Chapter 29-Changes

Inside of Adventurer Guild house, I ask, "Madam Brena, I want to post some important mission."

"Of course king Michael, What is it?" She asked in a polite manner.

"I want to search for a light user that can heal my hair.." I said and removed my handkerchief that covering my head. Surprisingly, she did not laugh and I feel that she used her mana in her eyes to check my head that already have some short hair.

"King Michael, You said that you can still use your void element?" She asked while still looking at my head and I nodded.

"This is strange, king Michael, the scar in your head is the proof that someone sealed your element, You should still can`t use it now.." She said while still looking at my head in a curious behavior.

"Are you sure? I think.. I got this scar from the last war. Madam Brena, Do your guild have some teleportation to another world skill or item that can transfer you in another world?" I asked, her face became serious after my question, she stand up and walks to the small door on the corner side of the adventurer guild house. She signaled me to come with her and go inside.

When I enter inside, I see her closing the door, she goes to the middle and used her mana to the small orb in the center of the ceiling. The room is small and there are only eight chairs inside, she signaled me to come over.

"King Michael, why are you suddenly interested in a skill that can transport you to another world?, Your accent is different from the locals here, you can use your element even its sealed, Who are you?" She said while glaring at me.

'..This old woman is really good at investigating.. I`m lucky that I prepare myself..'

"I`m King Michael Ramsey, Uhm.. Actually, I had some dreamed from another world. The people in that world are talking the same accent like mine, I find it beautiful that`s why I copy them.. I explained, I didn`t dare to activate my void emotion skill, I think she will notice it.

No one knows what happened to them nor they don`t know if the magic successfully transported the person to another world. After they cast the magic spell, the person is gone but they can`t contact the person who get transported, even they gave some different magical items they still don`t know what happened to them and can`t in touch with them. The location of the skill book of another world magic is in the nature continent where the elves reside. After our informative chat, she posts the light user mission but she told me that it will take some time, the bow kingdom is not really known and the unique element user is hard to come by in this region.

'..Fuck! I need 40 to 50 years before I arrive in that nature continent. My girlfriend, Alicia will be old women when I get back in earth.. And that magic is not even reliable.. Maybe I need to make some jet plane or airship.. I should study some machines back in earth.. Sigh..'

While walking back to the royal castle, I see a group of children going to Royal early school. All the children that age 8 to 12 years old in the Royal city should attend the Royal early school.

Upon arriving in the Royal Castle, I see Ms. Dana Evergreen Approaches me. "My king the ministers told me that they want to talk with you." She said, Ms. Dana Evergreen is as beautiful as ever.

"Sorry, I`m just tired of this old men." I said, I used my blink skill and go inside the throne room.

"My king!" All of my 10 ministers bow when they see me and I sit in my throne chair.

"My king, the royal early school is a good proposal in the royal city for the young nobles to learn and have some fun, but why did you also want to put at least one early school in every city?" One of the old ministers said, he is really not that old and he is quite robust, his name is Hulrak Melrino.

"My king, You said that you want to abolish the slavery when the person is 16 years old and below. And you want to create some orphanage house where the children that have no home or parents or even slaves will be living there as free and our kingdom will pay all their needs? and we even don`t get anything from them? Why do you need to do this?" One of the rich looking old ministers said, his name is Allan Deyn.

'..Sigh, I`m tired of this conversation..'

"First, I don`t need to explain my action to any of you. This is my kingdom! but nonetheless, I will explain, Why do I need to create an early school in every city? I love kids and want them to at least learn to how to read and write, but that`s not really my aim. I just want the kids to have some fun and enjoy their childhood. In the future, they will remember our kingdom and their good childhood memories here. This will increase the loyalty of people in our kingdom. I also want to search of who are them is smart or potential candidate to my new project, I will need them.. I mean, my kingdom need them in the future." I said in a loud voice and see some of them are whispering to each other.

"Second, you all said that I`m a genius. You should not question a genius! because you will be an idiot in front of us!, Why do I need to create the orphanage house? Uhmm.. It also like to increase the loyalty? I don`t want to tell you yet, just trust your genius king!" I said to them and acted furiously.

"My king, one of the blacksmiths that I assigned to do your plastic mission said to me that he created the plastic. The descriptions of yours are matched to his plastic thing." Minister Martin Dawn said in a well-mannered tone.

'..Looks like, the sewer and water system is possible. We need to create some pipe that made of strong plastic materials.. I need to recruit that blacksmith in my new science department..'

"You`re really a dependable person Minister Martin, Come with me, I want to personally to take a look at it." I said and someone cut.

"My king, before you leave I want to inform you. After two months, you need to leave and travel in the Scarlet Sun Empire Royal City to get the 9th princess and escort her in our kingdom. Your trip to their empire is approximately three to four months. " Minister Ren said and smile.

'..After I met the princess of the baruka kingdom, I think, I don`t want to see any princess anymore.. but I need this princess of the empire to at least no one would dare to wage war again on us.. Sigh..'

“Clang! Clang! Clang!”

After a few hours, Minister Martin and I arrived at the blacksmith man that created the first plastic and I`m quite astonished when I see the blacksmith. The blacksmith that I seeing is in his late teenage years.

He immediately notices us and stopped on what his doing, "King Michael, Nice to meet you! I heard that you plan to build an early school in this city and it`s also free. My little sister is excited to enter your school. I`m sorry, King Michael for saying nonsense." He said and bowed his head.

"I`m happy to hear that.. I want to meet your sister soon.. Uhm.. I want to see the plastic?" I said and he immediately go inside of his small house.

A few moments later, he exits and handed over the hard plastic. I`m satisfied with the quality of it, It`s not that inferior from the quality of pipes back in the earth. I told him that he need to create a cylindrical shape that made of this material.

"My king, I just want to know, Why do you need to use this plastic? You can create a cylindrical shape that made of metal and it`s tougher than this plastic." Minister Martin asked curiously.

"Well.. The metal will be rusty if it`s exposed to the water for a long period of time." I said and looks like a lot of questions is going in his mind.

"My king, why do you need to expose an object to water for a long time?" He said and looks like he wants to ask me again another barrage of questions.

"I can`t say the details for now.. but it will help out our people to live more comfortable.. I`m going to leave first, I need to talk to my uncle." I said and left Minister Martin in the blacksmith house.

When I arrived in the Lower Limb city, I blink inside of the meeting room in the Main Army Headquarter.

"My king!" All of them greeted me and bowed when they saw me.

"Come here sit, Your science department thing successfully created the gun and bullet using some metal and some powder. I fired one of it, it`s quite loud and the mana arrow is a lot better, minimal noise, accuracy, and damage is way better than that gun thing. Why do you need to do that kind of thing? and where did you get the idea of this?" My uncle explained and asked me with a curious expression.

"Well.. in that dreamed too, the same as where my clothes ideas came from, We need to replace the metal bullet, the bullet shall be made in mana.." I said and my uncle quickly cut.

"I don`t think that will work, looks like this science department thing will be stressed forever. I think it will be better if you named them research department, I`m sure you get this science name in your weird dream again.." My uncle said and sigh.

"My king, We heard that you will go to the Scarlet Sun Empire. You need to take me and appoint as your main protector." Captain Rowena said while standing up and intimidate us.

"My king, Please plan carefully of who will act as your protector. You will be going in the Royal City of the Scarlet Sun Empire. I know this captain Rowena, her aim is not to protect you. She just wants to see the Scarlet Sun empire and stroll!" vice-general Lucas Drend said and glared to captain Rowena.

"What! Lucas! What are you saying! I`m responsible, intelligent, beautiful and stronger than you! I`m the best candidate to protect the king outside the kingdom! If you act as a protector of the king this will embarrass our kingdom! Our king is handsome while you are.." Captain Rowena said and smirking to Lucas.

"Captain Rowena, I know you for a long time, I`m very sure that you will just stroll around in the scarlet sun empire!" Lucas Drend said to Rowena and look at me with a serious expression.

"Can you stop.. Actually, My plan is to assign vice-general Damascus as my main protector because he is good at defense tactics.. And the two of you.. Do you like each other?" I said and they look at each other.

"My king! what are you saying! This barbarian woman here.. Who will like her!.. but my king the reason General Damascus Ion is not here because his wife is pregnant and the baby may come out in this month. His wife needs him in the next few months.." vice-general Lucas said while captain Rowena is looking downwards, I can`t see her facial reactions.

"You don`t like captain Rowena? but you look fit to each other.. I want to take both of you if possible but one of you must remain here because of the absence of vice general Damascus.. I know you`re smart vice general Lucas.. So, you will be remained here in the kingdom to help my uncle.." I said, looks like he is quite disappointed.

"I think so.. they fit to each other.. And I think they like each other too.. You two.. do you like each other?" My uncle cut and laughed.

"What! I don`t like this smart acting guy and he is weak!" Captain Rowena said, she regained her usual self.

"Uncle stop teasing them, My decision is final. Captain Rowena assign at least 1,000 guards that will accompany us but just take at least 20 of your strongest unit." I said while looking to captain Rowena, her face is a bit red. "Uhm.. Uncle before I leave, do you think the princess of that empire is beautiful?" I asked my uncle in a curious manner.

"Haha, I don`t know.. but I see the emperor once, they called scarlet sun because their royalties hair are all scarlet color and all of them can use the element of light. The emperor is handsome.. but you`re father told me that the emperor type of women is the same look as the princess of the baruka kingdom.. You should expect another princess that look like princess cassandra.." My uncle said and laughed hard again.

When I heard my uncle, my body became lifeless.

The Great Bow Kingdom, Inside of Royal Early School.

"Children, I`m gonna ask questions that related to our kingdom's history. My first question is how did our kingdom win the last war?" Teacher Marie asked us and I lift my right hand quickly.

"Go ahead, Princess Anna." Teacher Marie called me.

"Teacher, General Leon Port.. Accepted the one on one general challenged.. He is losing but still waiting for the final moment until the enemy general will be vulnerable. When General Leon port see a chance, he poured all his mana in his last attack.. The enemy is surprised and didn`t react quickly and .. General Leon Port win the duel and slay the general of the Carrio desert kingdom.." I said as I lift my chest up and looking down on my classmates.

"That`s right.. Thank you princess Anna.. You can sit now.. General Leon Port win and...." Teacher Marie said and asked the next questions that all related to history. Most of the questions are answered by the great me.
