However, the Ha family member quickly recovered his bearing and threw a left hook at Liu Guanyi's face.
Clasp!
Liu Guanyi simply caught his hook with his right hand and pulled his arm outward to break his balance and delivered a straight front kick to his gut, knocking him back easily!
As he was sent back, he back-rolled away to a distance and quickly got up. However, this time, there was a wariness in his eyes as he stared at Liu Guanyi at what he assumed was a safe distance.
"Who are you?" He asked as wariness was apparent in his voice.
Liu Guanyi smiled and spoke casually. "It looks like that you are finally ready to talk only after a kick on your gut, huh? It seems that the rumors about the Ha family aren't unfounded, you guys are truly reckless."
"I said, who are you!? How could you block my punch so easily?!" The black-haired man ignored his remark and shouted at him.
It was natural for him, a member of the Ha family, to feel like that after being overpowered in a physical fight. They should be unparalleled in terms of physical strength at the same level because of the inherent gift that they had inherited from their ancestor and family leader.
The leopard had received only a single elbow that made it walk limp while a straight punch sent the fanged man, a fellow member of the ten great families, to his eventual death.
These were the testaments of his incredible physical prowess, but now, a random man could bend him to his knees?
"It seems that you haven't realized who's actually in command here." Liu Guanyi shrugged his head.
Liu Guanyi kicked off the ground as he moved in front of him instantly and launched a punch that connected sharply to his gut. However, he wasn't done yet.

Liu Guanyi grasped his arm using his other hand to prevent him from being flung away as he sent his other fist at his face and drove it to the ground!
Baaaaaang!
The ground cracked as the black-haired man's head was planted deep into the ground.
Liu Guanyi waited for a while before he could finally recover from the shock. His head was bleeding from the blow but Liu Guanyi controlled his power so he was alright, aside from a little internal damage.
As the black-haired man finally recovered from the shock, he saw Liu Guanyi looking down at him. His fluttering long black hair, calm and indifferent face, and cold dark eyes made him look charming yet unnerving at the same time.
Staring at the black eyes, he bore with the haziness in his head and quickly came to his senses.
Seeing this, Liu Guanyi smiled. "It's good that you've come to your senses. Hopefully, your brain has too since I don't want to drill it once again into your thick skull."
"Sigh… ugh." He let out a sigh and groaned as he realized that his hot-blooded instinct got the better of him.
He couldn't help it, it was inherent in his blood to act first and think later as it also what the effective way usually was, just like the Lo Po Bia guy for example.
Unfortunately for him, it seemed he had met someone whom he couldn't deal with the usual way, and he had to pay the price for his recklessness. It was already pretty good that he didn't suffer more than a headache and small bleeding on his head and a bruise on his abdomen.
The man went easy on him. If not, he would probably have many of his bones broken. Since it had come to this, he had no choice if he didn't want to suffer more or even die at his hands. "Alright, ask whatever questions you have."

"You are from the top team E-ranked team, right?" Liu Guanyi asked as the black-haired man nodded.
"What's the plan that your team has? I'm sure your leader has one that he told you. This test is hard, after all, only idiots will go in blindly and I know that you guys couldn't be the top team with an idiot as your leader and facing every test you meet without any consideration."
As the black-haired man digested Liu Guanyi's question slowly since he had to bear the headache and was about to open his mouth-
"Oh, and don't try to give false information. If I deem that it's a waste of time to talk with you, I won't bother asking you questions and since you are really hard to talk, silencing you once and for all seems better for me." Liu Guanyi spoke solemnly.
Staring at his black, piercing eyes made a shiver run down his spine, Liu Guanyi was truly serious about it. If he didn't want to talk or give him an unsatisfactory answer… he could see that Liu Guanyi would kill him instantly without a doubt.
His brain worked intensely as he tried to come up with a suitable answer, yet after a while, he decided to spill the beans.
"Alright, I don't really know what my team's light bearer has in mind, but we were told to look for the moister and wetter areas." He spoke with a little difficulty.
He only joined the team because it was better for him to do so. Since it had come to this point, right now, it was better to keep his life rather than being loyal to his teammates, he would absolutely choose to keep his life.
He didn't like those Khuns anyway, especially Ray. Just the same as the relationship between the Ha family and the Khun family.
Seeing Liu Guanyi seemed to be interested, he continued. "I was looking for those areas just like my other teammates before I encountered that Leopard guy, and the rest you have seen it yourself."
"What I know is that those areas are connected to the correct escape tunnels from what my light bearer has assumed."
Listening to his story, Liu Guanyi nodded. From his observation of his heartbeat, facial expressions, and others, the man was indeed speaking the truth.
Unless he was a grandmaster swindler that could mask every single body language, which was very unlikely from his previous behavior.
It seemed the top team hadn't got far yet so he still had the opportunity to get the Gray Stingray. However, they indeed had an amazing light-bearer to be able to deduce such crucial information very quickly.
Indeed, Liu Guanyi had realized that it was exactly the clue that he had missed!
Fortunately, he encountered this guy before he would realize it too late.
"Thank you, you have fulfilled your purpose." Said Liu Guanyi ruthlessly with a calm face.
