《My Little Husky Assistant》Chapter 2: Little Puppy Part II

Nobara rubbed her bum. A huge black figure approached her then lent her its right hand. She shook its hand then was pulled to stand up. She watched the man as a dim light flashed on his face, showing half of his face.
"I presume that this way of greeting is the major factor for your lack of customers, mister, and this shop of yours looks like a nest for black marketers," Nobara coldly praised.
"Hah!? How ironic, but you came either way, eh!" The man replied, "I'm the owner of this shop, I hope you can find what you've sought here and this shop is legal lest I won't run this business."
He toured her with some hospitality and boasted about the animals. Nobara stopped and gazed into a cage. It was dark then an adorable black little puppy whined and showed her its dark puppy eyes. It was a black Siberian husky which looked like a little wolf. Nobara put her index finger in the cage then the little dog bit it.
"Let go, you bloody- dog!" Nobara scolded then pulled her finger out, "I want this dog."
The hefty man smiled oddly, "uhm, miss, this dog is- nevermind."
She left the shop after purchasing the adorable dog. Its ice-blue eyes shone under the sunlight and its black fur sparkled like the reflection of an incandescent moon on the dark sea. She was adored by the husky's charm without noticing that she was walking on the busy road. Without a warning, the little husky abruptly bit her huge breast. The white car behind her honked for a lengthy time. Nobara showed a bashful look of unbearable embarrassment; she wore an oversized bra to cover up the fact that she had small breasts but nobody noticed that.
Furious, in the hotel room, Nobara scolded her new little puppy. The little dog whined and barked as a reply.
"I don't speak dog! You bit my breast and what was your purpose?!"
The adorable dog whined again and again filling her head with annoyance. Nobara ignored the whine and gazed out of the huge glass wall with her arms crossed on her chest. The little dog crawled then sat beside Nobara's leg. He whined and rubbed his head on her feet. She stared at him with revulsion drawn on her face. The dog howled then barked in a friendly manner. It ran around her legs then rolled in front of her, but she was still mad. He whined and cried loudly.

"Stop it! You won't have your dinner if you keep whining like a dog! I beg your pardon, you're a dog," Nobara sarcastically grumbled.
The dog stared at her with his head bent to the left then stuck his tongue out and wagged its tail.
"Surely, I won't forgive you. Remember your role as my pet, I only take you in because I need a company, not because you're needed, just a company like hiring a servant. Did you get me?"
He barked as a reply but unsatisfied. Nobara sat in front of him.
"Well yes, you should consider yourself lucky- Suspicious, wonder why you're so cheap when you're actually smart even as a puppy."
She stood then called the dog for his meals. She took out the can food from one of her shopping bag then poured half of its content onto a silver plate with a word '優' written on it. Her phone rang then picked it up at instant.
She hung up her conversation on the phone then exchanged glances with her little puppy which was named Yuu, as written on the silver plate. She squatted in front of Yuu then put his small paws on her palms. She rubbed them slowly then smiled.
"Good news, Yuu, tonight is going to be your first training on a real mission. Henceforth, you're my eyes, ears and my nose for every mission. Since you're smart, I believe that you might not need a train but a proper order, just follow whatever I say, is that clear little guy?"
Yuu barked adorably.
_______________
Nobara drove her sport car and headed to the bridge. She pressed the brake pedal then got out of her car together with Yuu. She took out her RPG from the boot of her car then carried it behind her. Yuu barked slowly then stuck its tongue out. Nobara squatted in front of him and patted his small head. They walked together ahead with awareness.
It was 3AM in the morning and not even a car could be seen driven on the bridge. The great silence made the sound of the sea and the night breezes clearer than usual. The lampposts flashed white light on the road. They could only hear the knocking sound of Nobara's red high heel shoes. Her sweat ran down her slender neck, eyes both opened scrutinizing her surroundings.

Yuu started sniffing then growled with its piercing eyes glaring ahead. Without hesitation, Nobara took her RPG from her back.
She glared ahead then recited, "Tsukiyama the Oni, I hereby summon thou for strength and durability. Lend me thee power for the purpose of slaying!"
Black shadowy smoke radiated from her heart then her iris glowed bright ochre. A well-built figure lumbered from the edge of the bridge. Half of its body was dead. Yuu barked continuously as it marched quickly forward. Nobara pulled the trigger of her RPG-7, launching its heavy ammo which aimed for its heart. The heavy ammo penetrated through its heart, leaving a hole on its body.
The zombie-like figure groaned in pain with blood flooding its feet. It looked ahead and immediately sprinted in their direction. Nobara launched another ammo while escaping from the approaching living corpse.
"Woof woof, woof!!" Yuu barked while chasing Nobara.
"I don't speak dog!! He's a vampire now run!!"
They headed to Nobara's sport car but before they arrived, a gang of the similar type of vampire waited for her arrival ahead. She believed that the huge and tall hefty vampire holding two katanas standing in the middle was the leader. She clicked her tongue.
"Is this a joke?! Am I the only sentinel in this city, there are so many of those bastard reside here!!" Nobara murmured to herself but Yuu could hear them.
The leader of the vampire charged ahead, moving forward with the speed of a bullet. He wielded his katana across her face, leaving a short scratch on Nobara's fair cheek. She stepped a few steps back and stood frozen glaring at the vampire's red shimmering eyes. The ravenous vampire's followers headed to the city, seeking prey.
"Yuu, track down their scent!" She ordered.
Yuu sprinted at instant speed without offence. Nobara breathed slowly then recited some words. She cut her wrist allowing a trickle of her fresh blood to flow at slow pace on her skin. The vampire set its eyes on the red blood, sniffing its aromatic scent. A black shadow approached from her shadow underneath her feet then formed a figure of a man with two horns on its head but blurry. The figure licked the blood while avoiding any drop of it from touching the ground.
Nobara's eyes shimmered then she aimed her RPG at the vampire leader. Without wasting the cursed ammo, she continuously wielded her RPG like a golf club on the vampire. The vampire defended itself with its katana. Flickering firework-like sparks of light could be seen as she pressed her cursed RPG against the vampire's katana. The vampire grinned without reading her mind but Nobara wasn't that foolish. She took her golden antique pistol which hid at her waist then aimed it to the vampire's heart.
"Bang!"
She pulled the trigger of the pistol then the vampire fell heavily on the rough floor. It immediately turned to dust which was then blown by the soft cold briezes.
"What a waste of cursed ammo. You should know that it costs your blood," Tsukiyama whispered.
"But thank you for the bullet, I just want to test my new toy. Retornare ḱóymos," Nobara replied.
Tsukiyama penetrated her shadow underneath her feet. She picked up the katanas when a vampire with many tentacles attached to its back approached from behind her then invaded her. She was defenseless. Fortunately, Yuu came back and immediately struck the vampire with his lightning bolt. Nobara was astonished by her glowing little husky with lightning radiating from its body. The vampire paralyzed and turned to ashes.
The lightning vanished from his body then he scratched his head with the hind limb. Nobara was still frozen over the thing that happened. Her dog wasn't a mere puppy but a dog with power. Yuu barked adorably begging for a pat, sticking his tongue out and wagging his tail.

Extermination Order
So it turns out that anime got something right: If you get hit by a truck, you're going to another world. Dennis became subject to that unknown quirk of reality when crossing a busy city street (despite having looked both ways). But that was quite some years ago. He's been around this new world 'Nassur' a time or two and knows how to live a good life. He also knows that adventuring friggin sucks. So, what is a man to do in a fantasy world with a shoddy leveling system that constantly suggests getting more XP, and a condition set by the gods that you must make the world a better place? Pest extermination. But reality is often fickle. Perhaps one day it is only rats, another, mechanical centipedes with lasers. Maybe the Dark Lord needs a shoulder to cry on because his dungeon simply can't be ready in time for the adventurers he likes to do battle against. Another poor soul from Earth could appear just as dazed and confused as the day you'd first arrived, requiring a good long talk about 'hey, what the hell is this, man'. And maybe... just maybe, that thick book of owed favors comes back to haunt you. For a man who desires a peaceful, productive life, Dennis can find it rather difficult for a week to go by where something doesn't go awry. This series originally started on r/HFY, [Link] but I decided to post it here since people are so positive about it! Posting rate is, and likely will continue to be, rather inconsistent. I made the most original story and setting I could think of. Critics are very welcome. A missing tag is the mystery tag, and this story will be very very very very long story

Tale of Family - Book 1 - WIP
The world is peaceful in 2063. Fusion reactor and Diamon battery had taken care of the energetical problem. Countries were stable. Automation was everywhere. Life wasn't hard anymore, at least not in the United States of Europe. Summer break is about to start and, finally, Zoe will turn 18 and be able to play the game, Binding Fate. A simple video game, a vrmmo, but what swam under its surface wasn't simple. Power, fame and money were but the tip of the iceberg... State: Hiatus because I've an idea for another story. Quick F.A.Q. : - Yuri/female homosexual relation? Yes.- Yaoi/male homosexual relation? Maybe.- Explicit Sexual Content? Maybe.- Full Fledged Tragedy? No. Never, ever ever.- Body Modification/Body Horror? Yes. (Note: what one person think is body horror can be acceptable for someone else. If you want to see to what length I can go, read a bit of The Other Labyrinth. However, I won't go as high as quickly in the body mod/horror, so relax.- Gore? Hell yeah! I love gore! spraying blood and viscera etc...- Torture? Hurgh... maybe? Idk. Not at the start at the very least.- Memory loss/erasing? No, or at least not permanently. I basically hate this trope because it's like taking out all the character grow from a character, destroying everything that makes them what and who they are. so no.- Overpowered protagonist? You will see mufufu...- Will characters stay relevant seeing how numerous they are? YES, MOTHERFUCKING YES, I hate when characters relevance decay over time for no good reasons ^^'- Plot Armor? First of all, a definition: "Sometimes referred to as "Script Immunity" or a "Character Shield", Plot Armor is when a main character's life and health are safeguarded by the fact that he's the one person who can't be removed from the story. Therefore, whenever Bob is in a situation where he could be killed (or at the least very seriously injured), he comes out unharmed with no logical, in-universe explanation." (courtesy of https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PlotArmor I love you guys ^^) So now that this is said, do my characters have plot armour? No, because I always have an in-universe explanation, even if you don't know it yet ^^ Something is illogical or don't make sense? Read more, the answer is surely in the story ^u^- Balanced system? If you want to crush numbers and have a perfect equation balancing all the system, that's not the story for you. The system is more like a living being, and the rewards aren't forcibly tied to the level of the player. In fact, the system is purposely unbalanced ^^' Author's note: My goal here is to write a slow-paced story revolving around the bonds linking the characters, be them family, friends or lovers. Fight will be part of it, but I intend to build an actual interesting world before making truly large-scale battle happen, because the bigger a battle is, the larger its causes and effects are. I also aim at telling a story about how the characters actually help each other becoming stronger, more stable and happier. I particularly despise the lone MC type that becomes so powerful that every other character of the current setting become irrelevant beside being hostage targets, so this will not happen. I also like crafting, arrays, blacksmithing etc... so there may be crafting. Another thing I like is management game like sim-city or the like, so this while also appears, keeping in mind that I like MC's that make people around them stronger... For the tropers around here, a list of tropes that I like to use (note that I may not use all of them ^^) (this list will be updated as I dive deeper and deeper into our dear trope wiki.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BodyHorror- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SealedGoodInACan- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/YouAreNotAlone- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ZombieAdvocate (In particular since I see a lot of things that aren't human as worthy to live and to live with)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvenEvilHasLovedOnes- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvenEvilHasStandards- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HeelFaceTurn- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CorruptTheCutie (Note: being corrupted don't mean you're a villain, only different than before.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DefectingForLove (Of course.)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/VillainousRescue- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/InterspeciesAdoption (For the same reasons as zombie advocate, since I love family stuff)- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BrokenBird (to go with corrupt the cutie if it's a girl)Cover: "The Bard" by John Martin, 1817.
