Lauft: Tenyi?

Barron: …

Lauft: Heh, I’ll take that as a yes.

A glowing symbol is seen through his shirt on his chest. It moves down his arm.

Lauft: The names Lauft, the number two member of the nine. Do you have a name?

Barron: Barron, elite of the kill squad.

Lauft: Kill squad? Well, you're gonna need a new name, cause none of us Elune members will die.

Barron: Is that so? Heh, your little friend would say otherwise.

Lauft: Hm?

Laufts insignia circles around his hand before growing and solidizing as a giant circle around his hand with a barrel. Barron pulls out what looks to be a dark stone paddle with obsidian stones sticking at the edge of it, with a different design of bird on each stone. Lauft lifts his hand, and from the barrel, a burst of fire comes out in the shape of a fireball. Barron lifts his paddle up, and with incredible strength hits the fireball with it, causing it to burst.

Barron: Macuahuitl!

The fire that bursts begins to swirl around the paddle, flowing into three of the stones, a glow appears on the stones. Bursting outward, three flaming birds soar toward Lauft from the paddle. As the come in he dodges backwards, they begin circling him.

Barron: Once they are locked on, there is nothing stopping them.

Lauft: Is that so?

Lauft continuously dodges them as they swoop in, even though they're moving at incredible speeds.

Barron: When facing multiple opponents, you must alway pay attention to each one.

Lauft hears this and looks over at Barron. Barron begins to open his left eye. His left eye is entirely white, With a red symbol where an iris/pupil would be. As he does, Lauft bursts into flames, making him the center of a blazing inferno. The birds continuously attack still as Barron closes his left eye. A single tear of blood falls down his left eye. This is followed by normal tears.

Barron: I'm sorry you had to lose your life. It's a shame you had to be my opponent, a thing of youth.

Lauft: What are you babbling about?

Barron: What?!

Lauft: I'm a magmanaut Insignia user, do you think fire would affect me?

The fire surrounding Lauft swirls around, and gets sucked into his mouth. He keeps sucking, and even the birds are absorbed into his mouth. He spits up a big fire ball at him. He swings his paddle and smashes the fireball, but it explodes as if it's solid. Following the shatter of this, molten rocks splinter and pierce through him. He begins to hold the bigger wounds. He opens his left and right eye. The left eye causes his paddle to be encased in fire, to which multiple birds are summoned. He looks up with his right eye, seeing a red aura around him. The color of aura shows the emotional state of the person he looks at. Laufts hand glows red as it forms into circular balls with nozzles, and has a rocky color. Fire burst out of them allowing him to fling himself onto a nearby building. He lifts his right hand, and the ball split into three of them in a row.

Lauft: Magmanaut: TRIDENT BEAM!

Three beams of fire rockets towards Barron. He swiftly jumps upward to dodge it. He looks over at Lauft to see his aura. Confidence. This sends fear down Barrons spine. Laufts body glows in multiple areas. Multiple of these spheres appear all over his body, causing him to swiftly fly around and punch Barron mid air multiple times, swiftly flying around causing him to remain in place. Lauft grows one on his heel and it rockets his foot forward, swinging it around, kicking Barron into the ground hard. Lauft floats down. When he lands, his whole body glows red, and that red shrinks into the symbol on his chest. He walks over, and looks in Barron's single open eye, which seems unconscious. Lauft closes the eye and looks where Barron came from.

Lauft: Lets see what you are up too.
