K.O stared in horror as the misty, black creature with gold eyes broke through the mountain surface until it was standing 50 feet tall. Stumbling backwards, K.O stammered, "W-what the hell is t-that thing?"

The beast reared its head to the skies and roared. Tremors shook the land and Tweets flew off to safety.

"RRRAAAAAAAAAAAA..."

Rock the mountains

"What did you guys do?" They heard Belle scream and turned to see the girls running their way.

"You've got to be fucking kidding, right?" K.O gawked. "This one ain't us."

"What is it anyway?" Maya asked as she stared at the monster, her sweaty palms struggling to hold Dustin.

"I don't know, but I don't want to stay and find out." Belle said.

The beast continued to roar, "You dareth try to stealth from Gceshirra's holy temple." Its voice thundered loud as it brought Daniel to its face. "You filthy mortal."

"Please.. please. I'm sorry. I'M SORRYYY," Daniel bawled, fat tears and snot falling down his face.

Gceshirra's face cringed up and he sniffed the man, "And then soilth himself on Gceshirra. RAAAAAHHH"

It grabbed Daniel with both hands and ripped the man in two at the belt line. Eating the top half, he flung the legs down and it splattered in front of the kids.

"Oh hell no," Maya yelled then turned and took off running. K.O and Belle followed behind her.

Rockie tried to run with but..."Fuck", he cursed as he tried to stand on his leg.

The group stopped short in their tracks and looked back.

Gceshirra sucked in a deep breath and let out a loud roar. Air blasted from its mouth, destroying the terrain as it beamed for the kids.

"Go on without me," Rockie dramatically said, looking teary eyed at the three.

"Shut up fool," K.O sniped back, running to stand over the ginger then raised his palms. They glowed. When the beam reached them, a clear dome barrier protected the four from harm.

"Trust me, I would love nothing more than to turn tail and run right now," K.O gritted out, trying to hold up his barrier against the pressure, "but we can't just let this monster get loose and destroy the place."

Rockie stared up at K.O, his eyes sparkling for a second, before he nodded his head with a smile. "Right," he struggled to his feet masking his pain. "Besides, we still have a mission to finish."

Maya huffed, "You think I want to run? I don't have enough energy to fight that thing even without my source."

"This has gotten way out of hand you guys," Belle intervened. "We need to call for help."

"Nah, we got this." Rockie waved that idea off.

Belle started to rebuke that idea entirely before K.O cut in.

"Well, we better think of something quick," K.O growled, as his barrier started to crack, "cause we're outta time."

The barrier shattered and the teens were blown throughout the forest that surrounded the mountain.

"RAAAAHHHHHH" The monster started air blasting anything around it to pieces.

Maya drugged Dustin's handle through the ground to stop her fall. Skidding to a stop, she glared at Gceshirra as it stomped around roaring at the terrain. 'Damn damn damn', she clenched her jaw and tightened her hold, 'I don't know how much more I've got in me, but I've got to do something. Anything'.

She raised her arm up, "Woodworks 55: Getting handsy". A red magic circle formed under Gceshirra. Giant wooden hands wormed out and grabbed at its legs, but they only went through it, twinning around each other instead. Then they started arm wrestling.

"Wha? Really?" Maya yelped in shock, then she frowned. Poof. The hands vanished. 'Have to keep trying'.

She ran to were the forest and the mountain met. K.O and Belle flanked to her sides.

"My attack went right through it." Maya said.

"We need to figure out how to slow it down before it can leave the mountain." Belle said.

"You do realize with three steps, he'll be gone." K.O raised an brow at her.

A look of determination crossed Maya's face and she took a breath, "Well we have three steps then." She lifted Dustin overhead.

"Torpedo missile" Rockie zipped over them, electricity coating him completely and rushed towards Gcheshirra. Static balls shot from him and launched at the monster. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.

"RAAAAAAAA" Gceshirra stumbled back from the explosions. Rockie rammed into its stomach and lifted it off the ground.

Suddenly, Rockies' magic zapped out and then he was falling with Gceshirra falling over him.

"Bubble" a giant bubble formed before Belle. She swiped her arm outward and it flew out. The bubble rolled out and caught Rockie, then rolled away. Gceshirra crashed on its stomach, breaking the arithe up and making a dust avalanche.

The kids started coughing. K.O pointed his palm out and cleared the dust away.

"Rockie you brat. Are you trying to kill yourself?" Belle yelled over at the ginger who was laid out in the distance.

"Foolish mortals." Gceshirra roared as it started to stand.

"Pacious"

"Wood arrows"

"Water beam"

Nothing was hitting it as each attack went right through the beast.

"Your measly magic harmth Gceshirra not. Gceshirra shall crushth thee with thy finger then drinkth thee blood." Gceshirra laughed standing tall.

Rockie launched a lightning bolt and it exploded against the monster's back.

Gceshirra looked over at Rockie. "Do away with you." It reached down and plucked Rockie. The kid arched in the air and fell deep in the forest.

"Rockie!" Belle yelled.

Maya gritted her teeth, then noticed a red gem on the monster's forehead. 'Worth a shot'. She flung Dustin and he flew directly into the gem. Clink. The gem cracked. Dustin returned back to Maya's hand like a boomerang.

Gceshirra shot around, angrily looking at the teens. "Insolence hath no dominion over Gceshirra's wrath. Gceshirra will dineth on thy charred flesh and pickth thy teeth with thine bones. Then Gceshirra will taketh over this worthless planet as Gceshirra's own!" Gceshirra raised its right arm straight up and dark energy started gathering on its palm until it was a giant black orb.

A beam shot from the orb.

Maya jumped out. "Floorboard" A wood wall broke through the ground in front of her, but the beam crashed into it and the force sent the teens flying out into the forest.

Belle and Maya crashed through a few trees before they bounced from the branches and hit the ground.

"Shit," Maya gritted and clutched her left arm. A sharp branch was stuck in it with blood running down her arm. Biting into her shoulder, she grabbed the stick and yanked it out with a pained whimper. She unwrapped a ribbon from her braid then wrapped it around the wound.

She looked over at Belle who was picking leaves and twigs from her hair.

"Are you going to live?" Belle asked.

"I hope so." Maya joked, trying to smile.

"Now what? Nothing we are doing is hitting it and the only person who seemed to hurt it was Roc- Sweet Arithe, Rockie's hurt. He could be-"

"Calm down, girlie. Rockie's fine," Maya winced, standing to her feet. "That kid can't die. I once saw him eat one of Queen's toxic balls, mind you they can kill an entire village, thinking it was a treat. Trust me, he's good."

Belle looked at her gravely with her arms crossed, "So what then?"

"Well, you're the one with all the bright ideas."

"That's just it, I..." Belle's mouth clamped shut. Her throat felt as if it was closing up as she was suddenly at a loss, "I... I have nothing. I-I don't have any idea of how to get us through this." Belle gasped, starting to hyperventilate.

Maya rolled her eyes and grabbed her shoulders, shaking her hard. "Calm down. Firstly, it's too early to bitch out. Dove Clan doesn't raise weaklings. Now I'm going to go and find the boys. You stay here and do what you've got to."

Belle looked at Maya confused and opened her mouth to ask her what she had meant, but Maya was already running off. Belle let out a breath. 'Bright ideas? My only idea they turned down.' At that, Belle made a face. 'Was that what she meant?'

Belle kneeled to the ground and drew their guild's dove symbol in the dirt. It glowed when she connected the lines and then she placed her hand on top of it.

"Bird call"

Somewhere else in the forest...

"..aaAAHHH"

K.O flew and landed flat against a giant boulder before falling to the ground on his back. "Nnn," he groaned in pain. Crumble. K.O looked up to see another boulder on top of the one he'd crashed into toppling over him. He rolled out of the way just as the boulder landed.

Boom. 'That was close'. The back of his head thumped the ground as he tried to rest a little.

"K.O." Maya called out as she ran through the forest.

"Yo," he said, tiredly raising an arm.

Maya ran over to him and crouched down. "Are you good to go?"

"Yeah," K.O answered sitting up. He looked at Maya lifting a brow. "Where's Belle?"

"She's good, but we need to stall."

"Stall?" K.O gawked, his face going pale, "For what?"

Maya grinned at him then cupped her ear, "What? You said you give up?"

He glared back. "That's not what I meant."

"Good, cause we've got this."

"RAAAAAHHHHHH," they looked over and saw Gceshirra towering ahead of them.

It aimed its hand at them and energy formed another orb.

"I hope you're sure about that." K.O said.

Maya got to her feet and kept her eyes on the monster, "I know it." A brown aura formed around her and she stood straight.

Gceshirra released the orb.

'Oh shit. I really was just talking,' she fretted as the orb hurled their way.

Suddenly, a figure fell from the sky and punched the orb back. The orb went sailing into Gceshirra driving the beast back. BOOM.

The man before them slowly stood and turned to the kids. He had brown skin with pink eyes and salt-n-pepper hair that was slick to the sides. He also had a trimmed salt-n-pepper beard. He wore a maroon short-sleeve button down, a cream bow tie and brown dress pants and dress shoes.

"Ricky?!" Maya and K.O gaped, eyes wide in relief and shock.

Ricky smiled around the big cigar he was smoking, "Did someone call for help mate?"
