《Just Flip a Coin, Otherworlder》Chapter 62: The Otherworlder and Petroleum Peanut

The Otherworlder and Clementine zoomed through the forest with Barley's engine running at full throttle. They bumped up and down as the Otherworlder skillfully drove over the outgrowing roots and rushed towards the northeast, opposite from where they were supposed to be going.
The headlights of the bike were barely of any use as they brightened the tree right in front of them. Turning from side to side, the Otherworlder took a sharp left to avoid another tree, the bike was pushed upwards by a root and the headlights turned towards the leaves above them.
"Down!"
Clementine and the Otherworlder pushed their heads as low as they could when a sword passed by them right above their backs.
Taking another sharp turn, the Otherworlder kicked the gears and rushed ahead again. "Swords, swords! Can you use some light magic?" the Otherworlder asked Clementine in a rush.
"Magic?! I can't use magic at all!" Her words were interrupted by another sword coming their way. The Otherworlder grit his teeth and ducked again, but instead of doing the same, Clementine turned towards the blade and stretched her arm outward.
A surreal beam of a psychedelic mixture of colors shot ahead from Clementine's hands and wrapped around the sword approaching them. With a simple move of her finger, the sword changed directions and rushed to the ground.
The Otherworlder saw it all happen from the back mirrors and lifted his head again.
"You devil! If you could do that then do it sooner!" He shouted at her. "Goddamn kids!"
"What's my age got to do with any of this?! Fucking old man!"
"I've barely entered my twenties—Sword! Seven o'clock!"
Clementine turned to her seven and used her psychic abilities again. To stop a sentient being like this she had to be very showy with her abilities. The sword screeched to a stop in mid-air and embedded itself into the ground. Turning back, Clementine wrapped her arms on the Otherworlder's sides as they jumped over the roots.

"Twenties? I am eighteen, ok? We're pretty close in age—Tree!"
The Otherworlder made a hard turn towards his left again and dodged the tree. Quipping back and forth, the Otherworlder and Clementine worked through the forest with great efficiency!
No matter how fast they went, though, you could only move so much inside a forest with trees at every turn and murderous swords on your back, so they couldn't cover a good amount of distance at all. The engine continued to rev as he hit the accelerator.
Just then, a wave of air pushed up the back of their heads.
"PETROLL!!!"
The monster's scream reverbed through the air, sending the swords and trees shaking away.
"Hieeek!" Clementine shrieked out loud and tightened her grip around the Otherworlder's waist.
The Otherworlder let out a giant exhale as he tapped Clementine's hands with his left hand. "Idiot! You're choking me!"
Clementine continued her antics for a few more seconds before a chill went down her spine. She loosened her grip and extended her aura, or as she liked to call it, Psy-Waves as far as she could.
"RIGHT! TURN RIGHT!"
Sensing the urgency in her voice, the Otherworlder slammed his foot on the ground and hit the front brakes. Barley Jamieson's tires screeched against the ground as the bike drifted to face their right. Without wasting a second, the Otherworlder turned the accelerator as hard as he could and shot towards his right.
-CRASHHH!!
Not even a second later, a loud boom sounded in the air. The forest just a few feet behind them went up in a cloud of dust and smoke. The Otherworlder and Clementine braced down against the bike as waves after waves of air and rocks went shot past them.
The Otherworlder didn't let go of the accelerator for a second as he rushed through the trees again. When they felt it was safe to do so, the Otherworlder and Clementine slowly turned their heads back to look at whatever had transpired.

Standing right there with its googly eyes going wild from left to right and the paper for a face stuck to its body, perenially smiling wide enough to be considered sadistic, a giant two-meter tall robotic monster floated above the ground, rotating both halves of its body in complete circles again and again.
"I-it's a peanut!" Clementine pointed at the siege monster behind her and screamed out loud, her eyes going as wide as the monster's face. "It's a giant peanut!"
"PETROL!!!!"
"No..." the Otherworlder said in a daze. There was no mistaking its unbearably loud scream. "It's the petroleum peanut!"
"The what?!" Clementine wanted to argue at the impromptu name the Otherworlder almost instinctively came up with but didn't get the chance to as another scream interrupted them.
"PEANUT!!!!??"
"Look, you bastard! It didn't like the name!"
Petroleum Peanut tilted its frame again as the wind exhausted from its behind kicked up the pace, almost making a small hole into the ground.
"Pet...."
"Fuck, it's coming again!"
"Right again! Right!"
"ROLLLL!!"
Petroleum Peanut shot forward like a bullet again. Missing the Otherworlder and Clementine by a fraction of an inch. The Otherworlder kicked the speed again as Petroleum Peanut continued its charge for a while. It was going so fast that dodging and turning was next to impossible.
With the way south finally open, the Otherworlder took the chance and rushed ahead! Swords came rushing at them from all directions, but Clementine handled them well.
Another crash sounded in the air. The two of them assumed Petroleum Peanut had finally come to a stop.
"What now? It's going to chase after us again!" Clementine snapped, pulling down the hems of the Otherworlder's coat.
"That sick peanut fucker is after my Barley Jamieson!" the Otherworlder clenched his teeth. "I'll make butter out of it even touches a thread on her leather!"
"It is a girlfriend and not a bike, right?!"
"PETROLL!!"
Petroleum Peanut was preparing to shoot at them again!
The Otherworlder raked his head for any solution when the situation clicked in his mind! He truly didn't want to resort to this, but there was no other choice left.
"Kid! Open the bags on the side!"
"I'm not a kid, old man!" Despite her words, Clementine opened the bags without wasting a second. The space inside was much larger than what the bag looked like with a lot of stuff being carried along in them. Bags made of spatial magic to increase space and decrease weight!
Clementine did not even wait for the Otherworlder's explicit permission as she dived into the bags and pulled out a box filled with petrol.
"Take out the petrol—" the Otherworlder was about to say when Clementine opened up the cap of the box and flung it as far as she could.
"GO!!" She screamed and sent a blast of Psy-Waves towards the box. The box was given a booster in the air as it soared above the forest like a bird, spilling petrol in its wake!
"PETROLL!!"
And Petroleum Peanut screamed again.
