《My Little Husky Assistant》Chapter 36: Chaos

"Delicious?" Asked the model-like woman of thirty with black wavy hair as she fed the chicken into her little daughter's mouth.
"Uhn!" Her little girl replied while nodding with a huge smile on her face.
"I'm glad you like it, this restaurant is papa's favourite," added her husband.
A thud sound along with a vibration triggered every person in the restaurant. The woman embraced her panicked young child and hid her face under her chest. Another thumping thud sound but louder approached the restaurant accompanied by the destructive vibration which shook and disorganised every object. The aforementioned woman hugged her daughter and her husband demanded them to follow him and left the restaurant at instant.
The huge road filled with people, screaming and running in chaos, heading to the opposite direction of the sea. Vehicles and even small cars honked and beeped loudly as they hit one after another. Drivers from each car immediately deserted their car together with their passengers and sought refuge ahead.
Monsters with the body of a gigantic tarantula and a head of a half-bodied greyish smirking vampire, imitating the ancient creature, centaur, dashed into the city and annihilated any humans nearby them. The monsters and vampires flooding the city include blocking the road, buildings, and every house and flat in that area.
Ryuuchiro strode to the council's court with a combination of fury and vicious expression shown on his face. He kicked the door open and headed to the frightened council members. His murderous cold eyes glared at them without blinking made them shudder and feared him more. He banged the table and showed them his fangs. He grabbed the chief council's collar and pulled him to him.
"Why did you send all the vehicles and aircrafts to the vampire fortress! I insisted that none of you should perturb the government's business with the vampire and look at what you have done! The monsters invade Tokyo!! Tokyo needs us more than anything!" Ryuuchiro released the old man with exasperation and clenched his teeth. "Foolish!"
He walked out of the court and headed to the broadcasting room. He entered the room and crouched to the microphone. He stared at the man who was in charge of the room and nodded to him. The man nodded and pushed all of the buttons upward. He tapped the head of the microphone gently and began to speak.
"Courageous soldiers and my beloved staff, I'm Tsukiyama Ryuuchiro, the president and also the director of VSO. In the absence of your general and lieutenants, I would like to take the orders now. Tokyo is now facing disasters and chaos as the unknown monsters and vampires have set their manoeuvre to the whole of Tokyo. It's time to shine, take your weapons and any tools you can use to fight and bring them along with you. It's time to annihilate all vampires as the citizens are waiting for our help! Now, it's time to annihilate vampires!" He announced.

He thanked the man and left the room without wasting more time.
_______________
Yuu buried his face in his palms while crying. He sobbed and bawled as he had no idea what he was supposed to do. He heard several knocking sounds outside and dashed to his cell. He lifted his head and looked at the figures standing in front of him, they were the vampire soldiers. They seized him harshly and extracted the chains from the floor. He followed the vampire's steps wherever they were taking him.
Hayabusa shook his head after the collar loosened itself from his hairy neck after Ruthbert unlocked the collar. The seven sentinels were divided among themselves; Hayabusa and Adalbert, Nobara and Benditto, Victoria, Era and Ruthbert.
Nobara and Benditto ran along the alley and trounced every vampire guard guarding the prison. She complained about his combat skill everytime the vampire beat him. Another four vampires appeared in front of them and he blasted them with raging cold floods, showing off his strength to her.
"Not bad, huh," she complimented.
They entered a dungeon on a higher level. This dungeon was different from the cellar, it looked cleaner and the walls and the tiled floors were made of concrete cement. It was dimly lit by the burning candles. The sounds of their shoes echoed as they tiptoed along the silent hallway. She saw an open door and rushed to it.
"Yuu!" She called but the cell was disappointedly empty.
Tears began to pool in her eyes and trickled on her cheeks. She wept them and tightened her fist. Benditto looked at her sympathetically and realised her wrath through her tears and cold eyes glaring ahead.
Yuu was brought to a court then was forcefully thrown on the floor. The vampire queen who was staring at the blood shedding battlefield turned to him. She glanced at the vampire in white coat beside her and the vampire immediately obeyed. He confronted Yuu and grabbed his cheeks. He forced him to drink a dark rose pink liquid from the glass decanter.
"Swallow it!" The vampire in white coat demanded him.
The vampire saw his neck moving as he swallowed the liquid and released him. He panted and coughed before the queen squatted in front of him. She leant closer to his ear and put her arms around him.
"Werewolves were used to be our servants not until your father took over the throne and betrayed us. Now, you're once again my beloved child," she whispered and patted his head like an infant. "Do me a favour and you won't suffer."

His visions turned blurry then he vomited black fluid from his mouth. He screamed in pain that his chains jingled everytime he moved and unintentionally swung them. The queen smiled and watched him slowly changed into a beast. His white sclera turned black, the black fluids ran in his veins that they showed off under his fair skin. His emerald irises turned red and his mouth kept pouring saliva as he snarled like a dog while holding his head.
"Miss Tachibana, catch!" Victoria, who was on the balcony on the second floor of the castle, screamed.
Nobara looked above the moment she heard the voice. Victoria threw her M61 to her and it fell in front of her feet, damaging the tiled floor of the entrance of the castle. She seized her M61 and hugged it like a lover and smiled with pink flowers and glitters floating around her. Hayabusa and Adalbert joined them at the entrance and followed by Era, Victoria and Ruthbert who madly jumped from the balcony without thinking about the risk.
The sentinels were together again and marched to the fatal battlefield which was filled with bombs and bullets flying randomly. They annihilated the vampires in one blast. Nobara and Hayabusa trounced the vampires in one hit. She paused as she heard a shrieking and roaring sound from the back of the castle and murders of crow flew away, running away from the source of the sound. The other sentinels paused and turned to the sound as the roaring got louder.
Nobara glared through it and gasped as the source revealed itself from the castle. A huge and gigantic vicious black wolf with 7 thick tails wagging fiercely crawled slowly out of the castle and roared in pain. It charged to the series of tanks which launched bullets and bit them like a plastic toy. The human soldiers ran in panic as they saw the enormous monstrous and vicious wolf roaming around and bit every human soldier in his sight. Nobara cried and charged at the wolf.
_______________
Ryuuchiro pulled out his samurai out of its sheath and summoned his demon before he rushed to the vampires and slashed their head of their body. He ran while slicing and swinging his samurai like a swordmaster before he saw familiar giant arachnid monsters raised and floated from the sea water. They were the family of same monster which sabotage Nobara and Victoria's battle. The biggest arachnid raised from the sea and set its wet hairy and gigantic legs on the land.
Ryuuchiro saw a man of forty in black robe standing on top of the biggest arachnid. The man grinned as he viewed the shattered city and dead people lying pathetically everywhere. Ryuuchiro gasped as he knew who he was; he was Jaeger Hansmend Ville, the retired sentinel. After 19 years of banishment, he returned with his sinister plan to take over the world.
Ryuuchiro saw a tall building which was still standing straight and ran to the building. Luckily, the electricity was still running. He went to the toppest floor with the lift, carrying only himself and his samurai to fight Jaeger. The door of the lift slid open and he jumped out onto the helicopter landing platform. He watched the distance and calculated the enormous arachnid steps with a tiny Jaeger on top of it. He jumped onto its hairy back as the arachnid approached in the direction of the building. He faced Jaeger and saw his grinning face of satisfaction.
"Mr Ryuuchiro Tsukiyama, I know you! Old friend, eh!" Jaeger greeted him with a bright smile. "Thank you for joining me today but-"
Jaeger charged at Ryuuchiro at the speed of light and directly penetrated his chest with his metal glove. He smiled as he vomited viscous blood on his hand. His samurai dropped from his hand. He snarled and before he could remove his metallic hand, he threw him onto the surface. Tears poured out of his eyes as the vision of Nobara's sweet and beautiful face smiling to him projected in his mind. The vision changed to her figure in a wedding dress crying on the aisle. He smiled at the vision of her as a little girl smiled before he fell and smashed on the road like a mosquito being squashed.

The Stars Have Eyes
The universe was a vast, empty, dark, and uncaring place. Then life happened, and the universe was changed forever. Only a teeny-tiny bit, but definitely different. Then again, the universe changes a teeny-tiny bit every second of every day. For instance, if someone were to get off the couch and randomly drink a glass of milk? Bam! One less glass of milk in the universe. Changed forever. Well, excluding any time-travel shenanigans, but anyone who puts a big old hole in the time-space continuum just to un-drink a glass of milk should really reevaluate their priorities. Unless, of course, they were attempting to prevent some massive catastrophe vis-a-vis said glass of milk. Such a scenario is by no means impossible, as one should never underestimate the importance of calcium. Another important tip for any life forms out there is to keep things in perspective. Some look at the vastness of creation in relation to themselves and go, ‘Man, this sucks!’ These people really need to narrow their focus. Sure, they will never affect anything happening on the other end of the galaxy, but so what? That’s way the heck over there, where it doesn’t matter. Therefore, in order to maintain a healthy mindset, it is important to narrow one’s perspective to the things and people that affect them, and that they can affect in turn. But what happens if one is an unfathomable cosmic being from beyond the veil of reality? What happens when such an existence is capable of influencing entire swathes of the universe just by its presence? A creature such as Magh'rathlak the Observer? That particular entity is only about average as far as reality-warping creatures from the dawn of time go, so its influence over the fabric of reality is rather limited. And it still struggles to keep things in perspective. That, among other things, is why it decided to narrow its worldview a bit by compressing the maddening vastness of its being into a single corporeal form. Magh'rathlak had never tried such a feat, but that wasn't about to stop it. After all, how hard could being human possibly be?
