《Subordination system》Thieves

Jack was born in the slums, he didn't know the concept of family. In fact, he didn't remember his parent's face or name, even his own name Jack was something he made up for himself. He was going to turn 10 this year but the experiences he had made him much more grown-up than a regular 10-year-old.
Jack had joined the Rippers gang when he was young. He would frequently go out to steal money and things for the gang. The Rippers had their own territory but underlings like Jack had to go out to the streets frequently and make some money.
Right now he was going through crowds taking whatever he could get his hands on. Currently, he had a few large-sized grabs and was ready to head back he eyed his last target. His target was a handsome looking person holding a cheap sword.
It looked like he didn't have anything of worth but Jack just had a feeling of wanting to steal from that person and make his life worse. He was confident in stealing from what looked like a beginner adventurer.
He positioned himself to behind the seemingly unexpecting adventure and started to walk briskly, catching up to the handsome person in his slow walk.
Of course, Jack needed to bump into him all innocent-like in order to get close to the bag that was hanging on his waist and then run off with his prize. Jack's hands started to flex and move around excitedly.
*boof*
"ah sorry sir"
Jack pretended to apologize earnestly and started to make off but a hand stopped him from moving.
[+1 points Jack (fear)]
Jason knew all along that he was getting targeted. After all, he had Boops and the almighty system watching out for him
"I swear, if ANYONE gets in the way of me getting my upgrade, I will tear them into tiny, bite-sized pieces."

Boops was giving Jack one heck of a lecture even though Jack couldn't hear him.
Jason was just holding Jack's hand for a few minutes while he let Boops rant in his mind.
Jack, on the other hand, stared into the stranger's deep emotionless eyes in fear. A large amount of pressure was placed on him as he watched his emotionless face that looked like it was waiting for something.
Meanwhile, Jason had finished calming Boops down
'Okay Boops calm down, we need to figure out what to do with him'
Boops replied with a angry humph
'eh I think you should rob him, you know delivering a weird justice of sorts'
Jason smiled with the happiness of being hit with a good idea
'ehh actually I have a better idea, what's Perseus's guild going to be called?'
Boops thought for a moment and then answered
'If I remember correctly he mentioned it being called Silver Wings'
Jason nodded to himself and said quietly to himself
'Okay judging by how young he looks this might work.'
Jason addressed the kid who was trembling as he gazed at his face. He saw a childlike face that was full of fear, almost like when he scolded his younger sister for stealing from the cookie jar.
Jason put on a menacing face
"Hey, kid ill give you two choices 1. I take pity on you for stealing from me but you have to work for me for a while or 2. which is death."
Jack responded in even more fear
"*gasp* death, wait, no i'll work for you, I promise"
Jason responded in the deepest voice he could manage.
"good, you have about 2 days go look for a guild named the Silver Wings and join them, follow everything that the leader tells you"

Jack nodded nervously
"Y-Yes sir"
Jason let the kid go while Boops berated him
'that was your idea? Dude, the kids lived on the streets do you think you can trust him?
and also death???? why death, dude that was so fricking lame but, the kid looked pretty convinced for some reason....'
Jason said in a slightly depressed state
'yeah, I never really had a way with words...'
Boops started to mull over it
'wait, don't tell me it's your charisma/charm, oh god it makes sense if it is.'
While Boops was freaking out over the prospects of the charisma stat Jason had completely moved on and was enjoying the walk to the guild. He was enjoying walking down the streets in view of the sea. Breathing the fresh sea air and observing the civilians bustling around the place.
He could see some different races like beastmen and some people with different body parts like a crab arm. He even saw this weird tentacle person. That Boops seemed to be interested in.
But it didn't matter, like when he saw a magician, actually, he saw multiple. Whether it be directing golems in carrying things for projects or just bargaining with shop keepers they were much more plentiful then what Jason had thought.
As he got closer he saw many people walking down the street holding or wearing weapons. Jason started to move to where the people wearing weapons were emerging from and, there it was, the adventures guild.

Witch Hunt. A Warhammer Fiction
The adventures of Adebar von Bolstedt continue!Adebar von Bolstedt, fugitive noble scion of the Empire, stuck in the Great Forest of Talabecland, is gravely wounded by the bestial denizens of the dark wintery woods, only surviving due to the timely arrival of aid and relief in the form of the masters of this land. What begins as a pleasant stay with the wild noblemen of Talabecland soon becomes a matter of faith and tradition as old as the Empire itself, when he finds himself trying to root out a coven of witches from a society that prides itself on rural living and knowledge of the mysteries of the wild. This quest will either see von Bolstedt's shaken faith in his own god reforged into an intolerant blade, or shattered like ice. Word from the AuthorGreetings! Witch Hunt plays out in the much beloved Warhammer Fantasy setting (owned, of course, by Games Workshop). Do not fret, however, as I've made it a point to make the story digestible even to the uninitiated, and maybe even be a good introduction to the setting. This is the second part of the adventures of Adebar von Bolstedt, as such I recommend reading part one, titled "The Hand of Sigmar" first. While I cannot claim the places, concepts and gods etc. mentioned within as my own, the story and all characters flowed from my own fingers.
