The entire building was his. Terin and Copy easily found their rooms and slept. Terin was glad that on this mission he managed to get a proper sleep. The night was uneventful and the alarm clock woke them up at 6 AM. Terin had a shower but no change of clothes that fit him. He stayed in his dirty clothes and the student noticed it. He was still afraid of them so he didn't mention it. On the way to the school he explained to them what the entrance exam is.

Entrance exam was split into two parts. One part tested your knowledge the other tested your physical capabilities. You come to this school to study so only minimal knowledge was required. As long as you performed well in the physical exam you would pass. Their new companion didn't seem particularly smart or strong so Terin believed they could easily pass.

They reached the school entrance. Guards that were in front spotted Terin and Copy, the soldiers couldn't recognize them and asked for their Student ID. These guards were calm and confident, Terin and Copy weren't something they worried about. The kid explained their situation. The guards took them in and they took them a different direction.

“If you pass the exam, come find me at the school. Just look for Kazuki Suki.”

The entrance exam was held in a different building. It was right next to the school. They were ordered to wait. Not long after the door opened and someone asked them to come in. Inside the room, behind his desk was sitting an old man.

“Hello, my name is Michael Schlamp Bokser. I am the dean of this School. Before you can take the exam I would first like to ask you a couple of questions. First one, what are your names?”

“Terin.” - ”Copy Strike”

“Hmm… A one name and a bot. Your name also feels familiar. What are the people of the Casual World doing here?” - He uncovered their identity quick. Terin didn't want to lie. He didn't know anything about this world. His lies would be quickly seen through. But Copy saved him.

“The Casual World is changing. We lost our place in it so we tried our hardest to get to this place and get educated so we can fit it better.” - Copy was doing good at the start and just following by what he said and what they knew. But then she ruined it, she mentioned that this school teaches them for the Casual World. If that's not true then everything falls apart.

“You know the location of this School and its purpose. You did your research well. One last question, why did you choose this School?”

“It's the best School! And you obviously want to go to the best.” This vague answer was good. Even if it wasn't the best she could just play it off by saying it's her opinion.

“And what about you Mr. Terin? You have been quiet. There is no need to be shy.”

“Copy and I have been companions for a long time and we share most of our opinions, including this one.”

“Hmm… a one name and a bot. A bot like her could be reformed into a human but a one name?”- There was a long pause. Terin once again felt something he forgot he could feel. He was nervous. He was sweating, causing his bad smell to become worse. The dean either couldn't smell it or just chose to ignore it. He finally made a decision.

“There are strong one names, maybe you are one of those, I will allow you to take the entrance exam.”

He pulled out some papers. Most of them were filled with info still needed to be filled in. He signed it and handed it over to Terin. Then he grabbed another batch of papers. These were simple text documents. He signed them and handed them over to Copy. She had to fill in her name, specifications and age. It was to create her Student ID. She passed without needing to take the exam.

“Once you leave show these papers to the men outside. They will take you to the appropriate buildings.”

They took their papers and left the room. Terin sighed, he was thankful it was finally over. Outside there were 2 men waiting for them. Their clothes were formal. They handed them the papers and after skimming them they asked Terin and Copy to follow. Copy didn't need to do the entrance exam so she was taken somewhere else.

The building he had to go was adjacent to the dean’s building. He entered it alone and was found in a giant arena. Above him was a balcony with Michael and a few other people he couldn’t recognize. And in front of him the giant door. The dean stood up and spoke.

“Welcome. The first test will be to test your physical strength. You will be fighting against a bot. Feel free to go all out. And don’t worry about winning or losing, the goal of this test is for us to see your capabilities. Good luck.”

He sat back down and bell was rung. The giant door in front of Terin opened. Once he was told he was fighting a bot he expected a humanoid but in front of him was a monster. It resembled 2 spiders on top of each other. The middle of the bot was a thin plate and both above and under it were just a bunch of arms. With it’s arms extended it was 5 meters tall.

Terin wanted to rip it's arms one by one to disable it but as grabbed one four other arms around it grabbed him back. He couldn't pull it out. It was only a matter of time before the other arms start attacking him. He had to get out. He jumped up and placed his feet on the arms that were holding him. He spread his legs and pushed himself off. Two hands lost their grip and the others couldn't hold him down and slid off his arms as he pulled out one. Friction burned his hands but it wasn't a heavy injury. The core of the machine was exposed. If he could strike the center he can finish it in one blow. As he was coming up with the plan of the attack one of the arms pulled something from the middle of its body. It was a lid. It sealed off the hole Terin created.

The machine was intelligent. It made sense that everyone would look for a way to neutralise it's arms. Without them it can't attack or defend itself. It's also the thing blocking people from reaching its core. So it prepared defences for once the arm was ripped apart. Obviously the lid would be much tougher to break through than the arms. That's what everybody would think. But Terin was different. It was a machine meant to test people. As such that lid is telling people “Try another way” and it's not something that is harder than the arms themselves. You'd have to be really stubborn or stupid to try going through it. It was a longshot but Terin decided to try it again. The machine wasn't complicated, all it could do was grapple you and beat you up. It's no match for his dab powers but he wanted to avoid using them in front of his enemies.

He rushed in aiming for the lid. As expected the bot tried to grab him but he evaded and threw a punch. Hit! He hit the hand, it was blocking the hole. But that didn't stop his attack. He spread out his legs in a split and the machine lost its balance and fell. The hand blocking the hole left an opening just for a split second but it was enough for Terin. He slammed his hand inside. Feeling some round shaped object he ripped it out. The machine was dead.

“You defeated the machine without using any techniques? Impossible! It would rip you apart. Is it some skill you acquired after years of training?”

They guessed right but are not aware of the technique. Terin didn't want to give away his power. They might not recognize his name but they will recognize his title. He racked his brains until he remembered an old technique that boosts the user's strength.

“Do you even lift bro?”

“Ah, that one. Indeed your mastery over it is impressive. We can safely say that you passed the physical test. Now please continue through the door for the other portion of the exam.”

The room he was in was a normal looking school classroom. It had only one desk in it. He was alone in it. Somebody came in and gave him a sheet of paper and a pen. The questions were all asking about his opinions. Most of them were on memes and by their wording anything positive about memes seemed like a bad answer. It was extremely difficult to fail the test unless the wording was a trap. He finished it in 5 minutes. Once he left he was greeted by the same person that handed him his test. He took the paper and started checking it on the spot.

“Hmm, yes… Good job! You passed the theoretical part of the exam. Congratulations!”

He was getting praise but they did all the work for him. They already had the Student ID prepared and handed it to him. The examiner escorted him out of the building and he was met with Copy once again.

“So, how was the exam?”

“About as difficult as spotting your sneak attacks.”

Copy was quite proud of her sneaking and she believed she was amongst the best. Terin also acknowledged her skills and she knew that. But he was now teasing her because of how easily he spotted her. Copy still had no idea she managed to kill him.

They arrived at the gate. After their Student IDs were checked, they were allowed inside. The large mechanical gate opened. The shock on their face was apparent. The school they were watching was different from inside. Outside everything looked small and scuffed but inside was much different. The entire area was bigger by a huge margin. It looked like it was the same size as the city. The school building was also monumental. It looked like it would take at least an hour to reach from one side of the building to another. Dormitory was also much larger. Previously they couldn't believe hundreds of thousands of people to fit inside it but now he believed there would even be room to spare.

They had no guide or anything, it was important for them to find Kazuki. But finding him won’t be easy in this enormous place. Luckily Copy had enhanced vision. She spotted a board and they went over it. It was a list of all the students in the school and their location. A computer was next to it that could be used to search for specific people. She typed in his full name. Lucky for them he was in the same park as them, unlucky for them, the park was huge. All types of natural environment were in this park. From random flower gardens to large jungles.

Walking around the park for a few minutes he was finally found next to an area where roses grew. But he had company. Him and his friend were lying on the grass and eating pizza. Somebody walked up to them. He was wearing ray bans and equipped with multiple vapes. The amount of vapes seemed excessive. He took a puff and blew it on their pizza.

“Don’t fucking vape on the pizza!”

“Why not? What are you going to do about it?”

Kazuki’s friend was dissatisfied and wanted to do something about it but gave up and left. Kazuki decided to stay and stand up to him. Kazuki was obviously angry and wanted revenge for being disrespected but Terin and Copy were in a hurry and couldn’t leave it alone.

“What’s going on here?”

“None of your business.” - As Terin approached the vaper backed off. - “And how about getting a shower.”

“I need Kazuki so either you leave, or I make you leave.”

“I haven’t seen you around here, you made a strong enemy as soon as you enrolled. And I don’t plan on forgiving you.”

Kazuki realised what was happening and quickly warned Terin.

“Be careful! That’s Vape Trickz 2000! He can control the smoke from his vapes and use it as weapons. If it gets in your lungs you are as good as dead!” - Vape Trickz 2000 already covered himself in smoke. - “There is no way to get near him now, we should just run and come better prepared!”

Terin heard Kazuki’s warning but he had a plan. Someone that purely used smoke as a weapon was easy to counter. All he had to do was blow it away. He was in a hurry. Now was the time to reveal his true identity. He performed the Power Dab.

“What?!” - Both the Kazuki and Vape Trickz 2000 were surprised. But Terin’s enemy quickly regained his composure. - “Huh, I am worrying over nothing. Like a Dab user could threaten me. If you apologise now I might just beat you up and let you keep your Student ID.”

Terin ignored him and charged straight at him. Vape Trickz 2000 was smiling. Using brute force to beat him was impossible. The day was perfect for him. No wind whatsoever made it simple for him to control the smoke. Using brute force to defeat him in his peak condition was impossible. Terin approached the cloud of smoke. Clap. Terin clapped his hands with such strength that the shockwave was enough to blow away everything in front of him. Vape Trickz 2000 was exposed. What happened shocked him but he remained vigilant. He smoked one of his vapes but Terin was faster. Before he could exhale the smoke Terin already had a hand on his throat.

“Exhale and I’ll snap your neck. Kazuki, killing is legal here right?” - Kazuki was too shocked over what happened that he didn’t even realise Terin asked him that. Copy bumped him and he returned to reality. - “Killing is allowed inside the school but it gives a bad reputation amongst other students and has little use. Most people just take their Student ID or beat their opponent to send a message.”

Vape Trickz 2000 coughed as he inhaled the smoke. Terin didn’t want to kill but beating him senseless while the opponent surrender didn’t suit him either. His goal was to get Kazuki quickly and he accomplished it. There was no need to escalate the conflict any further. Terin let Vape Trickz 2000 go.

“Haha, you are as dumb as any Dab user. When I coughed I exhaled a little bit of smoke that’s in your lungs now. Suffer!” - Terin was aware that he blew out smoke at that moment but he thought it was just an accident. - “Huh? Why is nothing happening?”

“My Power Dab strengthens my whole body. Which includes the insides as well, and that little amount of smoke won’t even scratch me.”

Launching a secret attack like that Terin couldn’t let go. He punched him in stomach and threw him in the bush of roses.

“Now Kazuki, explain me how this entire School works.”
