《God Of Cheat》Chapter 4: Unlucky Goddess [1]

The white door with golden outlines and details opened up. There was a design that looked like a golden dragon that managed to catch Shen Zuobi's eyes and keep him from looking at whoever was behind the door.
He noticed that while the door was opening, the dragon seem to be flying and went from the top of the white door to the bottom.
The dragon moved around for a bit as if he was trying to find the most comfortable place on the bottom of the door and when he did, he lied down and stopped moving concealing every movement from before.
The dragon which looked alive previously went back to being a design on a door and all of the liveliness disappeared.
Shen Zuobi looked at the dragon in confusion and interest for a few seconds before he heard a voice.
"Ahem!" Shen Zuobi quickly turned towards the same voice he heard before, after remembering why he ran for a whole hour and a few minutes.
The owner of the voice was a female that looked around 24 with a height of 5'9, golden hair that was long and messy but at the same time looked very elegant like a queen, and a blue dress that revealed not too much but not very little either.
Her body could be considered as perfect if there was such a thing. Her waist was ideal and her cleavage were big and very revealed due to the dress. They seemed like they were going to rip the dress at any given moment.
Her lips were plump and seemed like it would be very nice to kiss it. They reminded him of an American celebrity back on Earth named Kylie Jenner. Although Shen Zuobi only heard of her a few times in his life, he remembered her because of her blowing up everywhere due to a viral challenge where other people would try to make their lips look like her's.
Her eyes were sharp like she was a mother hawk preying on animals for her children. Above them were eyelashes that were relatively long and were put in a way that seemed like she was purposely being erotic and trying to flirt with Shen Zuobi.
Her eyebrows was just a little thick on the side pointing towards the middle of her face but got smaller the closer to the ears they got.

The way her face was shaped was in between chubby and sharp making her look cute but also sexy at the same time.
The most interesting thing about her was her dress. It went down to the area above her knees and below the waist. The dress had no laces on top giving it the modern style that girls would wear on Earth.
The dress had a v-shape where the cleavage was and had sleeves for the arms but it didn't cover the shoulders and revealed it out in the open. Not only did the sleeves not make it look less erotic but instead it did the opposite.
The dress had a dragon going around from the back to the front, which was a little hard to see since it was also blue but since it was in a different shade, if someone took the time like Shen Zuobi did and looked at the dress really deeply then you would be able to see it.
The dress was most interesting because the dragon looked like the exact same one on the door.
The female in front of Shen Suobi had really long arms fit for a model and legs that were also very tall. She seemed almost like an angel in the sense of her looks.
Shen Zuobi in less than 30 seconds looked at all parts of her and observed it. The female he was looking at noticed it and smirked as if it was a natural thing to do in front of her.
She looked at Shen Zuobi like she would at a cockroach, disgusted and superior. Shen Zuobi normally hated people like that but at this moment, he didn't care a single bit.
Shen Zuobi was staring at her without blinking as though he was worried that if he blinked she would disappear. He immediately fell in love with her and wanted to go up and kiss her but decided against that deficient idea.
What Shen Zuobi didn't know was that he was lucky. If he had followed through with his idea and did an impetuous act like that, his spirit body would have been killed resulting to his real body dying alongside it.
Not only did he save his own life but he also saved the life of thousands and maybe even millions of people on Egaroth. He could be considered as a hero that saved the world even if he would have been the demon lord as well since he would technically be the one to have destroyed the world.

The female in front of Shen Zuobi stares at him as well and when she was done, she turned around without closing the door meaning that Shen Zuobi was to come in.
Shen Zuobi seemed very excited to see the inside of the mansion wondering why it was in his mind and how.
The second after Shen Zuobi stepped past the door, he began feeling cold as though his heart was being frozen. The pain was so sudden and shocking that Shen Zuobi had no time to react. All he could do was stand and try his best to endure the pain.
The pain was obviously increasing every second and it went from being cold to almost being turned into human ice cream.
The cold was vanishing as Shen Zuobi hoped it would. He somehow knew that if he managed to survive it then he would be considered a genius. Even though he couldn't explain the feeling why he knew it, he just did.
In Shen Zuobi's head, the pain was a representation of everything he's missed in his past life.
Shen Zuobi managed to pull a smile despite the extreme cold.
He wanted to laugh off the pain but before he could, he felt the cold slowly disappearing from his body. Everything inside and outside him was becoming warmer and warmer.
"Seems that it's all over. That was quite easy, I wish."
The magical cliche monster known as jinx awoke at that moment and he began his mission.
The normal body heat of a human was quite similar to a fever's heat but the difference was also obvious.
Shen Zuobi began feeling like he was having a fever and that the global warming was taking place in his body. The heat in his body was increasing at a tremendous rate until sweat was pouring down like a rainstorm on his body.
Shen Zuobi has never in his life had sweat as much as he was at the moment. He felt like laying down and sleeping but he remembered why he never was popular and had friends in his past life and that was because he gave up fast.
When he came to this world, Shen Zuobi was determined to become the most popular, strongest, and smartest person to walk the land of Egaroth so when he heard himself about to give up, he got really furious and was about to blow the top.
Shen Zuobi stood as still as he could to hold in the pain but he knew that if it dragged on for too long then he would have no choice to fall asleep.
His efforts seemed to have been working because gradually the volcanic heat was lowering.
In twice the time it took to get that hot, Shen Zuobi's body heat was back to normal.
Shen Zuobi was relieved when the hot and cold attacks disappeared but it seemed a little too early to do so as the jinx monster struck again.
Just when Shen Zuobi was about to take some deep breaths to calm himself down he felt a strange pain in his back as though something had entered it.
"What in the world..." Shen Zuobi felt a monstrous amount of pain and wanted to stay standing but he only lasted 3 seconds before losing all his energy.
"Thud!" Shen Zuobi fell down and immediately lost consciousness. He landed flat on the ground seemingly dead.
There was not a single movement coming from Shen Zuobi.
Time seemed to have stopped as no one was moving. Only thing that could be heard or smelled was the sound of fizzling steam and the stench of a mysterious and strange concussion.
The female observing Shen Zuobi looked at him and smiled just a mere second before returning to her old face.
"Interesting. Normal humans would lose consciousness during the first wave of cold attacks and prodigies would during the hot one.
How did he, a human all the way from the boring, non-barbaric world Earth manage to get past both and only seemed to have lost his consciousness during the one that only Gods can take.
Maybe he is a once in a million year genius or maybe he's just lucky? Not every Re:Gamer can last this long. Either one works. Hahaha, 3 whole seconds he lasted during that last one. Genius or Luck, I'll take anything I can get my hands on."

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14
