《(Dropped)The God Of Apocalypse》Chapter 14 Siege Part 1

It only took us a couple of seconds to realise that we couldn't use the truck anymore. There were two reasons for this, the drivers were dead. And there was a massive hole in the back. So after rounding up the remaining soldiers we took what vehicles that still worked and started driving away before the Insurgency catched up to us. Attack Helicopters had been sighted already trying to find us.
I sat in the backseat of a Stryker. We had four people in it. 2 infront driving while P-3 and me sat in the back. The driver kept glancing towards me. I couldn't know why but probably the fact that I was an SCP and that an Angel had a favour with me. Also that I wasn't trying to kill them every second. Probably a mix of the three to be honest. P-3 had informed the soldiers on what the hell had happened. Also apparently the aura of the Angel was more of a brainwashing one. It made them compulsive to do whatever the Angel wanted to do. That's why P-3 was kinda mad at me. I brushed it off however. Details, details...
By now I had realised that all this ruckus is probably because of me. Why? No idea. Nothing happened when I entered the portal but somehow people knew? It doesn't make sense does it? I decided as I usually do to just ignore it and hope an explanation comes later.
Surprisingly we managed to get to this Site-YOD as they called it, without the Insurgency attacking us. The entrance was in a small mountain with vegetation growing around it. A steel door parted ways to let us inside the compound. A MTF unit called ("Safari Time") was waiting for us. As we left the Stryker the MTF unit quickly came towards me with weapons primed. P-3 was quick on the uptake.
"Steady boys. He isn't hostile but he might just bite back if you fire."
The leader of the units eyes darted from me to P-3 before he decided what to do.
"At ease men."
The soldiers lowered their guns but had their hands near the trigger in case anything happened.
"Our site director wants to talk to this SCP in her office."
"Oh, a site director that willingly wants to speak to a SCP that's new." P-3 noted.
"Well I don't mind. Show the way soldiers." I said.
They made a prisoner diamond formation around me and P-3. Then they proceeded to show the way. We walked across some containment chambers. I saw 2 Euclids and 1 Keter before we got to the site directors office.
The MTF units team leader spoke up as we stood infront of the door.
"The site director told us that we aren't allowed inside while you are talking. However should you try anything funny we will go in no matter the consequences. Keep that in mind."
Me and P-3 nodded towards them and entered. The office wasn't anything special, A desk with a lamp and some papers strewn about. A filing cabinet was in a corner while a water dispenser was next to it. A potted plant was on the cabinet. Probably to give the room some vibrancy from the dull grey walls. On the chair behind the desk sat a redheaded young woman. I'd guess that she is around 24 years max. I had an idea why she was young. Not many survives the SCPs long enough to grow old I suppose. She stood up when we came in.
"You should be the SCP that created this shit show and you should be P-3 from MTF group Pathfinders if I am not wrong. I am Alexa Earl."

"You're not." I told her.
"Great! Now you see I am in a bit of a pinch. O5 told everyone that they have the situation under control. They do not. They told the rest of the level 4s that a garrison was sent here. They didn't. Not because they didn't want to but all soldiers that was nearby was used in operation "Hold the line" as they called it. So they decided to send you guys to the most fortified base in France and cross their fingers on the fact that we win the battle that will inevitably happen. While that is all fine and dandy you see, There is a reason why we have so many soldiers here. We have a fair amount of Keters and Euclids. So what happens in case a stray shot blows up one of the containment chambers. Absolute chaos that's what. And it seems O5 didn't take this shit in to account when they sent you here." She finally exhaled after sputtering all that.
"That seems problematic." I told her.
"You don't say! Yes! It is quite problematic actually. So I need to ask you guys a couple of questions to understand the situation even better. Now how many soldiers came with you here?"
I looked towards P-3 he saw my look and told her the dreaded number.
"16 soldiers came with us. 12 of those are combat ready."
"Of course! Make everything even worse than I first feared! I thank you for that P-3! Now boys. I read the file regarding the ambush that happened before you came here. And the O5 was so nice to actually let me read the "[REDACTED]" parts of the document." She turned to look at me.
"Mr SCP! I hereby order you to clean up your mess that you caused! You will give us a helping hand against whatever people that try to attack us."
P-3 seemed confused by her order.
"Wait, so are you telling him to help you to contain himself? I mean isn't that what all this comes down to in the end? If he even decides to help you when all this is over he will just get thrown in a containment chamber regardless of his contributions. So why would he even care to help?" Stated P-3 quite exasperated.
"I don't know, but he is going to help and yes that is the gist of it P-3." Stated Alexa in a matter of factly tone.
Both of them turned towards me that had tuned out of the conversation long ago.
"So Mr SCP! What do you say?" asked Alexa.
"Hm? Eh? Oh yeah helping you? I don't mind."
Good! and What!? came out simultaneously from Alexas and P-3s mouth.
When they were done I asked a question of my own that I had been thinking about.
"Hey I need to ask you two a question. Alexa said "Boys" to me and you P-3. But am I a boy? Or am I genderless? But technically I think I could make myself either. Does that mean I am both or is it the one I identify myself as that is the right one? This makes me confused."
P-3 had a disapproving frown on his face while Alexa actually answered the question.
"I don't care. I'm calling you boy that's that. Now how are you going to help us fight back?"
"Oh? Well give me a room without a camera and I can cook something up."
"Sure! Achille! Come in here!"
The team leader of the MTF unit from before entered.

"Achille bring this SCP to a containment unit that we aren't using and take away the camera from it. He will knock on the door when he is done. When he is you will open the door. Understood?"
"Understood ma'am" he said while gesturing for me to follow him.
...
I had entered the room and blocked any sound with barriers. I made sure everything was safe before I begun. (CREATE LIFE)
...
I looked over my creations that took around an hour to create. 50 soldiers garbed in a Black Ops 2 soldier set that I took from my memory of futuristic soldiers.
Soldiers

I had used (CREATE GREATER ITEM) for the clothes and the weapons they used. The spell was worse than (CREATE GREATER MYTHIC ITEM) but it would do. My mana was around 15% since the spell took a lot of mana when used like this. The soldiers had different traits that I had written in their BIO. Talented, Intelligent, Wise, Good reflexes, Brave, Reckless, silent and calm. Stuff like that, the rest I had let the system randomize. I had also written in their BIO their ranks. For every ten soldiers one was a sergeant that would lead the 9 others. Since I had learned from P-3s radio I had designated them as Black Ops-1, Black Ops-2, Black Ops-3, Black Ops-4 Black Ops-5. Everyone was level 20, levels respectively being Gunner 10, Stealth 5 and 5 Martial Arts. They had a knife in reserve in case of close combat. Also the two last things I added in their BIO was that they knew military tactics and such. I also designated myself as the major of the soldiers. Having an extreme amount of loyalty towards me. I don't know if the military tactics part will work but in time we will see I guess.
The armor they were wearing would be able to nullify normal rounds of enemy soldiers assault rifles. However anything stronger and they were useless. I used (CREATE GREATER ITEM) and put on my own set. With that I also changed my voice. I mean I like being in the heat of it. Being in the back and being all tactical wasn't my thing. I would be in the front with my soldiers. I finally clicked the (CREATE LIFE) button and every soldier came to life. All stood at attention with a crisp salute.
"Right soldiers! Listen closely! We are at SITE-YOD! We have reason to believe that hostiles are enroaching on our position at this moment! What they want is to capture a certain SCP. You don't need to know what that is nor where it is. All you need to know is that if those SCPS break free then all hell will break loose. So BO-1 you will be in charge of protecting the Site director. The soldier outside will show you where she is. BO-2, BO-3 you are in charge of making sure the SCPS don't escape during the firefight. Talk with the personnel and they will show you the key points you will need to protect! BO-4, BO-5 you will be in the entrance fighting back any soldiers that try to enter from the main gate. I will be going around and helping where it is needed. Understood?"
"Sir! Yes Sir!"
"Fantastic soldiers!"
I dispelled all my barriers and knocked thrice on the door. It opened after a second or two.
The soldier saw me in my gear and gawked
"Who are you?"
"I am Major White. We were sent here by command to reinforce your position. I want you to lead BO-1 and me to Site director Alexa Earl. Go on soldier! Move!" I played a prank on the poor guy. I almost felt bad about it.
"E-h-YES SIR!" It took him half a second for his brain to actually understand. Well what he tought he understood.
"Right the rest of you do as I said. Move! Move!" The rest of the squads moved quickly in the opposite direction of me and the soldier.
"Sir, Will all due respect that leads to a dead end." Achille told me.
"Ha! Well I suppose the boys will learn that soon enough" I said while grinning and for once you could see my smile under the baclava as I had used illusions.
I asked for the frequency of his radio and put it in mine. I got a bit of a suprise when I realised my radios actually worked. It even sounded clearer than what the MTF radios did. I put it up to my face and spoke
- "This is BO-Actual we are reinforcements from Sentinel. Five teams of ten special operatives are inside the building! Do not fire upon them as they are friendlies. How copy all callsigns? Over.
- Bo-Actual, Security-1 here. Solid copy. Out.
- Bo-Actual, Security-2 here. We copy. Out.
- Bo-Actual, TRT-1 here. Solid copy on last. Out.
- Bo-Actual, TRT-2 here. Understood. Out.
- Bo-Actual, We are 1-1 from unit Foundation-Battalion-2 We are the remains of Operation "Hold the line" how copy? Over.
- "Solid copy on last 1-1. My boys will tell you where you need to be. Out."
I told all but 2 of my soldiers to create a perimeter around the office while I spoke with Alexa once again. All that was different this time was the fact that I was posing as Major "White" instead of my SCP persona. Grinning I entered.
As me and the two soldiers that flanked both of my sides entered I got two very different reactions. P-3 looked mildly annoyed and I guessed that he had already somehow seen through me while Alexa had a 2000 Volt smile upon her face while actually saluting me. She had more respect towards a major than a SCP that could destroy the world. Figures.
Since P-3 wasn't playing along I ignored the bastard and looked towards Alexa instead.
"I am Major White of the special forces unit "Black Ops" We are here to reinforce your position."
"Great! I thought the d- The lovely foundation wouldn't send any soldiers here!"
"They didn't director we got our orders from our superiors that an old friend had cashed in a favour. And we were sent here."
"Course you are." P-3 said. Sarcasm clear in his voice. I looked towards him and decided to jab back.
"Soldier If you were in my unit I would have you running around the site until you die for that speech! Proper respect to proper ranks or doesn't the foundation have that discipline?"
He retorted with a glare while Alexa also glared at him making it a sort of three-way as I was looking towards Alexa.
"I apologize for my soldiers rude behavior Major White."
"It's fine. We got more important things to talk about don't we?"
"Exactly. Now how are you planning on deploying your troops?"
"Wait a second! Are you just going to trust this guy when he's not the from the foundation with the defence of the site!?" Said P-3. Making me confused as I thought he realised that Major White was me, does that mean he doesn't trust me or decided to join the charade?
"P-3... I asked an SCP for help. This is what I got. I am going to be happy with this. So please shut the hell up and speak only when I tell you too okay?"
"Yes Ma'am."
"Great! Now I realised something! Where is that SCP?"
"He will be watching the battle. If we win he will return if we don't he's getting out of here." I told them what I made up on the spot.
"Guess that's good enough. So once again where are you planning on deploying your troops?"
...
Everyone was ready. Soldiers briefed on the mission and their part in it. We had a scout outside to tell us when enemy troops approached. Everything was as good as it could be. My soldiers had an air of professionalism. Like they were ready at any second to respond to any hostile intention. This made the lesser troops of the foundation try to imitate them. However the attempts were sloppy at best.
I wondered what the foundation soldiers would say if they knew that those "Elite" soldiers only had been in life for an hour or two and not veterans of fighting before. Jealousy and disbelief probably.
As time went by the nerves were sky high. And when the scout finally radioed in that enemies were approaching the site some actually sighed in relief. The bane of waiting, It is sometimes the wait that is scarier than the battle itself.
My radio burst to life signifying that one of my soldiers had engaged hostiles. As I was at the entrance doors they must have somehow gone through a different entrance. I of course stationed troops to hold those entrances.
- BO-3, To BO-Actual! One foot mobile looking like an asian girl is throwing us around like dolls! 3 KIA already! She isn't natural Sir! How copy? Over!
- Solid copy BO-3! On my way! Out!
Seems like I'm going to fight my first SCP!
...
Rounding the corner with my two bodyguards I saw one of my men being strangled with one arm. While the girl was saying "Why do you not obey!" I looked around to see the ceiling walls and everything pretty much destroyed. Lifeless bodies were strewn around the room with necks snapped at wrong directions. Gun holes could be seen on the walls all around. I pointed my gun at the girl and said
"Missy drop my soldier!"
She quickly threw her head around and looked at my direction while narrowing her eyes.
"So you are the leader of these guys?"
"That's right miss. Drop my soldier or I'll have to take you down." I said calmly while my two bodyguards had their fingers on the trigger.
"You guys aren't human are you?"
"Miss I don't think that's important right now. This is the last time I'll say it! Drop the soldier right now!"
My soldier finally couldn't breathe any longer and died. His lifeless body hanging in her hand.
"Fire!" I ordered my soldiers.
She quickly sped up and ran towards us. Around 2 bullets hit her before she kicked one of my soldiers in the neck by some weird acrobatics. A snap was heard and he fell down on the floor. I backed away quickly but my other soldier wasn't so lucky and got his head snapped by her hands.
I realised bullets wouldn't do me any good and took out a gladius like blade from my pocket dimension.
She sneered and said "Definitely not human"
She quickly took one of the guns one of my soldiers had and unleashed it upon me. I still stood in my stance even when the bullets hit and turned to nothing when they came near me.
This time I sneered "Too bad kid!"
That seemed to spur her on as she quickly took one of my soldiers knifes instead and took a stance. We circled each other until she finally tried to stab me. I quickly avoided it and tripped her legs making her fall down on the ground. Quickly I pinned her down with my legs and arms.
"Now kid. You are going to tell me who you are."
"I am the Daughter of darkness filth!" (Different language)
"Daughter of darkness? That's shitty title."
This made her stop completely. Like a turn off switch was just pressed.
She quietly spoke a few words that I barely heard. I wouldn't if my ears wouldn't have been heightened because of my level.
"How do you know that language?"
"Doesn't concern you kid." I said while not being exactly sure on how my translation works for languages I don't know.
She seemed to have lost all will to fight. I stood up and looked at my soldiers while my radio was filled with a bunch of voices. I ignored it however. I sighed... These guys alone probably took 15 minutes to create! What a waste of time.
I glanced at my side and the girl stood beside me. Her eyes was fixated at me like that would actually explain something. I patted her head which made her freeze. Then I made my way to the entrance corridors because apparently they had been pushed out from the entrance hall.
I heard steps behind me and looked back. She was still following me.
"Kid don't know why you are here but leave us alone. We are in the middle of fighting. Not the place for you."
She kept her eyes still fixated at me but answered
"I'm far older than I look."
"Really kid? Well I doubt your older than me." Well I am 28 so she's probably older since she's an SCP but I didn't really care much for the details.
I took another step forward and she followed me exactly half a meter behind me.
"Right. What's your deal?"
"Somethings off about you... You know my language, you used your hand to reach into the void and the way you look feels off."
Huh probably the illusion she's sensing. Well done.
"So what you are saying is that you are going to follow me because I'm weird?"
"In a way, yes."
"Right... I'm going to do something since you are sending mental attacks at me all the time. It's fruitless by the way." I conjured a barrier around her that will follow her when she walks. It will effectively nullify any mental attacks as it will just hit the barrier instead.
Her eyes went wide "How did you do that?"
"Secret, kid."
We both moved towards the battle. One wanting to fight while the other one wanted to figure out who this mysterious person was and why he could speak her language so naturally.
