Chapter 33 – Luna.

PRESENT TIME

I am frozen again. I cannot move body at all. The voice that gave order had full control over me. I am standing vis-à-vis with wyrm. I can hear voices of people talking from my left.

[-]: Unbelievable!

[-]: Look at the black wyrm.

[-]: That orphan girl did this?

[-]: Not one but two of them.

[-]: The second one is a monster with human body and wolf’s head.

Silence fell…

[-]: Silence. Impressive Luna. Very impressive. I have heard stories of two beings to be summoned but it’s my first time seeing it.

[Luna]: Thank you teacher Brom. It was all thanks to your supervision and teachings.

[Brom]: Hahaa. Luna you are too modest. Now, they seem to be rebellious. Order them to face us and explain them what they are and what will happened if they try to cause ruckus! They will not be able to answer but they will understand what you are telling them.

[Luna]: Face me!

My body moved on its own and wyrm turned to face the voice too. There are lots of boys and girls standing opposite to us. I think they are around 15-16 years old. Girls have blouse, tunic dress and pinafore on them. Boys are wearing long trousers and blazers.

There is this girl with blue eyes and blue hair color standing in front of them with a man around age of 30 by her. She has very long hair almost up to her waist. There is a white headband with clear crystal flower around her forehead. Her cheeks are like a rose, and lips look like one unfurling in the first light of morning. The man besides her had a long trousers and a jacket on him. The jacket features decorative peak, delicately broadened seams, V chest shape and overlaid notch. It is first time I am seeing clothing such as the ones these boys, girl and the man is wearing.

I raised my hand up to my forehead and threw wolf’s head back to my shoulders. Whispers again.

[-]: He is no monster.

[-]: Beautiful.

The blue girl stepped forward…

[Luna]: I am Luna Von Raden of the Wallington House. I have summoned you two as my familiars. You are bound to me for eternity as much as I am alive. If you attack each other again, both of you will be punished.

[Brom]: Now name them.

She nodded in acceptance.

Wyrm roared. I think it was getting tired of listening to them. Though I assume it had no idea that it has shrinked back to a wyrm. Normally its roar should raise panic and struck horror into their hearts but right now it sounds as if somebody is whistling in a low pitch tone.

[Wyrm]: Nobody punishes Gorn the Dark One! Gorn decides on judgement! Girl if you utter a word more, you will have the worst imaginable death.

[-]: The baby dragon is mumbling something as if it wants to talk.

I was able to understand the wyrm but I think nobody understood it.

[Me]: Luna was it?

Their faces take form of astonishment which seems they didn’t expect me to talk.

[Me]: Gorn says that if you utter a word more, you will have the worst imaginable death!

[-]: He speaks… (Everybody whispering)

She raises the wand in her hand.

[Luna]: miril!

Lightening comes out of the wand and strikes Gorn.

[Me]: He deserves more than that.

[Me]: I am Aslan of Kali tribe. I think I’m in land of Tat’s now. I don’t know how I came to be here but I’m going away now and will be taking this wyrm with me. Goodbye!

I grab Gorn on its neck. I turn around and see lots of building and forest behind us. I decide to ask them the way to our kingdom.

[Me]: Which way shall take me to Kingdom of Kali?

I hear laughs all around.

Whispers again.

[-]: Her familiars are as odd as her!

[-]: Oprhan child of a dead duke who can’t even control her familiars.

[Luna]: miril!!!

Lightning strikes me this time. I feel pain going through each and every cell of my body. I fall on my knees. Feeling powerless.

[Luna]: Do not make me to repeat myself again.

[Brom]: We should inform headmaster about your summoning. You all wait here. Let’s go Luna.
