《The wish granting entity and the benevolent lord!》Is it a dream?

As I am laying in bed after a long day, and I am laying in bed the clock hit 3 AM. I am just looking on my phone and I start to read a fantasy book about a girl being treated poorly by the lord, and as I am reading I fall slowly to sleep.
Me: God, I wish I could be that lord and help her, and all the oppressed people!
Mysterious voice: If that is truly what you want I shall grant that to you, but you shall not do any bad things with your power.
A shy girl's voice: Sir it is time to wake up!
Me: What hmm, who are you?
As I am opening my eyes the bed feels and looks different the covers are whiter and softer than I remember. Wait a moment who is that girl, calling me, I live alone! Is this a dream? As I open my eyes I see a girl with black hair and green eyes looking at me, she is wearing a maid outfit!! What? Yeah, this is surely a dream!
Mysterious voice: It is not a dream! It is your wish!
Me thinking: What is that voice I heard it somewhere, Yeah before I fell asleep last night!
Mysterious voice: You died at night.
Me thinking: How is that possible?
Mysterious voice: Do you think that your life was that healthy all that smoking and the processed food and the fact that you also ignored your health and didn't go to a medic, and that shady medicine that you got from that guy, to help you sleep resulted in a heart attack. I am surprised you didn't die sooner considering your life.
He is right I didn't live the healthiest life, I started smoking when I was 15 also I did a bunch of drugs, and my daily meals consisted of 4 cups of coffee and a bowl of cereals, and maybe some eggs and cheese if I had the money because I spent most of them buying “medicine” to help with the pains in my body!

Me thinking: But who are you, where am I?
Mysterious voice: I am a wish-granting entity that grants wishes of some dying persons but I only grant pure wishes, as you wished to help people I took the liberty to reincarnate you as the lord in the novel that you were reading, and to let you create a new story! You are no more your old self you are now Lord Avner of Eldham province of The kingdom of Alryne!
Avner thinking: Alright so I died and you put me into a book? But who are you?
Mysterious voice: Did you already forget or are you just a dumb I wish-granting entity.
Avner thinking: I understood that but do you have a name are you a god, an evil spirit, or what are you!
Mysterious voice: I am neither a god nor the devil I just grant dying wishes, as for my name I will let you call me as you see fit.
Avner thinking: Ok so I can name you. Hmmm …… I will call you Silva from the roman god Silvanus!
Silva: If you consider this name fit for me I shall allow it! And you better wake up because that maid is quite scared. After all, you have been looking at the ceiling and didn't say anything!
As I move my eyes I look again at the maid who is quite scared right now because I haven't said anything.
Maid: I apologize my lord but your breakfast is almost ready I am extremely sorry to wake you up.
Avner: Breakfast hmm that sounds nice can you please I will come out soon can you please leave the room as I change.
Maid shocked: Change yourself, my lord, do you not want me to help you change?
Avner: No I don't need your help, what was your name?

Maid: My name is Olivia, my lord.
Avner: Alright Olivia you can leave now and make sure the breakfast table is prepared.
Olivia: Certainly my lord.
What a nice maid, I can't believe I have been sent to a book, it feels strange being in another person's body, and the goodness I need to lose some weight, it seems Avner enjoyed its food, my goddess and these clothes, why so many why are they so frilly and puffed doesn't he have some more simple clothes, but I guess simpler clothes wouldn't look that good considering my size. Alright I guess I should head to breakfast I wouldn't want that girl to worry more about me, I cant wait to see what I am going to have for breakfast I hope for a light one maybe some fruits.
Silva: I wouldn't say you are going to have a light breakfast!
Avner: What do you mean by th...at!

In this world, humans are part of the 7 major races, but two (or three) are planning to enslave them, while the others are watching on the sidelines. His plans are to develop modern weapons to strengthen the human nation because the mages and aura users aren't immortal or have steel flesh even as they get more power to the point they can deal damage of a howitzer using special moves. Though it doesn't mean that there aren't magical armours (and other things)... Extra: I'm not sure if romance will be in this. Depends on whether you, the readers, would like it or how I develop the story further. And there won't be an exact release schedule as I prefer my pace of writing and because I'm busy in life (school and extra activities, FML). If you find any mistakes, please remind me. Also, my writing style and the pace of the story may be slower than other stories you might have read on this website. Though I may make some revisions with the story, considering my editor's thoughts.
