《Prophecy of Kings》Introduction

A brief history...
Our story begins in the centre of Caer-Luil, far South of the Grampian Mountains. The King of England wishes to impose his law on the people of Scotland, starting with the first Clan across the border, Clan Carlsyle.
The Chief of the Clan does not share the King's vision for his land or his people. Using the mighty power of the Bull that the Clan has inherited, they are locked in a fierce battle with the King's imperial army. They are heavily outnumbered.
Many Clans are spread out over Scotland's vast landscape, each inheriting a different gift from the Celtic deities they have descended from.
A beast form is passed down the male blood-line, causing the Clan's to become more distinctive as time has passed. The areas of Scotland that each Clan has settled seems to have been largely dictated by the terrain that is best suited to their species.
Harsh and unforgiving terrain such as the mountain ranges of Glas Moal, have always been inhabited by the long-horned goats of Clan Farquharson. No other Clan has the resilience of the Farquharson's to survive the cruel winters that grip the area for six months of the year. They live in peace, isolated in the lonely mountains.
The Mesozoic Plesiosauria of the Fraser Clan (known commonly by the people as the "Monsters of Ness") have also lived undisturbed lives, in the mysterious waters of Loch Ness. Little is known about the Clan as they spend most of their lives hidden in the frigid depths of the sprawling Loch.
When two species both favour the terrain of a certain area, it is common for war to break out between the competing Clans for ownership of the land.
Due to this, most castles have housed numerous Chiefs since their inception, except those of the great three Clans. The Bears of Campbell, the Lynx of Donnachaidh, and the Wolves of Kerr.

Clan Campbell is considered to be the most powerful of all the Clans. The almighty strength of the Brown Bears is unrivalled in the Kingdom. They are mostly found in the Achnashellach Forrest, due East of Lochcarron, and (thankfully for the other Clans) prefer to stay there. The dense wood provides the perfect habitat for the Campbells to live harmoniously with nature, foraging for food and building shelter for their own. Instinctively they are not aggressive people and only become fierce when roused.
The Donnachaid's and the Kerr's, well, they are an entirely different breed altogether. Keep reading to unravel more about these Clan's violent histories.
It is not only the Clansmen and woman you need to watch out for, Scotland is home to many frightful spirits and monsters. Roaming the deep forests and lurking in the murky waters, this is not a place you would want to visit alone.

Cowboys and Wizards
Currently in queue: Episode 12 in progress. Set in the Aurora: Apocalypse universe.Updated every Wednesday. If it's not updating, I'm working on my other fictions. If nothing's updating, I ran out of whiskey. Be patient. Cowboys and Wizards is a hot mess of garbage that should not be taken seriously by anyone. It’s a vaguely-GameLit spoof of Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomoni (In Another World With My Smartphone) where the MC ends up in another world and fused with his crappy smartphone, mashed up with fantasy western elements. Dungeons & Dragons meets the Wild West in an alternate high-fantasy timeline. Guns & Goblins. Cowboys & Wizards. Locomotives & Dwarves. Don’t expect great writing, accurate numbers, or common sense. Hell, don’t expect anything — just relax and let it happen.

The Dragon & The Demon

No longer must people live in fear of Xandra's puppet, The Emerald Knight. But now Orenda must face the realities of her dream- the imaginary princess has become queen. And, she has a deadly secret she must keep in the form of a teenage Urillian boy who is not what he seems. Anilla is still on a never ending quest to find her dragon; her people beleive that every memeber of their tribe is born with a soul bonded dragon that exists somewhere in the world- and Orenda's little secret claims to have seen Anilla's soul before. Could he be the key to ending her quest? This work is a direct sequel to The Crimson Mage, and will obviously contain major spoilers for that work, so it might be a better place to start (though I will warn you that the first chapter of that story may be the worst thing I've ever written. Just power through it or encorage me to put up a second draft). It can be found here: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/21654/the-crimson-mage/chapter/307763/chapter-1
