- Well, you've been ignoring my texts so I decided to pay you a visit.
- I'm not in the mood, please leave.
- Hey, let's not be like that, I haven't seen you in a while. I missed you.
- What do you want?
- I wanted to talk to you, that's all. Shouldn't you invite me over?
"That's right, we never actually went out per se so we never actually broke up. But it's been almost a year already, I almost forgot your stupid face."
- Nah, I'll pass, I'm too tired for this. And stop bothering me, I don't wanna be involved with you anymore.
- Huh? Just like that?
Da In didn't bother to answer. She quickly entered the passcode to the entrance door, closed it, and rushed to her apartment. When she was sure Min Ho was nowhere close to her, she pressed her head to the door and let out a loud sigh.
- Uuuugh, what the heck was that? My heart almost dropped to my feet! Is he a stalker now?
She took a shower and made herself some tea. Sitting at her kitchen table, she grabbed her phone and went through the texts sent by Min Ho.
- What was I thinking hanging out with him for almost 2 years? All we did was eat dinners and have sex at his place, he never even let me stay the night, not even once. He kept sending me occasional texts all this time though, is he that desperate? I mean... he has a good body, the only man in my life that actually had six-pack abs. Too bad he is such a moron. Really, I need to cut him off, no more toxic men in my life.

And with that powerful declaration, Da In pressed the "Block" button next to his name on the screen.
It was decided that this evening would be dedicated to self-improvement, thus, she picked a book from the bookcase and turned on the music. After about ten minutes of reading, Da In dropped a book on her face and let out an annoyed groan.
- Ugh, I cannot concentrate at all!
She put the book away and opened her laptop.
- Alright, let us check something.
She typed "Park Seong Woo" in the browser's search bar and saw a search result leading to a social media page.
- Damn, you need to be logged in to see his full info. But judging from the picture and date of birth, it is definitely him.
And suddenly, the laptop made a noise of a message notification that almost gave Da In a heart attack.
- GOD! What the...
"Hi, it's me, Seong Woo, remember me?"
Da In was trembling like a leaf on a branch. She was shaking so much, that it was hard to control the movements of her own hands. And then another message popped up.
"How have you been?"
- Alright, alright, just keep it cool. What should I say? Should I just ignore it? Nah, this is a gift from above, I need to play it right.
"Hi, I've been fine."
"This is great, I was afraid you'd changed your number, I'm glad you didn't."
- Seriously? And the idea of messaging me sooner never occurred to you?
"Yes, I happen to like my phone number. How are you?"
"Good, I guess. Are you free tomorrow evening?"
"Why?"
"I want to see you, silly."
"I work till 6, we can meet at the J building at 6:30."

"It's a date then! I'll see you there. Good night."
- What is happening? How is it possible? I've been carrying you in my heart for the last 5 years and now you're back and want to see me?
Da In found herself rolling on the floor, hugging her phone and smiling.
- Have I finally gone mad?
In the other part of the city, Ha Neul was less happy and had no time to be rolling on the floor.
- Honey, you're not gonna believe it! Da In just texted me, remember that guy who disappeared on her 5 years again? He texted her and he wants to meet her tomorrow.
Dong Hyun was playing a computer game and had no time to mull this news over. He yelled from the other room:
- Huh? Why would he do that?
- I know, right? Is it even okay to do that? Should she just go?
- I don't know, babe.
- I guess it'll be okay if we take this matter into our own hands...
Ha Neul smiled and clapped her hands. She got into her plotting mood.
