《(Dropped)The God Of Apocalypse》Chapter 2 We Enter The First Portal

*Edited*
I was walking out from the treasury having grabbed a couple of items of interest.
Some of the items being
A standard automata gun from the original YGGDRASIL, the reason this even exits is because the "Shitty Devs" had to recycle some items and features from the original lest it cost more money. And talking about money, Personally I was very lucky as I managed to get a stable job in a white company. Not needing to burn myself out as much like Lostghost. Lostghost being the only one in our group working for a black company. And that resulted in several times him being missing, because of overwork or simply just the need to sleep when he came home. Imperio being the wealthiest of the lot asked him if he needed help financially. Being the stubborn idiot Lostghost was he refused "I thank you but I can't mooch off one of my friends. Dignity is one the last things I have left." I promptly asked him when he started having dignity. Making some of my friends mad at me, I however shrugged it off and told them I was joking.
I also took a couple of data crystals with me storing several diffrent spells. As I didn't know where the portals might go I took several diffrent crystals for diffrent situtations. I might come to a modern world where magic doesn´t exists, therefore I had a crystal for creating a FOB(Forward Operating Base) I would also need to create some NPCS with the spell Create Life as guards, while also giving out a couple of guns. While I also prepared in case it's a fantasy world with a minor castle. I wouldn't need to use create life however if thats the case as I could just use summons instead. Well if I don't want them to be undead or other evil beings I had to indeed use Create Life as it might be better with human guards or something similiar. I also took a couple of shards of True Resurrection. The normal spell resurrection not needing a wand or shard with the new YGGDRASIL MK2 is refreshing as it as been added as a tier 8 spell. However you do indeed lose levels with this method while True resurrection does not, being a fatal weakness for eight tier spell. And I can't naturally cast True Resurrection meaning that I need to be careful when using it as I have it in limited supply. So that and couple of other miscellaneous stuff and I almost felt ready to go. Moving my way outside I did the final preparations needed. I casted the spell (Absolute block of the divine) and a couple of more summoning spells to make sure everything was guarded while I was gone. As two final precautions I used more divine spells to hide myself to whatever may lay beyond the portal. I had chosen to first send a mob through the portal to make sure it's safe.

Seemingly there is no portal on the other side to come back to my domain, however that is not absolute so defence is still needed. What I could gather through message with the mob was that it looked like a cave. He also stated there were a couple of low leveled creatures inside that seemed to be naturally spawning. If my knowledge about any RPG is valid that would most likely be a dungeon. I looked at the portal and took a deep breathe. I had decided that I would start from the left most portal then just going right after that. Hoping against hope that perhaps left is the easier "Levels" while the more right i go the harder it gets. If thats right or not we will probably see in the future. I tried to bring my summon back to my domain and it didn't work, making me hesitate if I should go through or not as I might be trapped there forever. After mulling it over for a bit I managed to get an answer. If I want to return to my domain I need to be out of fighting and in dungeons it constantly counts as being in a fight. So I would probably need to get out from the dungeon and stay away from danger for one minutes then it might work. However what if the whole world is a dungeon. I would most certainly be trapped. I asked the mob if he could go up to the surface if it existed while not being noticed. Having sent a shadow demon It would probably be able to do the task.
After waiting and having several stares pointed to my back from my subordinates, probably wondering why I was just standing infront of a portal like a fool. I finally got a message back from the shadow demon saying that there is a surface and that there are several humans and a town outside. Being happy that i could finally leave my subordinates stares behind I marched through the portal to a whole new world.

Captain of the undead legionnaires (POV)
My master and god was standing infront of the portal while having his full might and aura on display.
I simply could not take my eyes away as I was afraid I would truly die the moment I did.
It seemed he wanted to enter the portal and show whatever pitiful world that might be beyond the portal his power.
The very thought of insects feeling the power of my god left me truly enraged. However it must be one of his schemes as truly wise as he was. Show the enemy that there was no chance from the beginning and they will whallow in despair.
When my god went through the portal I cackled loudly as I thought about the faces of whatever gods or men that may exist will make when they feel and see true power, unlimited power.
-------
However the undead never realised that the god didn't even know that his aura was on and that it would come back to bite him in the arse.

8 141Bleen Fada - The Legendary Pathfinder
It had been decades since dreams started to kill. Today, it's finally over.Mahon was once a general and an impressive warrior. In his dreams. In Nightmare. There, he put an end to the war that plagued mankind for decades. In the real world, however, the war has been raging for millenia, and Mahon is weak, his body frail from all his years spent dream-fighting. But it's time for a new beginning. In a world he knows almost nothing about, he will struggle to climb back to power, a necessity if he wants to achieve his goal. But he doesn’t lack willpower. And he already reached the highest ranks before. Who is to say he can’t do it again? That is, if the Fada let it be… This story takes place in a medieval fantasy world. Swords and schemes are the common ways to assert your place among the powerful. This story follows Mahon on his journey back to power. Not a simple one, as he will uncover some of the deepest mysteries that had been buried deep down along the ages. As of now, 98% of my chapters are through Mahon’s PoV and I want to keep it that way. There will be no unending PoV swaps for multiple chapters. Although war/conflict is one of the main themes, it’s not really a story about war. Instead, expect fights, plots, foreshadowing, progression and adventure from these chapters. It’s my first time publishing a book, and English is not my native language. I hope you will enjoy the story and that you’ll be indulgent enough to point out my mistakes with kindness. I wish to grow as a better writer and provide something that will make you cheer for, and shiver in anticipation. As long as you’re not, it means there is something to improve. Note: It's a slow progression fantasy, and some have raised complaints about the depressing tones and slowness in some of the first chapters. Rest assured, it soon disappears as Mahon progresses. Release schedule : M/W/F at 6:12 am GMT+2
