Ali walked back to her farm house, the jittery nervous energy she felt while dealing with the horned rabbits that were infecting her farm was substantial but that feeling eventually faded leaving her to work on an actual way to deal with them.

Nothing came to her mind that didn't involve calling her new friends in London but before Ali could make her mind up to call or not, Mary ran out the farm house door waving the phone in the air.

"You got the loan approval, your solicitor is on the way to finish up the paperwork."

"Congrats, you're now the proud owner of two farms. One's bed and breakfast, while the other is haunted, guess which one I'm moving too. "

Ali stood still with a silly grin on her face, with so many strange things happening a good piece of normal news was a welcome change.

Her neighbor who was selling their farm was a widow who couldn't maintain everything and just wanted to live close to her grandchildren.

Their farm was a perfect expansion for the apple orchard and brewery, keeping the bed and breakfast open would also work, giving people a chance to visit and sample the alcoholic beverages made on site.

Shawn and Bryan more so Shawn, had been allowed to start planting apple and plum trees even a field of blue berries and strawberries had been planned for with nearly four acres to work with minus the pond there was room for more.

"I tried calling animal control, it seems that the receptionist is one of Bryan's exes."

"So no help?"

"So no help."

"Did she ask for me?"

"Shut up Bryan!!"

The Strigoi Mort that had finally gotten a new body caught a glance of the they woman who killed the body he now used, he wasn't clear on the proper way to respond, maybe flowers for the gift and then kill her or burn down her house for the joy of it then kill her maybe?

"Choices, choices, choices..."

He looked at one of the Jackalopes that still seemed to be herding him back away from people, which seemed silly to him, he liked people.

He could drink them all up.

Literally.

The Jackalopes looked at him with red eyes, the larger ones now arriving to block his path.

"I like fire, I think of it as an inheritance. It's a sickness this body had attached to it long before, I made it mine." He said while walking around the edge of the trees, still keeping an eye on the woman and her house he wanted so badly to burn.

"Fine, we will do it your way. I'll go back and rest then I'll leave this place but I'll leave a gift before I go. This is fair, yes?"

Visions of a burning farm danced in the Strigoi Mort's head, he then began dancing amongst through jackalopes as he twisted and twirled through the apple trees.
