Chapter 4- Returning to Konoha

“Kit… this may be a bit too late but didn’t you know that you could have used Kamui as a fast travel to Konoha?”

Kurama deadpanned and Naruto sweatdropped. Naruto thought ‘I’m a damn idiot’.

“Why didn’t you tell me in the first place furball” Naruto stated as he emphasized Kurama’s nickname. Kurama mentally hit Naruto in the head while yelling ‘Baka!’ a few times.

While they were bickering with each other, they didn’t notice that they arrived at the gate of Konohagakure no Sato( Village Hidden in Tree Leaves).

“Welcome to Konoha, May I ask what is your business in here?” the eternal Chunin, Izumo Kamizuki asked.

“Hello I’m Naruto Otsutsuki, or formerly known as Naruto Uzumaki” Naruto politely replied with a bow.

“As for the reason why I’m here” Naruto stopped. Izumo’s partner, Kotetsu, leaned closer to hear Naruto’s response. Naruto coughed and replied “It’s to become Hokage dattebayo” Izumo and Kotetsu fell down and sweatdropped.

‘Works every time’ Naruto thought with a grin. Without a notice, 4 people with ANBU clothing and animal masks with ‘ROOT’ on top appeared.

“With the order of Danzo Shimura and the civilian council, we are here to detain you demon brat” growled one of the Root AMBU.

“I think not ANBU-san, only the Hokage can order his shinobi and clearly you’re not the Hokage.” Naruto replied with a laugh. Thinking that Naruto wouldn’t come with them, the leader of the Root replied with a hiss “Very well then you leave us no choice but to take you by force.”

All of them released killing intent to freeze the ‘Kyuubi jinchuriki’ This didn’t even faze Naruto at all since he trained with Kurama’s killing intent for 4 years and has killed ever since he was 9 years old.

“Hah! You call this killing intent?” Naruto snickered. Naruto released a small amount of killing intent “Let me show you real killing intent!” Naruto smiled. Everyone present felt like they were in the presence of a God who slaughters as a hobby. Little did they know they were really in the presence of a God. They fell unconscious as they couldn’t handle Naruto’s killing intent.

“Now where were we? Naruto asked as he turned around to see Konoha’s guard passed out.

“Great going kit, great way to stay lowkey eh.”Kurama laughed “Oh shut it you” Naruto rolled his eyes.

--Hokage Tower--

It was a regular day for the Hokage. Piles of paperworks at his desk, but this didn’t stopped the Hokage for reading Icha Icha Tactics, signed by the author himself. “Oh Hikori you naughty girl” Hiruzen laughed pervertedly.

“Still perverted aren’t you Jiji” a voice said. This made Hiruzen jumped in surprise, but sat down the next second and saw the person who spoke. It was a man with snow white hair and blue eyes and wore a gold and silver battle kimono.

“Who are you?” asked Hiruzen. Hiruzen was shocked because this man was able to enter this room without him noticing and the ANBU in the room wasn’t able to notice him either. Hiruzen decided to put his “book" back in the drawer and look closely at the man.

“Aww you forgot little old me Hokage-jiji” Naruto replied with anime tears. This triggered a memory of Naruto in the Hokage’s brain. The only man that referred to himself, the God of Shinobi, as Hokage-jiji was only Naruto himself. Now that he looked at him, even though he has different hair color and hairstyle there still remained the blue eyes showing determination, yet aloof can be seen and the same cat like whiskers on his cheek. Hiruzen stood up and hugged Naruto tightly

“Naruto my boy it’s been too long, how are you?” Hiruzen said as he cried slightly. Hiruzen treated Naruto as his own grandson and felt guilty that he couldn’t do more when Naruto was in Konoha in the early years.

“I’ve been good Jiji, I’ve experienced many things when I was away” Naruto gave the Hokage a smile “I would tell you the things, but firstly your ANBU must go away.”

‘A sensor, and a highly skilled one too’ thought all the ANBU

“ANBU you may go back to the headquarters” ordered the Hokage

“Hai Hokage-sama” all of them answered and flickered away to the headquarters. Naruto sat down and told his story about meeting a person called Subete no Kami and how he met his parents and how he trained in the many arts of the Shinigami and taijutsu from his surrogate father and how the Kyuubi trained him in the arts of ninjutsu and Hiruzen faltered at the mention of the Kyuubi. The two talked for hours end. Since Naruto already met his parents, it was time for Naruto to get his inheritance.

“Naruto this is the key to the mansion of Minato and Kushina, and I’m giving you the money of the Uzumaki and Namikaze clan, totaling to 100,000,000 million ryo. Hiruzen said as he gave the key and bank account to Naruto

“By the way, do you want to know the secret of my father against paperwork?” Naruto grinned as Hiruzen’s interest peaked.

“Do tell Naruto” Hiruzen pleaded

“Simple, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu” Naruto laughed while Hiruzen drew a paper on his desk and wrote Hit on the paper as he slammed his head on it and kept muttering ‘Stupid Stupid Stupid.' Naruto sweatdropped at the scene.

“Thanks jiji” Naruto gave a smile “Well I’m going to go and check out the mansion. Naruto waved goodbye.

Hiruzen looked at Naruto as he was walking away. Many things going on his head as he sighed and sat down. ‘Naruto has grown strong on his own, forgive me Kushina and Minato for not always being there for Naruto when he was young’.

“Kit there’s a summoning contract hidden in the Namikaze mansion.” Kurama said suddenly. “The Phoenix contract, rarest of them all and strongest apart from the Dragon contract of the Otsutsuki clan, which you can get later on the moon”

Naruto raised an eyebrow on the mention of one of the strongest summoning contract, the Phoenix contract.

--Namikaze Mansion--

“There it is kit, put the key on the hole and put your blood on the seal” Naruto nodded and did as what he was told.

The gate opened and Naruto saw the grass was trimmed like someone was here ‘Must be some sort of seal’ Naruto thought.

Naruto went inside in one of the rooms that had ‘Contracts’ on top.

“This is it kit, the Phoenix summoning contract of the Uzumaki clan” Kurama said as she mentally grinned to Naruto.

Naruto went outside the mansion as Naruto put blood on the contract and Naruto’s hand went through the symbol of Boar-> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram and slammed his hand on the floor yelling ‘Kuchiyose no Jutsu’ With a puff of smoke there came a giant 60 feet tall phoenix with white flames and beautiful white feathers and crimson eyes, one word comes to mind looking at this phoenix, elegant.

“I am Eternus the boss summon of the Phoenix hailing from Mount Eternity.” Eternus stated and continued “Who has summoned me?”

“I am Naruto Otsutsuki and the successor to the Subete no Kami, my surrogate father.” Naruto replied and politely bowed.

“Ah Naruto-sama my apologies” Eternus apologized as he knew the status of Subete no Kami, his creator.

“For you to get my approval, you must challenge me to a battle” Naruto nodded and put a hand on Eternus’s shoulder and used Kamui to go to a barren land for them to go all out.

“Very well let me start this battle” Eternus said as he prepared his jutsu. “ Fenikkusu Sutairu: Eien no Hono” (Phoenix Style: Eternal Flames). Eternus sent white flames towards Naruto’s direction as the dirt and rock melted. Naruto uses Kamui to become intangible and dodge the jutsu. Naruto’s eyes changed to his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. (Sasuke’s EMS design) “My turn!” yelled Naruto. Naruto’s left eye started to bleed as he used Amaterasu. Huge black flames appeared as it traveled to Eternus. Eternus wasn’t able to react as black flames hit him. “Ahh! What are these flames?” Eternus shrieked. Without a choice Eternus resorted to using Fenikkusu Saisei (Phoenix Regeneration) to heal his wounds.

“It’s time to end this” Naruto calmly said as he prepared to use his Kido.

“Hado #90. Kurohitsugi (Black Coffin)” Naruto muttered as a huge black coffin engulfed Eternus with black spears piercing the coffin. It took 2 seconds for the coffin to disappear and Eternus’s huge body fell down as he lost a huge amount of blood.

‘Shit even though I used a tenth of its power, it was too powerful for him’ Naruto thought as he gritted his teeth.

Naruto remembered that he can heal him with Kido. “Chiyudou #94: Kaifuku no Kanryou.”(Completely Recovery) Naruto muttered as he infused reiatsu into Eternus and a bright light appeared on Eternus and in a matter of seconds Eternus looked brand new again.

“I thank you Naruto-sama, you have won this battle so you may summon as you like” Eternus said with a bow

Naruto shook his head and replied “No no, it was my fault. I didn’t know how strong it was” Naruto apologized.

Eternus returned to Mount Eternity with a puff of smoke and Naruto sighed. He didn’t knew he was this strong compared to others and had to create a seal to restrict his powers in case he hurts someone. Naruto then went back to Konoha and went to sleep in the Namikaze mansion.
