《Realistic Tower of God: The Martial Way》Chapter 12- The Princess and The Administrator

His explanation was interrupted as the door opened, showing an extremely beautiful girl with very long white hair. Her face was gorgeous with her thin and sharp eyelashes as if they were handcrafted by a genius master sculptor.
Her smooth and fair snow-like skin would make many women stare at her green in envy. She was draped in a beautiful, simple pristine white long robe. She wore a red hairpin with three eyes model on her white hair as she let it fall freely, reaching down to her knees.
With a sword tied on her hips, she looked like the beautiful immortal in the legends as even Liu Guanyi, with his stoic attitude, was taken aback by her beauty. However, he soon recovered as he didn't truly care about beautiful women, even with her stunning and heavenly beauty.
"Ah, Princess… it's really nice to meet you. Please have a seat." Borc, the Ranker greeted her warmly with a friendly smile. Maybe he knew how to bootlick properly, Liu Guanyi thought.
The Ranker's words confirmed her identity and became the trigger as the classroom instantly plunged into a mad commotion.
"You were not lying! She is truly here!" The regulars whispered to each other enthusiastically.
"Guys, look at her! She is truly beautiful!" One of them exclaimed heatedly.
"Hello Princess, my name is Arnold Braun. It's my pleasure to meet you." A regular even daringly came forward and introduced himself.
However, her expression didn't even move a bit as she continued to walk forward gracefully, ignoring all the talks, noise, and the regular who introduced himself and took her seat in the front row.
Seeing her indifferent and cold attitude, Liu Guanyi's thoughts were colliding extremely fast as he tried to figure out a way to get closer to the princess.
"Be quiet! Show some respect to her highness, you fools!" The ox–horned Ranker shouted.
With the deafening shout and powerful aura of the Ranker, what was originally a chaotic class suddenly turned quiet. Watching the class had calmed down, the Ranker nodded and continued.

"Today, we will learn how to wield and control Shinsu." Said Borc.
Hearing this, Liu Guanyi instantly focused all his attention. 'Shinsu, the magical power capable of creating miracles… finally, I will learn it!' Liu Guanyi felt the excitement, something that he had lost a long time ago since he cannot find it, the next path.
"To truly control Shinsu freely, if you are not from the ten great families and the royal family you have to get the "Contract of Permission" from the guardian of the floor, in your cases, it is the guardian of 2nd floor. But keep in mind that you need to re-do this on every floor."
"To get the contract of permission from the guardian, it was simple. Now, turn off the invisible mode of your pockets." The Ranker instructed.
Everyone did as he told and turned off their pockets' invisible mode except for the princess, as she only sat there quietly.
"Now, close your eyes and hold your pockets within your hands and say, contract with the administrator!" Borc yelled.
"Contract with the administrator." Liu Guanyi muttered.
Suddenly his vision darkened as he had appeared in a pitch-black dark place without any shred of light.
When he looked around, he saw that he was floating somehow, an impossible feat that was only immortals capable of doing in the legends of his world!
Suddenly, he felt a movement in the darkness, then he saw it… a monster, far surpassing and dwarfing the giant white steel eel in size and length.
It looked like a hybrid between a gavial and a fish, with two very long pectoral fins and grey color, its appearance was mystical and unique.
Looking at the creature Liu Guanyi was speechless. Never, it crossed his mind that such a creature could exist in the real world because it went beyond and violated the natural order itself.
Imagine if such gigantic creatures existed, how would they put themselves in the food chain?
The answer was clear, they wouldn't fit the food chain… they would destroy it and eventually destroy the ecosystem itself. As the prerequisite of a warrior, meditation to blend with nature was a must, hence, he understood this very well.

"I'm the administrator of this floor. Are you here to make a contract?" It said with a heavy voice.
"Excuse my impunity, o great one, could I ask you something? He pleaded.
"Hmm, ask away." Surprisingly, it easily agreed.
"Are you the guardian of the 2nd floor similar to Headon, the guardian of the 1st floor?"
"Oh, so you have met Headon? Then you must have known that you are… what they are called nowadays? An "Irregular"? Well, you could say that we are the same." Said the guardian casually.
"What do you mean by "Irregular", great one?" Asked Liu Guanyi.
"Hmm… irregulars are the ones that opened the gate of the tower by themselves. Surely you did the same, didn't you? Now, aren't you here to make a contract with me?" The guardian asked.
"Ah, pardon, I digress. Yes, I am here to make the contract." Liu Guanyi apologized, being respectful to the great and mysterious being.
"You are a polite child aren't you? Nowadays the tower's residents only come to demand contracts, and after getting them, they forget who gave them the permission in the first place. For your good manners, I'll give you a warning." Said the guardian, which surprisingly even ranted.
"For irregulars like you, these contracts are more of restraints, you can already faintly feel it yourself, can't you? The flow and the waves of Shinsu. They might help you control the shinsu in the beginning, but they will shackle you later on."
"So, what's your choice, child?" The guardian said as its gigantic eye stared at him intently.
Hearing his explanation, Liu Guanyi was happy for his choice to respect anyone with power and wisdom and not pointlessly offend everyone he met regardless of their weird appearance and species. Although it didn't always translate to goodwill, it would keep them from having a bad impression of him.
Now, of course, for him, the choice was obvious.
"Then, I choose not to make the contract. I am truly thankful for your warning, great guardian." Said Liu Guanyi simply.
"A wise choice, child. I hope we can meet again later." The guardian seemed to grin a little with its long snout.
The guardian spoke its farewell as he felt his vision disappear. When his vision came back, he was already back inside the classroom.
'What a magical encounter.' He marveled at the experience.
Liu Guanyi pondered over the guardian's warning and its mention of "Irregulars" like him. It seemed that he had to search more the information mentioning about irregulars.
"Sigh…" He let out a deep sigh.
There was so much mystery and things that he didn't know in the tower, if he was not careful his life could end and so was his journey on the Martial Way.
Fortunately, at least he understood that he could control shinsu even without the contract of permission.
Which meant… it was the time to learn how to control it!
"Now regulars, as fishermen we won't learn how to use direct manipulation as the wave controllers do. Instead, we control and use Shinsu to strengthen our bodies, increasing our speed, power, and defense."
Seeing the regulars had returned to their senses, the Ranker carried on his explanation.
"This technique is called "Body Enhancement". Now open your eyes widely and pay attention closely as I will practice it for you to learn it" The ranker controlled Shinsu, using it to perform the technique slowly for the regulars to be able to catch.

Who do you think is the princess if I say she's not an original character but a legit character from TOG? Can you guess who she is from what I have described?
I can only say that she's definitely a very interesting and complex character, and since she's my favorite(at least in this fanfic), I will try my best to flesh out her character.

How am I Supposed to Save This World with No Power?
Wu Li was but a student trapped in a future he did not want when the Portal sought him out to become the Savior of an entire world. However, unlike any beings born in that world, Wu has not a single ounce of power within his body. Worse yet, he's the fourth one that's been summoned in history and he's got massive shoes to fill. How will he overcome his own powerlessness and become the savior that everyone expects him to be? With a beautiful girl acting as his slightly disappointed yet adorable guardian, a smoking hot rivalling bounty hunter from the High societies out to take his head, and countless other encounters along the way, Wu fights on to become the greatest of the four saviors, while seeding this world with...the principles of science. This is a story set in a world with a rich history of the magic power known as the Wave, and all native species are capable of interacting with the Wave to obtain power in a variety of ways. Think of this as a combination of Dr Stone and Black Clover! I am writing this story using similar structures to anime seasons, and the chapters in itself are structured more like manga chapters. The first two seasons are already planned out, and it is likely going to be daily upload (12 noon EST) of chapters from ~ 2 k words in length during the 'season' when there is backlog of chapters, with a week or two of a break in between seasons if no backlog. If you liked this story, please drop a rating and review. If you hated it, please drop a review and help me get better. Don't just spam a 0.5 rating and leave like a coward lol.

Everyone is a Superhero! Apart from me
Welcome to Loktharma, where everybody is a superhero from birth. That makes Eugene De Lavet the most special of them all. At eighteen years old, he still has no clue what his superpower is. Loktharma has never been a fair world. There are Worldbreakers who were born to brandish the power of the universe, warp time-space, destroy lands and continents. There are Craftmasters who control the elements and terrorize countries with their might and wits. There are Commoners who are only gifted with power for the finer arts, architecture, military arts, or small-scale elemental manipulation. Even in an unjust world like Loktharma, there is always one constant: everyone is assigned a Flair since birth; the power to do something extraordinary. And then there's Eugene. He's been running around in a secluded forest since birth, training and sparring his ass off. While he can wield a blade better than most at his age, he certainly can't throw a giant boulder using the power of his mind, or turn his skin into diamonds. He has no Flair, no purpose for leveling up his stats, and no idea why General Rizeni Baggardo keeps him confined inside a forest for eighteen years. At least until Lord Pyro—the Craftmaster of Tailiah—unleashes his fury on the forest, searching for a treasure Eugene doesn't even know exists. On a frantic escape for his life, Eugene starts to realize he was a part of something he's been completely oblivious to until now. Along with his companions, Melodi and Azra, he travels the land and unveils the secrets of the world. [The story will be told primarily through the lenses of three main characters, with occasional side character POV chapters. It also draws inspiration from Japanese shounen. So only proceed if you're cool with these aspects.]
