Job Arseoth narrowed his eyes at lady Silon’Dez’Monah, “”
She hems and haws, clearly deciding how much she can tell you.
“”
Job complied with her request. He felt her eyes boring into his back for a long time, the urge to scratch at the itch rising.

Job let his shirt drop back into place, “”

Job bowed and left the dragon’s lair as quietly as he had entered. He had much to think on, and not a great amount of time to do all of the thinking he needed. The temple of Kuko was only a few hallways and a large courtyard away.
As Job walked he mulled over the implications of being one of possibly two dragonmarked individuals in the world. It was certainly a secret worth keeping, if only for the attention that it would call to himself… and one that was impossible to keep if he wished to seek help on the matter. He would need to find an expert in Runes at least, preferably one with experience modifying existing runes, working with magic of draconic origin, and with the marking of Runes onto flesh. Individually the four requirements were not that hard to come by. Combine them together and the list of possible candidates became very short indeed.
Job was so wrapped up in his thoughts that he almost collided with a priestess of Kuko.
“My apologies priestess...”
“Valfina. The fault is mine, for I should not have been hustling so. You appear troubled. Is there something I can help you with?”
“Perhaps, perhaps not. I’ve been having some memory problems recently.”
“Oh dear. Recalling, forgetting, or living with?”

“Possible tampering, actually, as I know I couldn't forget this particular memory, and yet it is not all there. It’s a Sorcerer thing.”
“Hmm, then I doubt any Sister of Kuko could help you… but there is one who might be able to help, if you could find her: the half-orc called Mul the Silent. Last I heard of her was some five years ago, headed home to her native Glacierheart.”
“That’s all the way down near the Jeweled Republics, isn't it?”
“Indeed. I wish you well in your travels.”
Job bowed out of the priestess’ way and headed for the exit of the temple district. It was clear that he would need to travel, and travel far. To the Jeweled Republics, and from there to either the SiDiaboilo Tower, residence of Lady SiDiabolo, or through the Westmarch Republic to Glacierheart in search of Mul the Silent.
But this time he might be traveling alone into unfamiliar and possibly hostile territory. It might be prudent to look for a traveling companion before he departed.

Political marriage, war taxes, subsidies, a tribute... All those terms sound nice when one juggles them from behind the screen of his trusty computer! Junk food? Check. Sugary drinks that will cause me diabetes? Check. Two weeks of leave from the work? Check. A fresh copy of the newly released game finishing downloading as I'm going back from the grocery store? Check. Oops! My emotions got better to me, and I tripped on the stairs. I'm so silly! Then... Why the hell am I kneeling in a throne room, watching the marriage and coronation ceremony of the King, dressed in the noble robes with the game itself only flashing in the corner of my eyes?
