《Realistic Tower of God: The Martial Way》Chapter 79- Train City Part 2

Instead of going away like what the regulars had expected, they saw the princess of Zahard walking to the center of the hall instead and spoke with a soft, enchanting, yet firm voice. "I have one unused Hell Train's ticket left so if you-"
Adori couldn't finish her words as the regulars suddenly interrupted her words.
"Let me join your team, princess! I am one of the top wave controllers in the D-rank! I can support you from behind!" A regular quickly shouted to attract her attention.
"Choose me, princess! I am one of the best, if not the best scout among D-ranked regulars! Plus, I have some experience regarding the Hell Train! I can help you travel the Hell Train much more safely!" Another regular didn't want to lose and quickly showed their worth.
"Don't believe those liars, your highness! I am the real expert among D-ranked regulars! If you don't believe me look at my special needle!" A regular with short white hair showed a flashy white needle. "You can recognize the needle, right? I am a legitimate member of the Ari family!"
"Ari family is trash! Choose me, your highness, I am from the Po Bidau family! I can help you a lot with planning and strategies, I can even handle all the boring research works for you, your highness!"
"Princess, I can… so choose me over those no-named regulars!"
.
.
.
"Those people are all stupid liars but I'm the legit one, princess…"
The regulars keep shouting over one another, pointing and shouting accusations at one another constantly, trying to prove that they were the best.
Even after a few minutes, it kept going and even became much more personal as some of the regulars held a grudge for one another.
Hearing the endless bickering, Adori who rarely showed her expressions showed utter annoyance for the first time. Even with a lot of experiences dealing with this kind of people, it was just too much.

They were simply wasting her valuable time.
"Shut up you all!" Adori yelled with a loud, powerful voice.
The regulars were surprised by her scream and stopped their meaningless fight for a moment.
Adori looked over them with a sharp and piercing glare. "I'm not here to invite you to join my team to board the Hell Train together. If you don't shut your mouths, my sword will shut them forever personally since they seem worthless for you." She spoke as she exuded a dangerous aura with her hand gripping her sword.
The regulars came to their senses and quickly shut up their mouths. Their chances at currying favor with the princess had all gone south. They would already be lucky if the princess didn't hold any grudge toward them from now on let alone befriending her.
Not only they had mistaken her words for an invitation, but they had also annoyed her for bickering endlessly. Even if they managed to board the Hell Train, they would have a much harder time since they had offended the princess of Zahard. Well, it was their mistake in the first place, anyway.
Looking over at the now quiet regulars, Adori started to speak. "Good. Now, hear and listen to me properly so your slow brains will be able to catch the information. I want to sell one Hell Train ticket to you. If you want to buy it, no need to open your mouths. Just bid it by showing how many points you will use to trade for the ticket on your lighthouses."
She stopped to let her words sink in before she opened her mouth to speak again. "Since I won't stand here all day just to humor you, I will sell it quickly for the highest bidder, so make your decision quickly. Now, begin!"

The regulars quickly began bidding quietly. It seemed that though the princess was annoyed by their previous action, she would let them off and continue with her business. Although they couldn't team up with the princess, at least they could secure one ticket as long as they could buy it.
Since the regulars were already intimidated by Adori, they didn't dare to prolong the bid or trick her together to get the cheapest price possible. True to her words, in just a few minutes, Adori managed to trade the ticket for around one and a half million points. Not a bad deal at all considering they were only D-ranked regulars.
The one who got the ticket was a man with brunette hair, the one who said he came from the Po Bidau family. It seemed that he and the Ari family guy were actually in cahoots as they forked up their points together to bid and finally won the ticket.
Well, Liu Guanyi didn't really care about who won the ticket, it didn't matter. What mattered was that they managed to get the best use out of the ticket and could quickly resume his plan.
After finishing the deal, they quickly get out of there and headed toward the elevator. As they entered the elevator, Liu Guanyi turned toward Adori. "How was it? You seemed pretty annoyed handling those regulars. That's rare from a cool-headed person like you."
Adori shook her head. "Not really, I just want to let them realize that I was "annoyed" with them so they would change their behavior and I can get over with the business quickly."
"I see… I didn't expect that you are even experienced in this kind of matter, princess Adori. I guess you have learned something so far, after all." Liu Guanyi said with a smile.
"Well, I learn it from a certain someone so it's natural." Adori smiled back.
"Thinking about it, I guess you are pretty amazing, princess. I never thought that you can understand such subtle things." Xin also joined the conversation.
Adori smirked at Xin. "Did you think I am similar to a certain kid?"
"Who you are calling kid!?" Xin shouted angrily.
Liu Guanyi patted his shoulder reassuringly. "Now, now, no need to deny it. You've understood that admitting it is much better than denying it, right?"
Xin quickly nodded at his words.
"It's good that you understand it. Don't worry, it's not like you won't grow up in the future. Now, we have more important business to do." Liu Guanyi said as he pressed the first button."
