Chapter 1
The sound of footsteps echoes.The footsteps belong to a little girl. Everything was ruined because of Murg the conquer. She is walking searching for survivors and finds nothing. Death wasn’t something new to the little girl Moon, Murg’s shadow warriors killed her whole family. But that didn’t mean she was immune to death. That poor little girl was 9-10 years old and her family was murdered when she was three. Tears start to swell up in her eyes and she starts to scream. After screaming she sits down and for support, she rests her back with the broken wall. But there something in her telling her to keep searching. She refused. She felt the urge to check the library. She was confused but she stood up walked there anyway in hope to find the librarian.
She squeezed in the broken building that could collapse any minute. She walked inside the library.
“Ms. Librarian” she felt ashamed that she didn’t even know the name of the woman.
“Are you here? I’m sorry I don’t know your name” she apologized in case she was alive.
She walked to where the librarian used to sit. And saw that a whole piece of the ceiling fell over there. She just looked at it not shocked at all. It was like half of her knew that she was dead. She turned around to leave this place. Where something caught her eye. She tilted her head in confusion. And she walked towards it. It was a light, which was coming from under the books she started clear the way so she could see what it was. The light getting brighter and brighter as took the books off of it. Finally, she could see where it was coming from. It was an old piece of paper. She picked it up not knowing what could happen next. She held the paper in her and looked at it and started see something. It wasn’t the paper the was emitting light but the words. She started to read the words on instinct

“Calibrie, Calista, Cambaria”
The words didn’t glow anymore. She felt like the words were familiar. For some reason her head started to hurt and she fell to the ground.
“Where am I? what is this place” it was a garden full of different flowers as far as the eye could see. There was every type of flower she could think of.
“This is the astral plane” A voice behind said. She looked behind her. And saw a girl.
“Who are you?”
“I am Ember, you’re past life”
“My past life?”
“Yes”
“Why am I here?”
“Do you know what a blood moon is?”
it was an unusual question but Moon answered anyway
“Its when the moon turns the color red.” She seemed confused she continued “Right?” not sure.
“Yes” Ember replied
“So why did you ask me that totally random question?” Ember couldn’t be surprised she was a curious little thing
“To tell you about the prophecy”
“The prophecy?”
“It goes ‘On the 7000th blood moon, Murg will become stronger and even more evil than he already is-” she was cut off by Moon
“What! More evi- that’s not even- that’s impossible”
Ember sighed.
“If you let me finish there might be chance that doesn’t happen”
Moon pouted. Which gave Ember the sign to continue talking
“As I was saying, he will become even more evil than he already is. He would be so strong he can rip the very fabric of time and reality, but! only the chosen one can stop him.”
“I have so many questions right now, who were you when you were alive? Past lives are real? I didn’t know that. Why am I dreaming about you? Where were you when I needed you before? Were you always inside me?” she gasped dramatically and narrowed her eyes suspiciously “Were you spying on me” then she widened her eyes curiously “Also who’s the chosen one”

Ember raised an eyebrow
“What?”
“Can’t say I’m surprised”
“What does that mean?”
“It means you’re the chosen one”
“Me, a street rat, Is the chosen one”
“Yes, and if you have any more questions you will have to search in the library.”
“But the library is destroyed, and shouldn’t you answer my questions”
“This your mission to find yourself”
Everything started to fade when she started coming to her senses. She woke and sat up. She looked around her in hope to find Ember she couldn’t see her anywhere. She could only see books.
She stood up and exited the library. She was walking and she heard people. Yes, she heard people talking. She had a smile on her face. She started walking and then fast walking and eventually started running but she instantly regrated it. They weren’t people they were Murg’s guards. Her smile instantly turned into something between fear and shock. Both the guards looked at her.
“Hey! What are you doing here?” the male shouted at her.
Both of them charged at her. What could she have done but run? She ran as fast as lightning. They shot a net through their net gun. She got caught in one of them
“We got her” the female chuckled
Moon gasped lightly.
