《My Life As A Creator》S8.5: Time

Hmm? Ah? Oh. Sorry, I didn't realize I had gotten off subject. So I went around and did my usual Pure Ishu Shaping to various beasts. These I didn't stay around to see if they could. I trusted that I was able to grant them all the knowledge. This one took some time as well. I want to say it was close to 10 years, maybe 15. Honestly by the time that I started doing this I had lost track of the time I had spent there. While I don't want to skip around the time frame so much, I feel it's necessary because nothing really happened to be entertaining enough for a story. While in the beginning I was telling you day by day, because it was new. These were new things that I was doing for the first time. But these. I'm doing the same repetitive motions day in and out. There was nothing special about these days. Think about your life. Can you exactly recall what you did everyday for a year? Or do you only recall moments or days? I see no need to repeat these meaningless days as if they were a new experience. Yè would be upset at me for saying that though. He'd berate me for saying that everyday was meaningless if it didn't have something new and special in it. No matter the context, he'd say that everyday had meaning. Like the crops we raise, we grow everyday. Everyday means something even if it's the same thing. Haha. Yè... I wonder what he did all this time I had been gone. When I lost track of the days, months, and years. Did he remember them all? Did. Did it hurt Yè? The separation for so long. Did you question if this was your fault? Did you question yourself? Were you good enough? Did you do everything you could? Was this the right path? Well. Don't worry Yè. Nothing about you was wrong. Nothing was your fault. If anything I should've taken you with me. Yè... I missed seeing your face everyday. Even on our off days when you'd come over unannounced. Even if you found your way in. I'm not sure if I was good enough to you. This was selfish of me.

Second Life's Game: Hell
(LitRPG/Fantasy) *** Disclaimer: I changed the title of this fiction because I realised that religious people may be offended by it. This fiction is purely intended to entertain and is not based upon any religion. *** What comes after death? The Afterlife. A world split into three layers. Heaven, Nexus and Hell. The Afterlife is harsh, cruel, and sometimes downright unfair, with everything based upon luck. A world with a game system, which enables the residents to level up, and gain special attributes. A tower lies in the middle of it all, named the Core, which provides passage to God, who will bestow on you your greatest desires. Unfortunately, to get to God, one must conquer 27 stages and battle against others wishing to meet him too. Ikite, a young teenager, gets killed by a gang of criminals and reawakens in Hell with a different body and life. As his two new personalities meld into one, he becomes an 'Awakener', someone who has their previous life's personality sharing their mind. However, he realises he has no combat perks, a bad class and a peasant's life in Hell, the lowest layer. At first, he decides on a hardworking, yet peaceful life with his mother, but bad luck wouldn' leave him alone. Forced to journey where he doesn't want to journey, will he overcome his obstacles, change his perspectives, and climb the tower? Or will he sink into the lifeless state, just like many of those around him... Kick back and relax with this book as it's your traditional LitRPG, with a twist or two here and there. New chapter at least every two days (unless previously stated).

The Successor
The Immortal God Emperor is dead...yet his Successor will one day arise. The worlds had long moved on from the greatest Cultivator of all time. The things that had been achieved and the advances made in the Immortal God Emperor's absence were nothing to turn one's nose up at. And yet, something was always missing. Because Cultivators, no matter the goals they pursue, always bow to the greater power. They seek it, they covet it for themselves, and they serve it with reverence. Shan Kai Lan was born into such a world. Born to two herb farmers whose cultivation did not surpass the Foundation Realm, yet who loved their son more than anything. Kai Lan was a child blessed by the Spiritual Plain, far more gifted and more intelligent than others his age. Yet the more profound his achievements, the greater the likelihood that his happy, peaceful life would be trampled on by those who desired his potential for themselves. The question of Kai Lan's journey becomes not whether he will reach the highest peak of cultivation, but what he will be forced to do to keep his young Clan, and the happiness it provides, at peace. Note to Reader: I am not of an Asian background, but this work is heavily influenced by Eastern stories and concepts. In saying that, it is an INFLUENCE only. Keep in mind that this is a fantasy work, and any butchering of names, concepts or cultural objects/places/subjects are not meant in any way to offend. With that in mind, Happy Reading! - Jelim
