《Subordination system》Guildmaster

Perseus started wandering around the city of Herditia in the kingdom of Belusain. He was currently just a nameless adventure who was just wandering the streets. He was in the same kingdom as Jason currently. One of the steps that Perseus, Arjuna and Jason had created in their plan involved Perseus expanding his influence in the same kingdom as Jason.

As for Arjuna, he would operate alone, but hopefully, with the skill he was given he would be able to fend for himself.

But Perseus had a problem, in order to even do anything he needed money. Even the most central part of his job which was setting up a guild needed money to set up.

Perseus currently had about 20 silver or 2 gold. To other players, Perseus would be one of the richest people in the game. But to the people in the adventures guild, 2 gold was like a random stone they found on the street, he needed at least 50. Every day the adventure guild dealt with millions of gold. By making a guild at the adventures guild, it would mean that the guild was backed by the adventures guild having access to countless opportunities and being formally recognized by the world. One would have to be rich and strong in order to create a guild.

Perseus lacked both. Currently, he was heading outside to grind money. By chance, Perseus happened to see a certain young boy carrying a large backpack filled with stuff. He was lugging it in the direction of the adventures guild.

Perseus quickly identified him as Jack from the ripper gang who Jason had just recruited. Perseus approached Jack with an intense and stern demeanor.

"Hey you, you're Jack right?"

Jack dropped his bag and stood tall in front of Perseus

"yes sir! are you Perseus from the silver wing guild?"

Perseus grinned and nodded towards the forest

"Yes, now follow me we are going off on a little adventure."

Perseus turned around and started walking off without waiting to see if the boy would follow him.

Jack did follow him, his eyes glittering with excitement. For once he wasn't being treated like trash! He could follow somebody with his head raised high and with the confidence to fight anyone. Well, he wasn't confident enough to fight anyone, he would work on that.

Jack followed Perseus to the exit of the city. He watched as Perseus stopped to ask the guard at the gate what types of monsters their were outside the city. Hearing that only horned rabbits, goblins, and kobolds appeared around these parts he gave an approving nod and motioned to Jack to follow him.

Jack was ecstatic, he had finally gotten a superior who cared for his wellbeing at least from what he saw. Jack saw the shine in Perseus' eyes when he had heard the monsters were weak, obviously, they were shining because of the concern Perseus had for him.

Jack was brought out to the plain outside of the city. There he was taught the basis of fighting and swordsmanship. Jack had seen and picked up a few things from watching fights but being taught in person gave him unprecedented joy and happiness.

The skills that Perseus was teaching Jack were the basic skills of swordsmanship and CQC. The skills that Perseus and the rest of the group had gained from their training camp were basics. Perseus remembered many times how their teacher would repeat that the skills they were learning were not "real" skills as they liked to call it.

For instance, the skill (swordsmanship) taught the basics of swordsmanship, every time the level went up the basics got stronger, faster, and more controlled. Perseus was skilled in things like swinging and parrying, but if he was asked to do an advanced technique, he would do well at the parts which required basics, but the complicated parts would leave him confused.

It was the same for the rest of the crew. Perseus's teacher Laura Croft explained skills like diving into a pool. Skills like swordsmanship would be like dropping a raft onto the pool of skill. The skill would only scratch the surface. When the skill increased a level the raft would get heavier and heavier going deeper and deeper into the strength of the real skill.

Laura then showed that more advanced skills were more detailed and you could usually find that in their names. Those skills instead of spreading flat would be concentrated on something and subsequently dive and penetrate much deeper than other skills. Making them stronger.

To Perseus, it just meant that he got his basics down. But he still couldn't pull off any flashy skills or do anything cool yet. But he would bide his time so that eventually he would pull off the greatest entrance ever!

Perseus checked Jacks' skill level again with the help of Boops. Currently, they were both at level 2. Perseus nodded to himself, they were good enough he turned to Jack who was practicing his sword swings.

"Jack we're going to head into the forest, we're going hunting"

"Y-yes sir!"

The two went into the forest sword in hand. Perseus walked into a little brush and blocked a large horned rabbit that tried to attack him. After successfully parrying the attack with its sword. Perseus motioned to Jack who was standing behind him. Jack leaped forward immediately swinging his sword like how he was taught a few minutes ago. His swing was fast and strong but it got blocked by the rabbit's horns and Jack faced its counter attack.

Jack was about to get completely mauled by a rabbit, that was going to be one of the most embarrassing moments in his life, well it would be his last one too. But before Jack went into despair, Perseus swooped in and batted the rabbits away into a nearby tree.

Perseus helped Jack up and pointed toward the legitimately afraid rabbit that was recovering from its experience of being a baseball. Perseus looked at Jack and uttered one word

"again"

Jack stood up with confidence in his eyes. His master would defend him from any harm he thought to himself. The rabbit, on the other hand, didn't have anyone to help him as Perseus would to Jack.

*BOOM* *BOOM*

Perseus and Jack both looked behind them to see a large angry rabbit that looked like the baseball rabbits mom, if Jack could have taken back those words he had just said, right now he would have done it in a heartbeat while giving away all of his belongings to the evil god that cursed him.
