=Black Forest=

Upon arrival Zion already felt an aerie feeling just at the entrance you can already feel the terror that this forest could bring. The sudden shift of the environment from a natural forest to a dark and narrow forest is the sign of entering the Black Forest’s domain.

“Ok folks! From here on out stay on your guard! We will enter the Black Forest at any moment. There are strong Mythical Beast in the area, stay strong and just not die.” said by the Captain of the Red Blade Crew while they continue to walk towards the Black Forest.

There are 39 people in the Red Blade Crew and 41 all including Zion and the other new recruit.

Zion is walking and observing the Crew when he spotted someone familiar not far away. “!!!!!!!”.

“Is that the boy in the registration hall? The one who placed first? Why is he here? Is he the new recruit the captain is talking about?” Zion whisper to himself.

After walking for some hours the Red Blade Crew take a break on a spot where little light can pass through the forest ground.

“We will take a break on this spot, according to the clue on the mission after we pass this place and walk a little that is where the Red Scar Bear resides. But for now we will talk our tactics here and move out after.” Nagoya said to his crew.

After the discussion Zion approaches Nagoya.

“Captain, can I ask you something?” Zion asked.

“Yeah sure little guy, What is it?” Nagoya replied.

“That kid there that looks around my age, is he the other recruit you talk about some time ago?”

“Yeah, do you know him?”

“Well not really, I just meet him once but we did not really converse”

“Is that so. Yeah it’s him”

“What’s his name?”

“Drake Wolford, is what he said.”

“Is that so? Thank captain”

“Yeah whatever”

After Zion and Nagoya’s conversation, Zion approached Drake.

“Hey buddy?”

“You wanna talk?”

Zion realized that Drake does not want to talk to him so he keeps bothering and pestering him.

“Hey wanna eat?”

“I have food here”

“Are you thirsty? I have water”

“I am good looking right?”

“Hey that sword is cool”

“Are you an assassin type?”

And Zion continued to annoy him like a child.

Drake become pissed of Zion annoying him continuously.

Drake draw his sword full of anger and murderous intent.

Drake attacks Zion and Zion keeps blocking it. Drakes slashes are intent to kill and accurately aimed to Zion’s vital points, neck and heart.

Zion blocks it with an eerie smile.

“!!!!!!” Drake found an opening and pointed his sword at Zion’s neck.

“Game Over, now stop bothering me” Drake said calmly.

“Hooh? Do you see where my two hand is?” Zion said with a frightening look in his eyes.

“!!!!!!!!!!” Drake was astonished as he didn’t realize what happened.

Zion’s Right hand holding his sword is pointed at Drakes heart and ready to stab. While his left hand is holding one of Drake’s dagger and pointed at Drake’s lower jaw and ready to slice his face apart.

“What? Since when did he get my dagger?” Drake to himself confused.

Drake took a glance and see that his dagger on his right waist is gone and he didn’t even realize it.

“!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” everyone in the forest.

Zion released a strong murderous impulse that enveloped the area that makes everyone tremble.

Crows, birds, and other weak Mythical Beast trembling are flying and crawling out of the perimeter.

Drake whose the murderous impulse are directly aim felt his heart is almost crushing to pieces.

“!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Zion realized at the moment that he is so engulfed in excitement and didn’t realized that he is releasing a strong murderous aura.

“Are you okay?” Zion asked Drake concernedly.

“Y-Yeah I-I’m okay” Drake hesitantly responded. “This one is dangerous.” Drake to himself.

A Black Surge of Slash rushes through the Ape’s body cutting its body into half.

Nagoya uses his skill to deal with the Ape.

After defeating the Ape Nagoya head back toward his crew.

“It Level-up! Now it’s stronger! This mission is much more of a pain in the ass, I should ask for compensation for this!”

Just about when Nagoya will deal a blow to the Ape, a shadow rushes to the Beast and kill it like nothing. And when Nagoya view who it is “!!!!!!!”.

“This kid! Strong I like it” What Nagoya see is Drake Wolford.

“Kid you’re good, you have talent. I am not wrong for scouting you. *Hehehe. I really have a good eye on talent” Nagoya stated while complimenting himself with a smug face.

Drake just walk away without paying attention to the captain.

“…….” Nagoya.

“Okay everyone time to wrap up the battlefield. Pack everything that seems valuable and could be sell for some Grand and the things that could be used to forge weapon and armor keep it. We could use it for a later time. We will continue to rest for a while and recuperate before we head to the main mission.”

After taking care of the remnants of the battlefield everyone rested and recuperate, tend to the injured and eat to regain energy.

While everyone is doing their own stuff Zion took the time to approach Drake for one more time.

“Drake? Am I correct?” Zion asked as he approach.

“Maybe yes, maybe not.” Drake responded.

*Ehhh? Zion become slightly pissed.

“Can I sit beside you?” Zion asked.

“Yeah, he’s right. I remember when I first met this Nagoya guy. He creeps me, he gave me chills. I know something is off with him. He’s gentle demeanor, caring and good personality just not much with his ill aura, I don’t understand why. Just who is this guy?” Zion’s thoughts.

“Oh yeah, I heard about it, but I haven’t really been there personally”
