Chapter 4 - One Versus Three
Anik and Joel then listens to Aaron's precise instructions, as they crouch down.
However, Joel was a bit dissatisfied, he contemplated, "Shouldn't we be running away and getting the fuck heck outta here." He shouted back at Aaron.
Aaron was not at all amused by Joel's response and bad attituded. So he decided to correct Joel's ways of thinking, "Just used your fucking brain for once, Joel. What place is there safe within this school..."
Anik retorted, "What do you mean, Aaron." He asked Aaron what he meant by that.
"This whole place is about to be overrun with monsters, and the monsters are invading the school in from the outside." He said so angrily, which causes the two idiots to be massively surprised.
"Now, don't you get it. No place is safe in the long run." Aaron carefully explains to the two so they could understand.
Some stone arrows flew by, passsing Aaron's figure and the two crouching boys.
It manages to luckily hit a few escaping students, stopping them right within their tracks, and others by chance landed on the dead goblin body shield that is currently shielding Aaron and the two at this moment.
A third goblin then pops up, armed with an amateurish built wooden cross bow, appearing right behind the two goblins. It wore a long woven cloak, with dirt covered bandages wrapped around its arms and legs for protection.
'It would seem that the goblin archer is the weaker one out from the three individuals. So that's why it needs more protection than those two goblins.' Aaron deduced by himself.
The goblins weren't at all amused, seeing their dead brethren being exploited, they were quite infuriated and heavily angered by it all.
"Gukui... We should kill all the humans!" One of the goblins exclaimed, as it was intelligent enough to spoke the human language.
Another goblin beside it, then responded, "We must first kill off that human. How dare he used the corpse of our brethren as a body shield."
Aaron then smirks, as he thought to himself, 'It would seem that I successfully pissed off the goblins, but this time, the fight won't be as hard and difficult as the first time.' He claims.
The goblins were slightly enraged by Aaron's actions, as they recklessly charges towards his direction, without even a second thought.
Anik who hid himself behind Aaron then begans to panic, "What are we gonna do. We are all going to die." He spoke what was on his mind.
"Be quiet!" Aaron shouted, which then shuts the two up.
Within seconds, the two goblins arrived within a couple feets away from Aaron's figure. However, the first one to a launch attack was not one of the two goblins, but rather Aaron.
With the 6 inches long stone dagger armed within his right hand. He swiftly impales the right goblin in the chest area, as green blood splattered out from the chest wound, who was actually just about to bring down its stone dagger in a motion to slash at him.

The goblin screams, "Gukui!" As it was being impaled by Aaron's stone dagger.
The 6 inches long stone dagger then pierces the goblin chest area, and stabbing deeply into its own lungs, which badly damages it, deflating the two large air sacs, and causing the badly damaged air lungs to be inoperable.
Aaron's arm length was much longer than the child size goblin, which makes it alot easier for Aaron's attack to land at hit first.
And also it takes a couple of milliseconds longer to bring the blade down when you are slashing. So Aaron's attack landed first was bound to happen.
The impaled goblin then lets out queasy noises. "Gukui! I can't breathe!" As it rapidly begins to have breathing problems.
Aaron forcefully cutting off the oxygen source from the goblin, it causes the goblin to slowly suffocated to death, as it lays down in its own puddle of blood.
Green viscous blood then rapidly pours out from the impaled wound, forming a small puddle around the gasping goblin.

Aaron's eyes didn't lingers solely on the single goblin he defeated, it constantly switches between the two, only taking a millisecond to observe their body's movements and reactions.
He saw within the distance, that the goblin archer was preparing its wooden crossbow, and picking crossbow stone arrow head bolts from its quiver and loading it.
'It would take a couple of seconds for the goblin archer to load the crossbow.' He thought to himself, as he then slams the body of the dead goblin that he was holding barely with his left hand onto the other approaching goblin.
The body of the dead goblin then slams heavily onto the approaching goblin, causing the approaching goblin to stop right within its tracks, as a result, it trips up over its own feet by accident.
It falls over onto its side, supporting itself by leaning against the wall. However, Aaron didn't stop there, as he then pushes the dead body of the deceased goblin against the staggering goblin, sandwiching it in between the wall and himself.
It temporarily disabled the goblin, thereby preventing from it from escaping and enacting a counterattacked.
Within the struggle, the goblin suddenly loses its own grip over the stone dagger's handle, causing it to fall out from his hand.
And Aaron didn't let that chance slip by. The six inches long stone dagger that was lodged within the chest of the dead goblin he just killed, it got stuck and won't budget, so he had to let it go.
However, Aaron quickly acquired another stone dagger, from the goblin he just subdued.
He immediately lets go of the dead goblin that he was just using as a body shield, and immediately grabs the handle of the falling stone dagger with his left hand.
In one swift motion, wielding the stone dagger like an experienced assassin, Aaron then slashes the neck region of the goblin he sandwiched in place.
As green blood rapidly began to flow out from the opened slash wound, like a flowing rIver stream. The goblin simply bleed to death, shortly after.

Ti-ring!
Aaron then heard a mechanical beeping noise withinside his head which sort of confirms the death of the second goblin.
(!) System Notification [ You have slain a Tier 1 Goblin. 171 experience points gained. 3 kill points gained! ] [ You have levelled up and became level 2! ]
Aaron eyes then landed on the third goblin, the goblin archer. 'Now all that's left is only that goblin archer.' He thought to himself.
However, the goblin archer was smiling devilishly, looking almost as if it is not afraid for its life, despite already loosing several of its own companions.
'So why is it still smiling...' Aaron thought to himself as he showed a quizzical look.
The goblin archer then finishes reloading the wooden crossbow with a stone cross bolt arrow, as points in the direction of Aaron, but not at Aaron.
And it took Aaron a couple of seconds to then realises what was going on, as his face then suddenly becomes all the more even serious. He thought, 'The goblin archer is not aiming its crossbow at me, but rather at the people behind me... Anik and Joel.'
'There is not enough time for me to warn them.' Aaron thought to himself.
Just before the goblin archer even fires the crossbow, Aaron then shouted, "Duck your heads down and don't even look up!" He said so in a hurry and panicky.
He then hurriedly grabs a nearby goblin corpse, and decided to throw the goblin corpse in front of the two duo, thereby obscuring the path and tradjectory of the stone crossbolt arrow from ever reaching the two.
The goblin archer already have expected Aaron's response on the matter.
Before it even decided to shoot, it changes the tradjectory of where the crossbow is aiming slightly, so the arrow point is aiming at Aaron's precise location.
'I've gotcha.' The goblin archer thought to itself, as it fires the reloaded crossbow.
The stone arrow crossbolt shot from the wooden crossbow, it whistles through the air, cutting the 8 meters distance within seconds, thereby flying towards Aaron's direction.
Aaron thought to himself, 'Shit! It was targeting me all along.' Realising it, but it was already too late. 'It tricked me into thinking that it was aiming for my pals behind me. When I took action, it then made it's own move.'
However, before the stone arrow crossbolt even left the crossbow. In the spur of the moment, his body reacted before he could conciously think; He kicked strongly against the wall with his left leg, as it propels his body forwards.
Aaron immediately lost control over his balance, and tumbles, rolling over, ragged dolling for a couple of seconds.
Once his body stops rolling, he immediately got up, and started counterattacking. Aaron then gave chase, quicly drawing closer the distance between the two.
However, in order to confused the goblin archer, and preventing it from locking down its aim of the crossbow on him. Aaron has thereby been constantly running zigzags in all direction, making it difficult for the goblin to shoot crossbolt arrows at him.
Before long, Aaron has already reached the goblin archer's location, as he then prepares slash the goblin archer with the stone dagger he has got.
The goblin archer immediately gaves up on the crossbow, dropping it to the ground, as it reaches into its own pouch, and draws out a primitive stone knife.
However, the length of the stone knife was only just two to three inches long, much shorter than Aaron's actual stone dagger he stolen.
The goblin archer intends to defend itself with the three inches long stone knife. However, with one swift motion, Aaron swung the six inches long stone dagger upwards diagonally, slashing the chest area of the goblin archer.
The stone dagger sinks slightly into the goblin archer's flesh, producing a light slash wound.
When the stone dagger exit the goblin archer's flesh, it leaved a large open gapped wound, as blood began to pour out.
Before the goblin archer could quickly recover for a counter attack, Aaron then switches the stone dagger towards his right hand. With his free left hand, he then tightly graps ahold onto the goblin archer's right wrist, that is holding onto the stone knife.
Tightening his grasp, Aaron then completely disarms the stone knife from the goblin archer, making the creature defenseless and inepted. It is unable to fight back.
Aaron then quickly finishes off the fight, as he stabs the goblin archer repeatedly in the gut area, with the stone dagger he acquired within his right hand.
The goblin archer quickly bleeded to death, with its many stabbed wounds, caused by Aaron's stone dagger.
Ti-ring!
Aaron then heard a mechanical beeping noise withinside his head which sort of confirms the third and final goblin's death.
(!) System Notification [ You have slain a Tier 1 Goblin Archer. 294 experience points gained. 3 kill points gained! ] [ You have levelled up and became level 3! ]
He could finally let out a breather, having finished off three strong goblins by himself, without any other's help or assistance.
Aaron loudly proclaims, "I've done it. I've killed all the goblins. All by myself."
"I can't believe he gone and done it! He managed to take down all the monsters (goblins) by himself." Joel exclaims in complete uttered amazement, filled with disbelieve over what he saw.
"Yeah..." Anik only said a single word which shows how surprised he is, that he is at a total lost for words.
'Three kills and I only managed to levelled up to level 3...' Aaron recalled, he saw the system notification after he killed the last and final goblin (archer).
He thought to himself, 'I wonder what level has Sameer and the guys have already reached already?' Aaron asked himself a question, as his racing heart starts to calm down a bit.
