I landed in the Lvneel Kingdom at the darkest time of the day. Sun was about to dawn and I walk to the Marine Base. I learned from Louge Town Marine Base, there was Rear Admiral Anno Ryo stationed here. She was a hell of the woman. Strong and serious personality. I was wondering what kind of woman she would be. But I never thought, she would be a crazy hag, contrary to my expectations.

When I entered 4 stories Marine Base, first thing caught my eye was perfect symmetry. There was a white line drawn to the ground just at the middle of the entrance door. When two doors of the entrance were closed, the white line would center them. On both sides of the entrance, there was an information desk. 2 twins were sitting in each of them.

There were two stairs to up, on the same exact distance from the white line, taking to the wooden bridge. The first floor was mostly empty, except the information desk and two framed noticeboard. On the notice board, there was pictures all cut the same size and plate naming owner of the pictures. These were soldiers died in the mission. On left notice board, there were newspapers cut the same size as pictures on other notice board, informing readers about Marine Base deeds. But because cut at the same size as the pictures, some of the articles were missing, some had unrelated articles parts...

I walked on the left information desk and stated my name.

"I'm Hitomi. I'm Bounty Hunter and leader of the Black Wing. I'm here to meet Rear Admiral Anno Ryo."

"You can't!" he said with coward eyes.

"Why?" I asked surprised.

"Your clothes... They are asymmetric."

"What now?" I dumbfounded. What the hell you just said? My clothes are asymmetric?

"Rear Admiral has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She would tear the whole Base if she sees something asymmetric. Please come with me to change."

"I'm not going to change my clothes just because somebody doesn't like them. They are clean. They are stylish, they make me look good. I'm not a Marine Soldier, I don't care your rules." I was angry. What is the problem with this Marine Base?

"Do you know why there is two information desk here? And why I and my brother are working here?"

"How should I know?"

"Because we were forced by Rear Admiral. She said we are the only twins in town, its only right for us the work here."

That crazy lady. "What about before you?" I asked, with curiosity.

"There was another twin set but one of them died in the fight against pirates, Rear Admiral fire the other."

"Just give me wanted posters. I changed my mind, I don't want to see Rear Admiral."

While information guy was preparing wanted posters, very rhythmic footsteps come to my ear. They were akin to music. I turn to look at this artist and saw a lady with glasses. She had two piggy tail tied exact same way. She was wearing full black clothes. Black shirt, black pants, black shoes and a black marine cape. This was the first time I saw a black marine cape. I immediately understand this was crazy Rear Admiral. She had two same sized sword on her both side, hanging on her waist.

"I was told you would meet me at 12:12. It's already 12:13. If there one thing I hate more than shabby people, that is unpunctual people." said looking at me with red eyes. Checking my clothes.

"I came on time, but these guys didn't let me in." I said. What should I suppose to do?

"If you were dressed accordingly you wouldn't be kept at the door, don't you think?" she said, shaking.

"Society has to follow certain rules for better living quality, but your crazy demands aren't meant to be forced. Just because you can't take unsymmetrical people, people don't have to obey your orders. You hog-wild witch." I was so angry. Who do you think you are, you hag!

"Bad dressing, bad timing, bad mouth. I can't believe you are the guy praised by Vice Admiral. I wouldn't even let you in the Marine Base."

"I don't need your order." I took the wanted posters and walk to the door. While I passing I pulled my sword and cut 1 centimeter from one door on the left. Just as I stepped outside I felt a killing intent with wind whistling. I put my sword front of me while pulling a kunai and turned around. Rear Admiral Ryo was attacking me with two swords. I defend myself with sword and kunai and jumped outside.

"You are going to regret what have you done." she shouted coming to the street.

"Are you going to attack a citizen, Rear Admiral?" I asked with the grin.

"You.." she couldn't speak. Just looked at the hundreds of people walking in the streets. Then turned around and cut the 1 centimeter from the door on the right.

"You pissed another Marine Base Chief, are you happy now?" asked Crow.

It's not my fault. You saw that crazy woman too.

"How many times I told you? You will need Marine's support in your mission. Besides, you know I feel something is very off."

Still pondering about Luffy, while he was at the top of the Laboon?

"Something doesn't fit. He wasn't panicked at all. I don't know what is going on, but time will tell."

"Yes, this is one of the last islands before Reverse Mountain. Do as you did in Louge Town and in no time you will spread Black Wing here too."
