《12 Hand Asura》Cultivation Begins

While the Kingdom was going through a huge turmoil because of the power struggle, back on top of Mount Asura, Zio finally woke up after a long sleep.
When he got up his head started to sting a little, he grunted in pain and slowly opened his eyes to find himself inside the cave, he looked at the black sword stuck inside the alter and realized that it was not a dream,
"I thought it was all a dream, how long was I knocked out?"
Zio grunted and said.
"Three days, that's a lot less than I expected" He suddenly heard the rough voice of Asura coming from the sword, Zio snapped out and looked at the sword once again.
"Three days? What did you do to me?"
He asked confused.
"I thought you would be at least out for six days, even I am surprised that you woke up in just three but let's put that aside for now, I gave you a special cultivating method I and Valt had created, this will help you grow stronger"
Asura said.
"Did the ancestor cultivate this as well?"
He asked curiously.
"No, he didn't, we created this when Valt reached the clinical of this universe, our plan was to come back to this mountain and re-cultivate using this method, this method could have allowed up to break through the shackles of the Universe and explore other universe and realms but as you know, Valt backed off, he dunking wanted a family instead of unlimited power, what a stupid idiot"
Asura grumbled once again.
"Hmm, I understand, I would want unlimited power instead of a family"
Zio said and he looked at the cultivation method inside his head.
"See, you and I think alike, I am surprised that you are Valt's descendant, he was very different compared to you, though he was arrogant, brave, and prideful he was also humble in some ways, which stopped him from taking the last step, he cared too much about this world.

But you, I can tell that you are different, we will surely reach the peak if you do as I say and cultivate that method I gave you.
What a waste, this mountain was meant for Valt to re-cultivate using this method while the tempest dragon guarded the cave, that bitch, he ruined everything, I had to wait for 3 million years for you to come here"
Asura said and laughed.
Zio didn't bother with him and continued looking at the cultivation method inside his head.
"Huh? you are already ignoring me? the balls you have, kid. No one ever dared to ignore me"
Asura said while looking at Zio but Zio still didn't answer.
"Hey brat I am talking to you, you bitch you are ignoring me"
Asura started to get mad as he saw Zio not responding to him, he sighed and looked at Zio once again, he could tell that the boy is focused on the cultivation method and decided not to disturb him for now.
'This kid, I am taking a huge risk giving him this method but I could never find another candidate like this anywhere, fate is indeed a weird phenomenon, the first person who came to me after 3 million years is a little boy but the sin he carries is something I have never felt before'
Asura thought while he looked at Zio, he noticed that Zio has finished looking at the cultivation method and is now looking at him.
"Boy, did you go through it, what do you think, isn't it the treating thing you have ever seen in your life"
Asura said with a very proud tone, he was really proud of this cultivation method that he and Valt had created together.
"I don't know, I didn't understand even a single thing"

Zio said with the most innocent straight face he could do, Asura is stunned and suddenly started to get pissed for some reason, at first he was surprised by how focused Zio was when looking at the cultivation method, he thought that Zio might understand it.
But who would have thought that he couldn't even understand the basic?
'I can't believe this kid, he ignored me for this long and didn't even understand it'
Asura thought but he didn't burst out in anger, Zio was the only person he has interacted with within 3 million years, he doesn't want Zio to leave now.
"Fine I will teach you how to cultivate, let's get started right now"
And so Zio's cultivation journey started.
"This cultivation method is very hard, the very first realm will take you at least three years to reach its peak but after that, it will be a smooth sail, the first realm is the Fundamental realm where you will train your body and strengthen it till it becomes as hard and heavy as a rock"
Asura started to teach Zio how to cultivate and imply the method in his training.
"First you strengthen your bones, once they are strong enough we will cultivate your muscles to support all that energy in your body and the last step will be your skin, we will make it as hard as steel so that normal weapons cannot pierce into you"
And so Zio started his training under Asura, with all the necessary materials already available inside the cave, Zio didn't need to sneak out of the cave and only focused on training.
While Zio is busy training under Asura, the dragon outside the cave is shitting bricks from fear, he suddenly felt a terrifying power from inside the cave waking up, a power that even his parents didn't have, just like the memories from its parents, whoever is inside the cave is a being that no one should look straight at or they are asking for death.
The dragon now just wanted to get it over with instead of waiting here in suspense about his future.

Far Strider
A college student finds himself transported into a strange land with burgeoning magical powers, and is taken in by Ned Stark. Will he sink or swim in this medieval society, and will he ever get home? ====================== OC-insert without knowledge of Game of Thrones, new planeswalker. Slow power ramp. Second crossover: Star Wars (around chapter 39). ======================= As a note, I started this as a speed writing challenge to myself. The challenge was successful, and I managed 100,000+ words (as well as some character sheets in excel and such) over 10.5 days. Then I had to stop and let my hands recover from their burgeoning carpal tunnel syndrome. The story currently stands at around 150,000 words (or ~550 RRL pages) over 54 chapters; expect a chapter a day until I've caught up with the backlog. The focus of this story was not quality writing, and that hasn't changed. I mostly use it as my semi-guilty "I need to write something, but am not focused enough to write something good" story. Expect self-indulgent writing in general, and a bit of OP (or, well, more than just a bit if we're being honest), especially later in the story as the protagonist matures into a more full-blown Planeswalker. But if you're looking for something with a power-ramping protagonist romping around the place, something you'd be a bit embarrassed to admit liking (I know I am) but like anyways (and come on, this is RRL, so that probably describes just about everyone here who actually has shame), then this may be a nice bit of mental junk food for you.
8 150Shadowcroft Academy for Dungeons: Year One
Build a Dungeon. Slay Heroes. Survive Finals. Wounded Army vet Logan Murray thought mimics were the stuff of board games and dungeon manuals… right up until one ate him. In a flash of snapping teeth, Logan suddenly finds himself on the doorstep to another world. He’s been unwittingly recruited into the Shadowcroft Academy for Dungeons—the most prestigious interdimensional school dedicated to training the monstrous guardians who protect the Tree of Souls from so-called heroes. Heroes who would destroy the universe if it meant a shot at advancement. Unfortunately, as a bottom-tier cultivator with a laughably weak core, Logan’s dungeon options aren’t exactly stellar, and he finds himself reincarnated as a lowly fungaloid, a three-foot-tall mass of spongy mushroom with fewer skills than a typical sewer rat. If he’s going to survive the grueling challenges the academy has in store, he’ll need to ace the odd assortment of classes—Fiendish Fabrication, Dungeon Feng Shui, the Ethics of Murder 101—and learn how to turn his unusual guardian form into an asset instead of a liability. And that’s only if the gargoyle professor doesn’t demote him to a doomed wandering monster first…
