fallen into depression and disrepair. After finding a strange stone that takes up residence in a tattered top hat and introduces itself as Reginald, Vee and Alforde decide to open a dungeon in Oar's Crest to revitalize the city and, more importantly, make some fleurs. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Author's Note: Dungeons are Bad Business (DABB) is a slow burn slice-of-life dungeon core litRPG citybuilder that's focused on the day to day experience of running a dungeon. There will be some action, but it won't be the focus of the story and Vee and his friends will usually overcome their problems with their minds and their pocketbooks instead of their weapons. Since I'm participating in the writeathon, I will probably be uploading chapters almost daily for the duration of the event. Thanks for reading!
8 100On the Road to Elspar (Book 1)
The year is 1329. The Huntress' War has entered its tenth year, inflaming competing nationalisms and pitting the Confederacy of Caldrein against one of the continent's superpowers, the Tenereian Union. Desperately outnumbered, the Confederacy has relied on the prowess of its famed Caldran mercenaries, with highly-trained and experienced warbands returning from foreign conflicts to the defense of their homeland, and it is on their backs that Caldrein has successfully mounted a valiant defense for a decade. But they are losing, and day by day, with all the grace of a sledgehammer, the vast Tenereian armies take one more bit of Caldran territory, one footstep at a time. Sixteen-year-old Neianne from the village of Caelon has submitted herself to Faulkren Academy, one of the centuries-old institutions established to train the next generation of Caldrein's elite soldiers of fortune, to learn the ways of wars for three years before embarking upon the defense of her country. Her dryad family once hailed from reclusive woodland communes isolated from Caldrein's complicated mainstream society, and her upbringing leaves the shy village girl unprepared to suddenly train alongside other apprentices from backgrounds as low as the dirty slums of Caldrein's cities and as high as the halls of aristocratic power. Yet the war is eroding the norms and traditions that the Caldran people have long considered part of their national mythos, and the tensions within the confederacy that have long simmered under the surface - race, class, community, identity - are slowly but surely dividing its people, and Neianne must grow and discover who she really is, even as the war that she is steadfastly training for comes to its inexorable end... On the Road to Elspar is a fantasy quest - a work of interactive fiction wherein readers get to vote on what happens next at critical junctures - that is the first entry in a story that follows Neianne of Caelon, which first began on July 20, 2016. Originally a three-part in medias res prologue to a larger story titled On the Elsparian Road, it was eventually decided that this section - which covers Neianne's three years at Faulkren Academy - become its own independent story due to length, structural, and accessibility reasons. Despite this being a reader interactive work of fiction, due to logistical and verification concerns, voting will only be counted on its thread on the forum Sufficient Velocity, where this story originally began. As such, the content here on Royal Road serves as a story-only archive. You are, of course, entirely welcome to enjoy On the Road to Elspar as a conventional work of fiction, just as you are welcome to comment, discuss, and provide critique. But if you would like to participate in the voting, then I would be honored to welcome you on Sufficient Velocity. To facilitate accessibility and to ensure the best reading experience, this story-only version of On the Road to Elspar will be updated at a periodic pace, even though further content exists, so as to not overwhelm new readers on Royal Road. If you enjoy this story, wish to binge it, and/or want to participate in voting immediately, you may of course read all additional content via the link provided above. This paragraph will be removed once the content on Royal Road catches up with what has already been posted in its original thread. Cover artwork by DreamSyndd.

Thrown outside the halls he was summoned to, and into a large world he could not properly comprehend. Armed with only his desire to survive, he must now find a way to simply live. -Greetings! This is my first story to ever be posted. As I am an amateur writer, there shall be mistakes. More so with the fact that English is not my first language. This story is a re-write, and its original version was a request by a dear friend of mine. Though hopefully this version would be far better.. As the original version was a very cringe worthy thing. Many thanks to certain friends that have convinced me to post this. I shall do my best to at least update frequently, without sacrificing the.. quality of chapters. Tags will be added as the story goes on. || Disclaimer: Much of the chapters before Chapter Twelve are of poorer quality in terms of Grammar. So do forgive me for them, by Chapter Twelve and beyond however, the quality of the chapters should have had improved. I'm hopefully gonna fix most of the earlier chapters when I hit Chapter Twenty or Thirty.
8 88Giantslayer
Synopsis: Alain is a fledgling Giantslayer, enhanced individuals capable of killing deadly giants. But these giants are not big, they are what ancient humans would refer to as mundane animals or beasts. 'The Final Curse' as many humans call it, was a curse that shrunk down the entire human population to the size of small rodents. When the curse first occurred, the majority of the human population was eaten by beasts who are now of towering heights and sizes. But their abandoned gargantuan structures were not built for naught, the remaining humans retreated back into their now giant buildings and rebuild societies and nations inside of them. Follow Alain in his quest to right the wrongs done to his past and hunt down the elusive and mythical Elder Giants, giants capable of intellects and speech. Are they real? Alain certainly insists so despite no one believing him. But perhaps it did not matter, they were real enough to him for what they did to his family. A/N: I'm pretty new to writing creatively so I hope to improve as we move along the story. The prose I use is still fairly simple and 'plain', but I am also new to literature in general so I am hoping to improve my vocabulary as well. It should also come under no surprise that I am a non-native English speaker and writer as well. With that said, I do appreciate constructive feedback. Please don't be overly mean at least. All the chapters are rough drafts that will be edited in the future. The cover is by this user from pixiv: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/4545042

The story follows the life of John Grimshaw. From tragic beginnings to hopeful ends, John embarks on a quest for meaning. When visiting the cemetery he meets a girl named Jennifer Stone, a youthful teenager who quickly becomes a safety raft for John in turbulent times. But nothing could have prepared John for when he met the man in the pinstripe suit. The man with bright eyes, dark skin, and gleaming white teeth. The man claiming to the impossible and break the thin ice below John's feet entirely. (ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMER) This story starts off relatively dark. Those who dislike subject material surrounding loss, depression, grief, should probably not read. With that said, the story evolves into a supernatural thriller past the initial chapters. It’s a comparably low fantasy for a website like this but hope some of you still enjoy it.
