I also confirmed that Devil Fruit Users wouldn't be affected by water, as they would in original series. And since Kubo wasn't one of them, he didn't know where did they come from.

I asked about their goal but Kubo only said, he was told to help pirates to pass reverse mountain. He duplicates lots of Reverse Mountain map to send all over East Blue and helped pirates to pass through Marine Ships. He was doing with Black Wing name and I didn't even know anything about it. I asked if there was any other Templar in Black Wing. He said there was 2 other he knew but Templars were in power for almost 20 years and they were everywhere.

If they want to help pirates to go, Grand Line, they must aim to weaken Marine Headquarters. Are they aiming to take down World Government? Are they the evil in seas, quest asked me to get rid off? Now that I learned I can't actually hunt devil fruit users with Water Jutsu, I must learn Haki as soon as possible. Otherwise, even if I don't die against Logia users, I can't actually fight back. Where can I find a Haki Master to teach me?

"In the New World."

I can't go New World by myself. I have to wait for Luffy and others advance so, I can flash there with them. I seal every island they went, so, I can jump with few flashes to end of the Grand Line but to go to New World I have to pass through Red Line again. This time there are World Government and World Nobles lives there. That place is guarded by 3 admiral and probably agents no weaker than them. I can't just walk there.

There are 2 more months to Luffy and his crew to reach Sabaody Archipelago. After that, they will be separated and will stay away 2 more years if the thing goes as they did in original series. In that time I have to spread Black Wings in the other 3 seas and Grand Line as well. But now I have to be more careful and eliminate all Templars. This is actually the pain in the ass.

"There are three types of lottery, respectively Roulette, Dice and Lucky Pick.

Roulette has 36 space in it. The ball would spin before fall to one of this spaces. Where ball landed, would be your prize. There are usually 6 empty spaces, so the winning rate is quite high. You have to see if there is something good tough. Sometimes it is full of useless stuff.

Dice is a pair of dice and you have to throw it and whatever number comes up it would be your prize. There are 12 spaces in this lottery system with 2 empty space. You may think it is better but there is no way to win the item in space 1, so there is actually 3 empty spaces.

Lucky Pick is best yet hardest. You can see a bunch of item in the list, usually around 100. You can name the item you want, then you have to pick stick hidden in 100 sticks. If you can pull red flagged stick you win. Depend on the level of the item there would be numbered of a red flagged stick. There are 5 levels in the shop. Mortal, Knight, Duke, King, Emperor. For Mortal items there are 48 red flags, for Knight 24, for Duke 12, for King 6, for Emperor its 3 red flagged sticks. There are also Devine items but you can't win them from Lottery so it's not important. "

So, what I can win in this system. Is there a manual for Haki?

"There are Haki manuals in Shop as well, but Haki can only be mastered by practice. You have to find a suitable Master for it. In the shop, I saw an item you might like when I checked it in the morning. Its name is Glasses of Confucius! It's King level item. Enable user to see any particular item on target. For example, if you say panties, you can see targets panties even from kilometers away with their clothes on. According to Legend, Confucius created this glasses to prevent his student to cheat in exams. He would say 'Cheat' and all the hidden cheat papers would be visible. It can help you to see through their crucifix necklaces have hidden on their body."

This is actually a great idea. Since it is a King Item I have to find one of the 6 red flagged stick in 100 sticks. It shouldn't be that hard.
