Chapter 3 – My Crew
Hi, Johnny here your neighborhood administrator for Anahita. What is with the stupid name for this world. I should shorten the name to Ana. Yes a pretty woman’s name and it belongs to the world I manage, which technically means we are married kind of. Ana Nguyen huh not a bad name for a wife. Too bad she looks to be high maintenance and will be more trouble than she is worth the kind I dislike. Boohoo.
Sitting on top of my godly throne I look down upon my five lowly subjects that have gathered. At least that is what I’m thinking in my head. Sadly, reality is much more different aside from Saber the rest of the NPCs show no reverence to my godly rule. Who am I kidding an arrogant and wise god totally does not suit me so screw it. I will just wing my way through this ordeal for the love of god, no pun intended at least I think so.
Looking at each of my NPC companions it is nice to see my entire crew in one place and hell looking lively and well just alive, which I need to get used to. If it is true I became a god or the system like to call it being an administrator then that means the NPCs before me are not advanced artificial intelligence but actual living beings now. Does being a god makes it all possible? The power of the universe as you will but that begs the question. What are their personalities like.
The question which came first the chicken or the egg? In the case of these NPCs it was definitely the chicken. I will just try to interact with these NPCs and go from there. Communication is the key. I was sort of a social recluse in my previous life but I can’t have any of that now being in a new world and with my new found promotion. I got to step up my game and conquer my fears and even if I do have some sort of social anxieties. I only know from self-diagnosis so I am unsure how reliable it is.
Anyway back to my NPCs starting with Saber. She is kneeling in a knightly manner full of elegance and regal that I am a bit intimidated. “I have brought the others as commanded my Master.” Says Saber with an expressionless face barely blinking.
I guess Saber is that type of character like a strict soldier or I guess in this case a knight which is pretty much the same thing. I reply “Good work Saber.” Saber nods in return with no emotions showing which makes me not be able to get a read on her. As long as she is not mad or anything. The NPCs are living beings now and I prefer to have them as friends instead of enemies, since I am alone in this world.

The next NPC I look at is Caster the black mage of the group and seeing it now the NPCs seem to be lined up in order from when I created them. In a sense the order is also from strongest to weakest. She is a high human and due to her racial characteristic she has heterochromic eyes. High humans will always have one of the eyes the color of red, which can perceive magic giving them an extra advantage if they are a mage class.
Caster has one blue eye and the other red with a body height of 167cm. She is a redhead with slightly long wavy hair that almost reaches her waist. Pale skin and a frail looking body which is common for mages since they are bookworms and tend to stay indoors a lot.
Caster’s main job is black mage at level 100 and a level 50 support job that is white mage. She can be in a support role for emergency heals if needed. Her main focus is to be a range attacker with her offensive spells as a back-line in a party set up. Max level is 200 with her equipment on so she is one of the only two max level NPCs I have created and the other being Saber.
Caster holding her dark gold colored relic staff that is as tall as she is with its many colored jewels attached on the head of the staff. Each jewel color corresponding to its element such as the blue jewel enhances the power/potency of water spells and the red jewel enhances the power/potency of fire spells. She is wearing a beautiful red and black magicians robe with intricate designs on and a brown leather belt around her waist area.
Caster then start speaking to me in a high pitched voice. “Leader the dark magic master has arrived upon your summoning.” She then proceed to put one of her hands covering her red eye and said. “Ahhhh!!! My eye I can see it the darkness!! Let the darkness flow give me the power to unleash the great power!!”
I stare at Caster utterly stupefied at what she said and then I was thinking no way was that her character. It is almost like that disease kids get in middle school or at least that is what I learned from anime because I am totally disappointed.
Seeing such a pretty redhead girl acting all weird and crazy really makes her seem alive. No way an artificial intelligence would have such a personality. Next thing I know she will probably start wearing an eye patch to compliment her character, which I am praying does not happen.
I ignore Caster and look at the next NPC and I hear. “Awww. Leader please don’t ignore me. The darkness is consuming leader that is why he acting like this!!” My ears hurt trying to tune out Caster as I look at the third NPC Archer. So I say “Archer….” And Archer replies “Yaholooo boss!! How is it hanging?”

She gives the widest grin with her dog tail wagging. She gives off the atmosphere of a happy-go-lucky girl or in this case a happy-go-lucky dog. Yes that happy face like the world is made of marshmallow and cream gave me a huge urge to get up and smack her around. I push down my sadistic urges, because I am not used to seeing truly happy people probably. Was I truly such a dark character?
Archer the third NPC I created and like the name suggests she uses a bow as a main weapon due to her job class being ranger. She is a 152cm tall dog girl so the shortest of the group. Race is a demi-human as she has fury point dog ears on her head and a bushy dog tail sticking out from the top of the back of her butt.
With straight short silver hair that misses her shoulder by two inches. Her fury ears and tail is also silver colored. Archer has brown eyes and white K9 teeth that appears when she opens her mouth with a light brown colored skin covering her small agile slim body.
Her main job is level 100 ranger and support job ninja at level 50 with a total character level of 180 when wearing equipment. Her main weapon is a mythril long bow and her armor consists of brown light leather for easy movement. Thanks to her ninja support job which gives the skill to dual wield it means Archer can equip two axes and attack with them if needed.
Now onto Assassin the fourth NPC I created and she is a 172cm tall female high demon. Due to her racial traits she has two goat horns on her head and black feathered wings growing out of her back. Very long straight black hair which is single braided with a dagger attached to the end and acts as a fearsome whip-like weapon.
She has black eyes that seem to pierce your very soul. Olive colored skin covering her well-developed body that shows a nice hour glass figure and round buttocks. Assassin probably the sexiest of all the female NPCs I have created. To have such a devilish body.
Her main job class is level 100 ninja with a support job level 50 thief and with equipment on her character level is 150. Ninja is a melee class so she stands on the front-line of the party. She dual wield platinum grade weapons which are a katana and a knife and can use shurikans for range damage. Her armor is a leather ninja outfit in black making it easier for her to blend into the shadows and work in stealth mode.
Anyway with such a sexy form I bet Assassin has a voice to match and will make men burn a fire in their loins. I gesture for Assassin to speak while looking at her face in anticipation. Assassin says “……………………………….” I could not hear what she said at all like it was just mumbling. That was when the dog girl Archer said “Ah Assassin just said: I am at your service my lord.” I guess having super dog hearing is useful in this case but I wanted to hear Assassin’s voice!
Assassin has a ninja mask that blocks her mouth so it might be why I could not hear her properly. I told Assassin to take off her mask and to repeat what she said. The faint mutter where I almost missed it Assassin said “I am at your service my lord.”
That is when I notice Assassin’s face turning bright red and she immediately put back her ninja mask to cover her mouth. So apparently Assassin is the shy type which was totally unexpected considering her appearance. Not to mention a powerful demon being shy is just downright wrong.
Onto the last NPC and also the only male I have created. The name is Rider and he is 193cm tall so the tallest person of the group. He has short brown spiky hair and hazel colored eyes. His race is just a regular human. He has the physique of a bodybuilder with bronze colored skin giving him the wild look. Being the last NPC I created means he is also the weakest of the group.
His main job class is beastmaster at level 100 with no support job. I was too lazy to work on it and total character level is 120 with equipment on. Weapon is a steel great axe and armor is brown leather with steel greaves and steel gauntlets. Rider is an NPC so he is only allowed a single pet for his beastmaster class, which is a dark purple sabertooth tiger that stands at 170cm tall.
Only reply Rider gives when I look at him is: “Yo chief. I’m ready to smash some skulls and use them as cups to drink blood when you’re ready!” Such an attitude maybe I should have named him Berserker instead of Rider. What is done is done.
It seems most of my NPCs have odd personality quirks now. Even though I created their images with my preferences I could only alter their outer appearance. The game did not have such a thing as personality settings for NPCs. After I have looked over all my NPCs I said “Thanks everyone for gathering. I have an important announcement to make...”
