《Mega Cringe: Dab》Chapter 1 - Dab Master

Terin, known across the world as “Dab Master”, was sitting in his office playing a world famous MMORPG White Tundra Offline like usual. He was famous in the online world and because everything was online he was famous in real life too. Enjoying his time with mindless grinding he suddenly heard some noise outside. An invasion was going on. Normally during an invasion people are combat ready. He was quite relaxed because the invaders never reached this high but he wasn’t careless. Terin stopped his grinding and went outside on the balcony. There he saw a gang of people climbing up the staircase.
“What are you doing here?” – the answer was obvious but he was interested in how they got all the way up.
“Wow boys it’s the famous “Dab Master”, seems like he is stupid when he can’t even notice the obvious. Well as expected from someone who dabs.” – laughter erupted in the enemy ranks and someone did a mock dab towards him.
Before they even realised what had happened a head of their colleague had exploded.
“Don’t make fun of dabbing.” – he said in a calm voice.
Seeing they were attacked they didn’t waste any more time trash talking. Five enemies that were left all pulled out their firearms. Since the staircase was narrow only 2 could attack without causing friendly fire. But before they could unholster their weapons Terin was already sliding down the staircase and commencing his attack. Getting under his first opponent he hit him in the groin sending him flying. Tripping up the enemy next to him he grabbed him as he fell and quickly used him as a body shield while lying down on a stair. The shots were already fired and they killed their comrade before they could stop. Without stopping Terin threw the body at the other guys. With little space to dodge only one managed to escape being knocked down but to his misfortune the guy that was just flying now landed right on top of him. While they were all incapacitated he went up to the still conscious ones and knocked them out.

It was a beautiful sunrise and a perfect opportunity he wouldn’t waste. He took a pose and started lifting his hands, aligning them perfectly in the same angle in front of the sun. The fingers on his right hand and the elbow of his left hand were touching the edge of the sun, cutting it across perfectly. Terin stood there for a few seconds, still as a statue, just appreciating the moment. Although he wished for someone to take a picture of this so he could appreciate it forever he was happy just knowing he executed another perfect dab in another great environment.
Finishing his art he decided to finish his job. The punishment of invading someone and losing the fight is death therefore all Terin did was push their unconscious bodies off the balcony. There aren’t many who can survive a fall from the 99th floor after all. His job was cleaning up the bodies, so he left the blood to dry and let someone else clean it. Since he stopped the invaders that means that everyone under him is dead. He had to inform the boss about it. Boss’ office was just another floor above him so he went there. What waited him there were double doors which were forcefully opened. Worried, he instantly rushed in and saw blood and signs of a fight everywhere. Behind the boss’ desk was a red circle slowly expanding. Sound of coughing could be heard from behind the desk.
“Terin… is that you?” – that was clearly his boss’ voice so he rushed there to help him.
When he arrived he saw his boss was covered in wounds and blood was everywhere, it was a miracle how he is even alive with this amount of blood loss.
“Boss, it’s me, what happened, talk to me boss!”

“Listen, I don’t have much time” – his breathing was heavy and he was putting all he had left into his speech – “the one who did this to me was Marculius Zurcberius, he is in the Deep Fried dimension. Go there and stop his plans. Stop the project “Z U C C”. This is my last order...”
“Alright boss, I got it, I’ll execute your order.” – Terin was sad, but he accepted the reality and even tho he cared about his boss he didn’t cry or try to fight destiny, he accepted the death of someone who was dear to him and knew that the boss, and his closest friend, wouldn’t want him to be sad. The best way to show his respect was to fulfill his wish. – “I’ll kill Marculius Zurcberius and stop his plans, I’ll fullfil your last wish… Jeff.”
