There were quite a few wild beasts that could be seen lounging around the lake.

Edward frowned.
Rosa was also shocked seeing the situation in front of her and said.
"Yeah, something's off about this place. Let's search around, and maybe we can find some clues. Quite a few beasts are walking around here too."
Indeed, there are many Pokemon walking around the lake.
There is also a lot of greenery around, which is entirely different from the monotonous environment of the valley, making it full of nature's breath.
