《War of the gods [Forum game]》Chapter 5. Archenemy of humankind!

In the beginning each spirit whispered its own command simultaneously, but later majority of them banded together and their whisper became strong enough to be heard.
[Ask the old man to tell you more about the mutants and their deity Vahrun! I want to know who this archenemy is!]
Nameless realized that he needed to know more information about the mutants and especially about Vahrun, their deity. It could be useful in the future.
Now it was even more important than scheming against the voices.
“Old man, could you tell me more about Vahrun and the mutants?” Nameless interrupted the monk who was telling him a story about natus_vincat's greatness.
Who does care about that god and his puny deeds if you can get information about Vahrun?!
For the man a choice was obvious now.
“Vahrun and the mutants, you say?” the old man grumbled.
It seems he didn't like to be interrupted.
Currently both men walked along the road, coming closer to the temple. Nameless thanked and gave back a small water bag – which was made of the animal skin - to the monk. Finally, I've quenched my thirst!
“This sacred place isn't a right place to speak about that despicable deity and his followers... but okay. I see that you are not from our lands. Thus you need to know the truth about the archenemy of humankind.
Vahrun is the greatest blasphemer. His infamous speech in Tumeba had revealed his corrupted nature. Since that time Vahrun began to corrupt humankind. He has brought pain, suffer, and tears to our world. The mutants deny our Lord's greatness. They doubt our Lord's handsomeness! Those blasphemers even laugh at our Lord's smartness! You see, nothing can save them! Nothing, I say you! Only a complete extermination! Only a holy purification can bring justice and peace to the mutants' lands!”

The monk paused to calm down. “The mutants' souls can't be saved anymore. We had lost them centuries ago. Now they serve Vahrun happily. He even sends those abominations to raid our lands! The archenemy wants to corrupt more innocent souls and turn them into mutants! Stranger, have you ever seen a mutant?!”
Nameless shook his head.
“They are ugly monsters. Majority of them have animal heads. The lesser part have animal limbs and tails, as well as other minor mutant attributes. Now do you see why we need to exterminate those abominations?! They aren't humans anymore. Just a parody! But the worst part is that they state that Vahrun is more handsome than natus-vincat! Not only more handsome but also greater and smarter! This is a great blasphemy!”
The old man continued to tell about Vahrun's and the mutants' crimes eagerly while they walked. Soon both men had reached the temple's gate.
Suddenly Nameless thought. Why do I listen to this nonsense?!
But he knew why. Again those damn voices!
He looked up. Stop doing this! I'm not your plaything!
They passed through the gate and entered the temple. Immediately Nameless noticed that on the walls were written numerous words in golden paint. These words were large enough that a visitor could read them.
Quickly Nameless realized that on the walls were written only three words that repeated many times. “Great”, “Handsome”, and “Smart”.
The man looked up and saw a gigantic name on the ceiling: “natus_vincat”. A name of their god.
This name didn't have any copies. It was just a gigantic name on the ceiling.
“Isn't it beautiful..?” the old monk smiled, staring at the ceiling. “Do you know why the first letter of the name of our god isn't written in a capital letter?”

“I don't.”
“That's because our Lord is humble. He doesn't want to emphasize his greatness.”
Nameless was stunned. WTF?! He stared at the old monk. Do you call him humble?!
“Please, wait here, stranger. I will go to cut my beard off,” The old man left.
Nameless looked around. The temple wasn't empty. He could see several monks at least. Besides, the human noticed a small group of people who prayed in front of a stone pedestal on which a flask stood. They don't look like monks... Oh no! I hear those damn voices again!
[Stay still! I don't want you to get in trouble again!]
[Go and find that old man! What if he fooled you?! He can run away with your precious beard! You can't allow it to happen! Hurry up!]
[Speak with any monk. Ask about the words on the walls. Do they have any meaning?]
[What a beautiful temple! Thus prostrate! Show your utmost respect to natus_vincat! Show that you are a true believer! Perhaps, the monks will give you something useful!]
[Go to the flask! Observe it and ask any monk to tell you about this flask politely!]
[Go to the flask! It looks valuable! Let's make it yours! Your pocket is the most appropriate place for the flask! Don't worry! You always can run away!]
[Speak with those praying people. I'm curious why they're praying to that flask? Perhaps, it contains a super power? Maybe you need to hurry up and drink what's in the flask?]
[Find a person who's in charge here! He/she must know or has something interesting!]
