As Cecily was about to speak the window blast open! A man in a white robe entered through it!
“Nice to meet you ladies!”
The door to Emilia’s room blew open as the girl from earlier accompanied with other girls entered. The blast from earlier had already made a crater in the wall around the window.
The man gave a grin and started to laugh in a sinister way.
“My, my… what a cute bunch of girls. Just a glance at you lot has made me hard.”
“You bastard; leave this place right now or else -”
“- or else what? Do you think that a puny sword like that and a few magic spell would be enough to beat me? Don’t make me laugh. I'm the Right Hand of God, Shinzaki of the Ebb; and you think you can defeat me?!”
He made a smirk as he gazed from person to person. His eyes were filled with lust whose mere contact made women uncomfortable.
“Don’t worry. I’ll free you all from your sins. Soon you would be bouncing on my laps free from all your sins...”
“-Disgusting! I would prefer to die instead of that.”
“Oye, oye… don’t make a scary face like that, I’m sure you will beg...”
“-Shut Up!”
Everybody went silent. They moved their eyes from Shinzaki to Emilia’s bed from where the voice came. The girls were shocked as to the presence of a boy, they failed to notice. They wanted to ask what he was doing here but decided to save it for later as the situation demanded so.
“Using such a vulgar words to a girl; never mind the Right Hand of God, you are just a lowly beast driven by lust!”
Shinzaki gave a smile while his brows crossed with anger. He was a person who lived in a delusion of being at the top of the world and when such words were thrown at him, his ego clutched his heart, filling him with rage.
“You got a foul tongue as ever, haven’t you; you shitty scum of a prince.”
“Don’t know what you are talking but get out from here! This isn’t a place for scums like you.”
“Zip it Caspar! This time I have a permission to kill you. You won’t get away this time. I will make sure you beg for your death but I wont grant that, I will give a living hell!”
Shinzaki disappeared from Caspar’s view and before he (Caspar) could realize, Caspar was thrown at the rubble from the earlier explosion. As he fell on the rumble, a stone pierced his back. While he tried to get up, the girls from earlier tried to attack Shinzaki but he dodged their attacks as if it were nothing. He then again vanished and before Caspar could know something, he was kicked out of the room! The room was on 1st floor so he was safe from the worst possibility of dying to death. As he neared the ground, Caspar pulled his arms over his head to avoid breaking it (his head). He closed his eyes but that didn’t help anything. He soon touched the ground and rolled over a few times. His chest and hands hurt. The wound on the right side of his chest, where he was kicked seemed to pain a lot more than the injury his hands were in.

‘I definitely have a broken rib or two.’
As he turned over to get up, someone landed on his stomach. The pain Caspar felt was unbearable, it felt as if he vomited his guts out! As Caspar coughed, another kick came from behind which sent him flying a few yards.
“What’s the matter, you shithole. Already out of fuel already?”
Caspar turned over to see Shinzaki standing next to him. He (Shinzaki) spitted on Caspar while he (Caspar) tried to get up. As Caspar was about to get up, Shinzaki stepped on him and rubbed his shoe on his face.
“Bastard; get off me you scum!”
“Shut up, you son of a bitch!”
He (Shinzaki) took off his leg from Caspar’s head and kicked him on his face. Caspar rolled a few times over before stopping. His body was in a pain which was unbearable. It sting whenever he tried to move. His face was itching with pain while something seemed to be running out of his nose. He tried to move his hands but it was fruitless. He mustered every bit of energy in his body as he tried to get up. He slowly tried to turn around and was about to get up when another kick landed on the place where his ribs seemed to have broken. He went flying a few meters before hitting the land again. The pain from earlier was back. Before he could move, another kick landed on his stomach. The kicks continued as Shinzaki kept kicking him with exploding curses. All the energy with Caspar seemed to have washed away. He felt his body get numb as he got kicked again and again.
“Shit… This guy still gets on nerve. Hey, bring that girl.”
As Caspar turned around, he saw Emilia being dragged by a few people in white robes. He wanted to stop them but his body just couldn’t move.
“Look here Caspar. Today feel it as a blessing as I’ll show you a bliss before your salvation. This girl seemed to be close to you, right?”
Shinzaki neared Emilia. He then stood behind her and licked her cheeks. Emilia seemed injured and was tied up. As Shinzaki licked her, all she could do was try to get away from him while keeping her strong will. Earlier while Caspar was kicked out she tried to save him but was blocked by the people in white robes. She exhausted herself in her battle with them before getting caught.
As she tried to get away from Shinzaki, who was already touching her private parts; she tried not to look at Caspar, who was barely alive. There were screams everywhere while the sounds of battle echoed in the back. It wasn't just her, there were already savages running around doing whatever they want. Emilia was in tears. She didn't wanted to be violated by someone other than Caspar. While it hurt to accept it, her body was already reacting to the stimulus Shinzaki was giving her. It was unbearable, both for her and Caspar.
Caspar couldn’t bear to see Emilia in such a state. It was not just Emilia; Caspar was seeing other girls get violated at the back while there were few who were fighting at a distance.

‘Why? Why did this happen? Why?’
‘Because you are not stopping them Caspar.’
Everything seemed to slow down in front of Caspar. His body seemed as heavy as earlier but the pain doubled! Shinzaki still had his hand under Emilia’s clothes but he seemed to have stopped moving. He tried to move but he too seemed to have stopped moving!
‘Are you going to keep sleeping even now?’
‘Who are you?’
‘Now is not the time for it. Say, do you want your power?’
‘My power? If I can save everyone then I want it!’
The voice started to laugh and then everything went black!
Caspar didn’t felt any pain anymore. His body felt light than before. It was pitch black. Suddenly the area around him light up! It was as if someone was aiming a focus light at him like they do on an actor in a theater. Caspar stood up and saw the floor covered in red water. The water rose till his ankles and it gave a somewhat foul smell.
“Is this blood?”
“That isn’t important. You came here for your powers right?”
“Yeah, but at least tell me where I am?”
“You are currently in your ‘Sea of Consciousness’. Find the power you want and leave quickly, you shouldn’t remain here as of you are right now.”
Caspar walked in the pool of blood for a while. As he walked further, a few corpses appeared floating in the blood. Caspar tried to avoid them and walk forward. But as he walked forward, the corpses grew in numbers. As he passed by one, he saw his own corpse floating in the blood!
“Hey… Please tell me something.”
“What?”
“Are all this dead bodies; me?”
“They are all individuals or should I say faces that you wore at a time. For some reason they wanted to stay here; now move on. Time isn't a liberty right now!”
Caspar looked down on one of the corpses. His lifeless face reminded when Shinzaki was kicking him. He looked over and started walking faster. Blood splashed as he walked faster and faster. Before end, he reached a strange place. In the middle of the area was a big black cross with a corpse nailed on it. The face wasn’t visible as it was facing down but Caspar guessed it was another part of him. In front of him were two stands – a black stand with blue flames and a white stand with red flames. Caspar walked past the stands towards the corpse when he heard the voice again-
“Don’t wake him up!”
Caspar backed off and then turned towards the stands. Hw wanted to ask about him but decided to focus on his priority. He approached the stands which were placed like altars to the nailed body behind. Something felt off about them. Both of them seemed like a hand reaching out for the fire burning right above them. He approached the black stand and holds it.
“Are you sure, that you want that?”
“I don't know why but, I feel that this might help me.”
“Very well.”
The stand melted and spread on Caspar’s body while the flame went inside him! As this happened Caspar rose from the ground and laid in midair. Suddenly, droplets started hitting his skin. He touched it to find that it was blood! As the droplets came down one after another, a series of memories started to rush into Caspar’s mind. But it didn’t take him long before he knew, they weren’t his. As the last droplet fell, the last memory was off him standing in front of him-
“Then it’s a deal” were his last words (in those memories).
Back in reality, the time resumed. As Shinzaki licked her, Emilia grossed out. She closed her eyes while trying to resist him.
‘Is this where I’ll be violated? No! I don’t want this! Caspar, please help me!’
“Get away from my women, you piece of shit!”
Emilia opened her eyes as she heard the voice she wanted to hear. In front of her, Caspar was getting up! As she was about to say something the wind got strong all of a sudden! Black clouds started covering the night sky and the creepiest thing started. At a distance, voices started to be heard. The voices were like that of small children singing nursery rhymes. The singing continued from all sides. The ground which was covered in raging battle earlier went silent. Shinzaki got away from Emilia and seemed to be shivering in fear. His eyes were filled with terror; no, despair! A black fog started to surround the ground while the singing got closer and closer!
“Shinzaki; you son of a bitch! What did you call yourself earlier, Right Hand of God? Let me tell you something, that hand doesn't exist for scums like you, you piece of shit”
Shinzaki reached his pocket and took out a gauntlet. The terror in his eyes was starting to settle. It true was creeping him out. The person who laid dead in front of him was getting up as if nothing ever happened to him!
“Bastard! Just because you pull a string or two you think you could defeat me? I’m-”
“-defeat? We are not sparring here, scum. I'm going to torment you to your very soul.”
The wind started to get wild as black and red sparks appeared around Caspar. As he (Caspar) opened his eyes, Shinzaki fell into despair.
“Welcome to Hell”

The book isn’t done yet. Haha—SLAP!«Who put this guy in the synopsis narration?! Get him out of here and launch the warnings! Now!»***WARNINGS:— The MC is human. If you’re looking for a perfect MC, you’ll only be wasting your time here. However, if you’re looking for an MC who will LEARN, GROW because of his flaws. An MC who will try his hardest to overcome adversity, then you’re in the right place.— No harems. However, it doesn’t mean the characters can’t fool around without having love interests. A relationship isn’t necessary for people to satisfy their physical desires.— You will find a few typos, grammatical and wording issues, that’s certain. I’ll do my best to bring you guys quality content and such issues will either be nonexistent or extremely few. However, one man can only do so much. If I get enough support, I’ll hire an EDITOR that will look at the chaps with a fresh eye. And POOF! Issues no more. Improved quality. Happier author and reader. Not sure if the editor will be happy tho.— The first three chapters are fast-paced as to quickly get into the nitty-gritty but slow down afterward to give the story the time it needs to progress accordingly.— The book can, never mind, it will contain «strong» language, gore and violence.— Comedy, as you know it (and if you don’t, now you know) is subjective. So you might not like the jokes.— If you truly read that until the end you have my virtual congratulations ‘cause I sure as hell wouldn’t have done that.

Algier, average human and recent convict, has committed the gravest sin of all: demon slaying. His fate? To participate in the Culling, a battle-royale style tournament that’s televised live to the world, where all the worst criminals go to die. As with all tournaments, a prize is on the line. If Algier survives, he can have any wish granted by the Marquises, the new rulers of Earth following the demons’ invasion. However, there’s little hope for survival in a tournament designed to have demons do the work of the executioner, especially for a human. Demons are stronger, faster, wiser, and more talented than the average human, and, despite his crime, Algier is no demon hunter. Mentally defeated before the tournament even begins, Algier is torn between becoming another demon’s points and fighting on in his dead mother’s legacy. But should he choose to fight, there is one advantage that Algier has that can tip the odds in his favour: Demons don’t lie, but humans can. How to read this story Demons Don't Lie is written from the perspective of an unreliable (lying) narrator. There are many inconsistencies within the story which are placed there intentionally. It's up to the reader to decide what is the truth and what is the lie. Promotion Full quality cover image
