《War of the gods [Forum game]》Chapter 13. Do you want to help me to sacrifice a deer to the great spirit?

Unexpectedly Nameless heard a whisper. [Oh my young one, I must apologize for not warning thee of the serpent, you may want to run to civilization and take part in "society" until you are strong enough to live on your own. I cannot tell you who i am here and now, but whence you are safe i shall reveal myself to you. Also, you took the divine saliva so try focusing on that, it may have had a detoxifying effect"]
“But why you can't tell me now who you are?” Nameless questioned. That saliva in my body is so strong?! It has a detoxifying effect?!
The voice didn't answer, but the human heard a whisper that belonged to another spirit. [Will there be pancakes?]
Actually, it was a conversion of two. The second being cawed as a raven. [Unfortunately that is unlikely, as we have not heard that frying pans exist in this world.]
[Noooo!]
This conversation looked strange. Why are they talking about the frying pans? Are the voices planning to make some pancakes?
Suddenly Nameless thought that he had heard a female giggle. Do they have women there?
The man was startled. Are those voices having a pancake party now?!
For the human it was hard to imagine such party. Are the spirits going to fry some pancakes now and then eat them? Really?
But in the next moment Nameless experienced a present of a new spirit. It observed the man for some time and whispered. [Focus and hone your new power, do that and you will fear nothing.]
“My new power? Are you talking about the divine saliva that I had drunken up?”
The voice didn't answer him.
All of a sudden Nameless realized that he was alone now. He floated in the emptiness. Only spirits could be here.

The man saw seven great and mighty spirits. It seemed that they talked, laughed, and argued, but behind them... He saw numerous smaller spirits. They also watched Nameless with curiosity, but their mouthes were stitched. What's happened with them?
Laziness and Indifference are their greatest sins, an answer came suddenly. They wish to consume everything without paying even a penny. They are typical consumers. Children of capitalistic world. They wish only to watch your suffering, Nameless.
“Who are you?!” the human was frightened. “Show yourself!”
It's time to wake up, little soul.
~~~~~~
Nameless woke up and saw that the dryad - who he had helped with the hunters earlier - sat by him and stared at the man.
What's happening?
“I've healed you, stranger,” she said. “Your body has no poison.”
The human remembered what had happened with him. He remembered as he ran in the jungle and stepped on the snake.
“Thank you... Sorry, I don't know your name.”
“We – the dryads – haven't ones,” she noticed a question in his eyes and explained.
“We don't need names. It's quite weird for us that you – the humans – have them.”
“I see... I haven't a name as well.”
“Really?”
He nodded.
“But you – the humans – need at least one.”
“I guess so.”
“I heard that your rulers like long names. Do you like long names too, stranger?”
Nameless shook his head. “I don't think so. Why did you help me after... what I tried to do to you?”
“You helped me. At least you tried. Now I've paid you back. Besides, I didn't run away when you... when you couldn't control yourself. I've hidden in the jungle and observed you.”
“Oh... I behaved a little strange?”
She smiled. “You've come upon the hill and then rushed into the jungle as if your life depended on it.”
“I imagine how strange it looked.”
The dryad nodded and then said. “I feel your connection with a world of spirits. They watch you. They are excited. They are like little children with a new toy. You are...”
The woman shook her head and questioned suddenly. “Do you want to help me to sacrifice a deer to the great spirit?”
The man was startled. Why do I need to be a part of this?
“The great spirit had saved both of us from the hunters that time. It will be a right thing to sacrifice a young deer together. It will please that great spirit.”
The human wasn't sure what to do. He hadn't a wish to kill an animal, but the dryad's words weren't wrong as well.
Suddenly the man heard those voices again.
[Refuse to take part into this barbaric ceremony! You are a civilized person! Just say “No”! These dryads are so barbaric and uncivilized!]
[Accept her kind offer! This is a fun to take part in such interesting ceremony! Let's sacrifice a deer!]
[Kiss her! This is your second chance! And why do you still wear your pants?! Take your pants off! She awaits!]
