《Subordination system》Course

It was a brand new day, Jason had arrived at the barracks and promptly knocked himself out. When he got out it was already night time and he didn't feel like going out so he went to sleep, after checking up on Perseus and Arjuna.
When logged back in he was greeted by Lyle's smiling face
"are you ready?"
Jason rolled his eyes and replied
"Yeah I'm ready"
"Good, let's go"
Lyle then lead Jason to the forest, they climbed the ladder and finally got up to the platform on top of the trees.
Jason had to wait for his turn on the course, as he watched, he saw that the majority of trainees could not get past the forest. Only a small percentage were able to go into the bamboo forest at the edge of Jason's vision. As to where they went after the forest, Jason had no clue.
The time passed quickly and it became Jason's turn, the mage who would be summoning and fighting against Jason walked up. It was a small shy looking girl whose face was mostly covered in a hood. She spoke to Jason
"a-ah u-um well g-goodluck on your race"
Jason had a bad feeling about her especially when he saw all of the rose knight trainees exhaled sighs of relief and shot him pitying looks. Even Lyle gave Jason a look a pity. Jason knew instantly that this girl wasn't going to be normal. But he still answered normally.
"yes, good luck to you too miss"
"a-ah yes th-thank you"
Jason stepped up to the platform and turned his head. The girl started to chant and summon a creature. The magic circle started to light up and glow. But then something unexpected happened (at least to Jason).
The magic circle which was usually very consistent in size started to expand in width and complexity.

The magic summoning circle started to defend in an orange color, and a silhouette emerged.
The good news was that it was only one, the bad news was that it was a giant monster gorilla. The gorilla was at least 2 stories tall and the aura it gave off already intimidated Jason. It had sharp fangs on its teeth and barred them at Jason.
Jason didn't have anymore time to admire or observe the giant monster gorilla and started sprinting. He leaped off the platform and jumped onto the plank that was erected underneath the treetops. Jason was able to fully jump onto the plank without even breaking any speed, he continued on a fast pace jumped through tree to tree.
He even felt like a certain man who was raised in the jungle by gorrilas. He was basically flying through the trees. Jason got a bit too cocky and looked back to see if anyone was chasing him. He saw nothing, he continued at a breakneck speed not caring then Boops started to freak out
"JASON LOOK DOWN"
Jason quickly looked down to see a massive shadow covering him. It was slowly getting bigger to him as he ran. What did that mean? It took Jason 2 seconds to understand the shadow and what it was and the only thought that ran through his head was a single word
'****'
Jason dived for a plank farther then his momentum could carry him, he was only able to grasp onto the edge and haul himself up when the giant monster gorilla smashed into the plank that Jason had just dived off of.
The poor plank couldn't hold the gorilla's weight and collapsed, sadly the gorilla was unfazed and put one arm around the trunk of the tree to support itself, Jason made eye contact with the giant monster gorilla and he really did regret it. Its red eyes burned with smoldering rage, its fangs glistened with a deadly light, overall Jason determined that he was screwed.

Wait actually couldn't he fight it? like he was decently strong and with its large bulky size, he might stand a chance. Jason started to encourage himself and stood up, on the plank while the giant monster gorilla watched Jason silently.
Jason drew his iron sword out courageously and faced the giant monster gorilla. The gorilla wasn't paying attention to Jason's heroic stand but was dealing with an annoying bug that was buzzing around its face.
It swung its hand to fend off the annoying bug and Jason witnessed the tree 30 meters away from the gorilla get completely severed in two by the wind pressure of the giant monster gorilla's swat.
The giant monster gorilla turned around to face Jason again, but Jason was long gone, you could see him running in the distance though, dashing for his freaking life.
Jason was running, well as fast as anyone would run when their life was in danger, translation: he was running FAST. The speed that he was running now compared to before was like trying to compare a regular sprint to the world's fastest sprint on steroids.
Jason could see the next part of the course right in front of him, the green bamboo forest would be very helpful for him to hide in.
But then, of course, he saw a shadow falling and getting bigger.
BOOM
the giant monster gorilla landed right in front of Jason and in the middle of the bamboo forest. It was on a treetop and it was gazing at Jason with a deadly look in its eyes.
Jason with a guardian in front of him to the bamboo forest did what everyone else would do, He jumped off the plank, determination in his eyes, his movements strong and steady. His limbs were lean and flexible but ready to do what they were supposed to do. His legs were outstretched. And then he landed on the tree on his right and started going around the gorilla.
As he was taking a detour Jason had to admit, He felt like a genius.
Meanwhile the gorilla just stood there wondering what the heck the puny human had just done.
