From reading dozens –if not hundreds of novels, and making some inquiries with the new monotone-pitched system, Lian had a basic idea of how to make use of his new cheat.

The system would only answer questions regarding parts of the users’ status that are already known or seen. Specific inquiries about the future of the system are ignored; except for some basic answers.

Furthermore, for every level, he would gain two unassigned half-points which he could use for certain stats; along with an overall stat, lifespan, and looks increase for certain levels. This would include a few other special perks as well.

The maximum level for each character trait is indefinite. Lian found this a bit disheartening considering his maxed shameless stat.

In addition, his storage space’s size and capabilities would evolve with his level increase. He performed some further tests to confirm this newfound knowledge.

“Interesting… so each individual item is stored efficiently in a different space within the boundaries of the limited area. That’s really useful! I don’t need to worry about water or food spilling when I store them!”

From Lian’s analysis of his abilities, ones such as “Self-Awareness”, “Unrelenting Critique”, “Shameless Genius”, and “Seeing through Bullshit” were all abilities he had before integrating with the system.Most of these ones were self-explanatory. The less obvious skill “Shameless Genius” basically means that he is able to use shameless tricks to make shortcuts for achieving his goals.

Among Lian’s other abilities, “Infinite Eating” means that he can eat almost whatever and as much as he wants without harming his body or affecting his lifespan. All food will be converted to the necessary vitamins, liquids, and minerals for optimal health.

“No washroom needed” is more of a daily life skill. It instantly allows him to fully clean his body and emit a nice smell, get rid of bodily wastes, shave his nails and cut growing hairs, and brush his teeth and hair without needing to step one foot into a washroom. The system automatically performs this task on command. It can also be turned off at will, though that seems useless.

“Eternal Youth” means that his main body will never age and that he will forever look like he is in his 20’s until the end of his lifespan. Lian was curious about the mention of a “main body” but he believed that this would surely be explained in due time.

“Game Character” indicates that most factors of his life will be permanently lived in the form of a game. For example, Lian could still get injured and has no health bar, but he can level up his stats through earning exp. This ability is a direct result of his complete integration with the system. Some additional details include invulnerability to: radiation and loss of eyesight from electronic devices, hear loss from earphones, plastic container contamination, and other daily health status concerns which can be ignored for the most part.

After another half an hour of tinkering with the system, he became more adapted to its existence. It was time to ask about some more pressing concerns.

Lian: “Hey system! Is there any way to fix my lifespan problem?”

System Voice: “The answer to the user’s question is yes. Have you seen the pending task on your status window?”

Lian: “Yep.”

System: “Through completing the task, the user can not only solve their lifespan problem, but can also gain some exp for their character. Do you accept the task?”

Lian: “It’s not like I really have much of a choice here… so yes!”

System: *Setting Task: NoFap for 1 month. After completion of the task, user’s lifespan will reset to 100 years. Additional rewards can be gained as well.*

Lian murmuring: “One month? Damn that’s going to be rough…”

Lian: “Is there any punishment for failing the task?”

System: “Usually, there is no punishment for failing to complete a task. However, upon failure of this task, the user will no longer be able to take it again in the future.”

Lian shuddered.
