Max and Moon sat down on the muddy couch. It was new to her so she took her time adjust, Max on the other hand relaxed like there was no tomorrow.
Moon looked at Esmeralda and Garnet cutting the brogair together. After cutting it Garnet took out plates she bought out of a bag and started placing the pieces to eat.
“Max, Moon come eat!” Garnet called out to them.
Max got out and Esme cleaned him by blowing a lot of air. When the mud flew off of him, she used earth bending and water bending to catch it and then put it back on the couch before doing the same with Moon.
They sat down on the chairs and then started to eat.
After eating Moon rubbed her stomach and sighed. “Man, I’m stuffed.”
“Same girl!” Max cheered telepathically, agreeing with her.
“Guys, do you guys always do this alone?” Moon asked them.
“Yeah, why?” Esmeralda said.
“I mean how do you plan on taking Murg down with just the four of us.” She asked again.
“You are like a thousand people in one.” Esmeralda replied “Though I still see your point.” She continued while rubbing the bottom of her chin.
“What are you proposing?” Garnet asked wiping her hands with a handkerchief she grabbed from the mall.
“Don’t we need a team. You know like the ones in books.” She said getting nervous by all the eyes looking at her. Garnet looked as she was thinking about it.
“But where are we even going to find new people.” Garnet asked.
“I know a place!” Esmeralda said.
“Esme No!” Max said looking concerned “We are not going back there, especially to gather a team.” He said making his point.

“Come on, that’s where almost all of the skilled people go to chill.” She said trying to make a point against him.
“By skilled people you mean ‘Skilled assassins who are hunting a girl and boy whose names are Esmeralda and Max.’” Max was clearly winning the argument.
“What!” Moon Exclaimed
“Why would anybody hurt two children?” Moon asked rubbing her chin.
“There are two reasons. First One They have dangerous powers, Second one They sort of backstabbed a gangster.” Garnet answered her question.
“You did what?” She asked in total shock.
“I mean we need team mates, and we can fight them, right?” She said shrugging.
“Yes and No.” Esme answered.
“We can Bargain right?” Max asked.
“But what do we have that they don’t?” Esme asked Max.
“Brogairs.” Garnet said looking at the somewhat eaten Brogair.
“Yeah.” Moon said jumping up from her muddy chair.
“It’s delicious and rare too.” She continued.
“Exactly!” Esme stood up.
“What are we waiting for? Let’s go.” Max said standing up and running towards the door.
“Wait!” Garnet said after standing up pointing to the mud on their clothes because of the muddy chair. Esme separated water and earth from each other and saved it in the drinking water bottle.
“Let’s go.” They walked outside, and went inside the ship they stole previously. Max piloted the ship to their previous home it took them about 30 minutes.
“Follow me.” She said walking towards a place that looked like a bar or a pub. When they walked inside it looked nothing like a bar or a pub. It was a place filled with teenagers and children it was even runned by a teenager. Esme walked up to the counter.

“Esme, didn’t think I’d see you again.” The boy at the counter said tossing a towel on shoulder.
“James hi long time no see.” Esme answered.
“What can I give you today.” He asked.
“Apple juice” Max said in his brain and started scribbling something on a paper.
“Mango.” Esme said.
“Orange juice.” Moon answered.
“Oh, who is this?” James asked looking at Moon.
“I am Moon.”
“I’ll have pomegranate.” Garnet said.
“I’ll be right back.” With that James disappeared behind the kitchen
“If any body is hiring people for fights or a team, I’m on that table.” A guy said loud enough to for moon to hear him. She saw him walked towards him. Esme noticed walked after her soon they were at his table.
“Him again.” Max sighed.
“Umm…. Hello?” Moon said.
“Yes- Wait a minute I know you; you stole my ship.” He said looking at them as Esme nodded and looked down.
“I know we started of on the wrong foot, but maybe we can come to agreement.” Garnet said bringing her negotiating side out.
“What can you possibly give me that I don’t already have.”
“I don’t know, Appreciation for your work, Brogairs.” Esme said getting really close to his face. He pushed her away.
“Why do you need me in your team anyway after all I have ‘weak human brain’.” He said
“Yea sorry about that.” Max apologized for what he said but really meaning it
“We need a team because we are going to fight Murg.” Esme said whispering
“You are crazy.” He said before walking away.
“Don’t you want those Brogairs. I know you want them. Imagine all the money you’ll get after selling them, you might become the richest man here. Just name the price and we will give it to you.” He said trying to convince him and it was working.
“100 Brogairs.” He stated.
“What? Isn’t that too much.”
“For One we are fighting Murg, Two you said I can have as many as I desire.” He answered.
“Ok fine.”

Art of Mortality
New Synopsis after chapter 56: Long long ago, there was a mortal who despised the gods and envied the immortals. Why do the mortals have to die when the gods wish them to? Why do worlds have to perish when the gods say so? Why do only immortals get to live forever, why not mortals like him? As his family, friends, and his loved one died, he lamented. He wailed, he cried. He cursed the immortals, blasphemed the gods, spat at the heavens. But he was just a mere mortal. His curses were pointless, his blasphemous words were useless, and his spits only returned back to fall on his face. At last, he thought, enough was enough, he would definitely do something about it. He decided that it was time for the multiverse to know what a mortal can do. He was the first mortal to cultivate. Eventually, after a long struggle, he killed the Immortals, enslaved the Gods, and shattered the heavens. He reshaped the multiverse and rewrote his fate. In the end, he reincarnated as he decided upon a grand scheme, a scheme to rule 'All and Always'. He came up with the concept of what is known today as 'Paragon'. And with this, all of reality, 'All and Always', was finally reforming, according to a Mortal's Wish. Synopsis (Old): In the vast and complex multiverse, what can a mortal accomplish? In the grand scheme of things, what can a mortal change? In truth, what is a mortal, and what is mortality? Being mortal is being ordinary, the same as being trash, or so says The World. "No, mortality is an art, and a true mortal is a grand artist. Being the root of all, a mortal can become anything.", says a young mortal boy. Meet Edward Alexander, a mortal boy walking the path against gods and immortals, fighting to the end to rewrite his destiny, and change the grand scheme of things. Can he really change the grand scheme of things? Or maybe he himself is the Grand Schemer? To know the answer, follow Edward Alexnder on his journey to demonstrate the Art of Mortality.*******
