As I fly in the distant sky, I see numerable monsters, mostly F rank, but some are D- Rank, but none of them interests me.

What I am looking for, is a certain group of monsters that are the same ranks as me.

Maybe I can try to find those wolves I saw when I first came into this world.

If I remember right, they were two headed, green/blue colored and had a some sort of a horn at top of their heads.

Which reminds me, almost all of monsters here have some sort of demon looking traits, such as horns, for example. Also they have word Demon inside their name.

So main theme for monsters of this region on this continent is... Demons

Well alright, not going to complain, as long as I am getting EXP, I am all good even on exterminating whole Demon Race.

Also, I remembered having extra EXP that was left after killing that pig, but it seems it wasn't enough to LVL UP me to LVL 1.

Which goes to prove I need to start killing more stronger monsters.

Which is why I am searching for those wolves, since they are the only monsters that are D rank, but are in big groups.

Basically a pool of EXP for me.

Spending few hours flying in the sky, I finally found a group of 6 of those wolves, including among them a bigger wolf, with an even bigger demon horn.

This piqued my interest, especially that bigger wolf, who may be the leader of the pack.

I carefully glide towards the ground, preparing my [Dark Flame] to be ready at a right moment.

While doing that, I was also preparing my [Fangs of Darkness] and [Tail Swipe] so he can destroy the pack in one, fell swoop.

While he was falling down the sky,, the wolves finally noticed, Voltigod at exact same moment fired off [Dark Flame]

As the flame made of pure darkness landed, 2 out 6 wolves immediately died due to heat and [Curse] effect, other 2 didn't get damaged much, but they still got the effect, so they would sooner or later. The final 2 wolves including the pack leader, weren't fazed at all.

While the notification for the two wolves that died immediately appeared, the other two wolves were slowly lying on the ground and dying slowly, so he would let them die without his interference.

Leaving those two, only two wolves remained, including that big wolf.

As he landed on the ground. Voltigod immediately rushed with it's four legs towards the 5th wolf and using the [Tail Swipe] he immediately killed the wolf because the tail fractured the wolf's skull.

At the same time, the other two wolves also died, leaving the big wolf only remaining.

While staring upon the wolf fiercely, I take a look in my status.

Looking at my status, I felt proud at my growth by just killing 5 measly wolves.

Just then, I feel a strange form of pressure forming around the horn of the wolf.

2 seconds later, a laser suddenly fired off from the wolf's horn.

Already feeling pressure, I was prepared for such a move, and immediately dodged to right.

The laser passed the place where I was moments earlier, and hits the ground slightly behind that spot, causing the explosion.

Immediately after that, I took a look at the stats, and skills of the wolf.

Looking at this wolf's stats, I feel mostly shocked, because one wolf can be so strong, but also excited, because this guy IS strong and will reward me with much EXP after I kill it.

Althrough I can deduce what most skills do just by their names, I am still wondering about one skill.

"System, can you use [Observe] to tell me what you know about [Blessing of the Moon]?"

[Blessing of the Moon is a unique skill that grants it's user the temporal buff of HP and MP by 25% for a short amount of time, but only can be used when its night and if used on daylight it will leave huge amount of mental damage on its body in exchange for the buff]

"Wow, didn't expect you to give you so much info about this skill System."

Anyway now I know how to play my cards. Thank god its daylight and he can't use the skill to get the buff unless be wants to willingly kill himself for me.

Wait... if he does that... I will not get the EXP from him !!!

I got to prevent that. The wolf seems smart enough so when he knows he will lose, he will sacrifice himself to stop my growth.

Not today little-but-big doggo.

Having my [Fangs of Darkness] still on standby, I immediately run towards him.

But suddenly, like a wind he disappears.

Not knowing where he went, I look around and feel again that pressure from before.

I immediately try to dodge, but its no use since I was too late to notice it and got hit by [Laser Beam].

Oh. My. God.

It hurts so fucking much. And it hit me right in the left leg.

I can barely walk now. Knowing that, I immediately take flight with my black wings, and observe where that beam came from.

Then I notice the wolf running towards me, charging another one of these beams of death.

"Oh, we don't do that here, doggo"

Immediately I fly towards him, knowing what he wants me to do.

Immediately, the wolf smiles evilly and fires the laser again as he slows down due to MP exhaustion and overuse of [Laser Beam]

Knowing this, I immediately dodge that beam and start flying towards the wolf with such speed he isn't able to dodge my [Fangs of Darkness]

But even though I slashed him with my powerful fangs that were dark as pure night, he was still alive, but not for long because he still got cursed.

Alright, this is it, just one more hit, and he is dead.

Suddenly, a white glowing aura started enveloping the half-dead shivering wolf, slowly but surely to envelop him in next few seconds.

"Oh no no no, you can't do that doggo, this is not in our agreement."

Immediately knowing what he wants to do, I rush towards him in unimaginable speed, and appear next to wolf in one second.

I open my mouth and use [Bite] towards his neck. Immediately after, the white glowing aura started disappearing into the air, proving that my one kill move was effective.

I have LVL UP 3 times after killing the big wolf. I actually expected it to be less, but as I said, I am not complaining.

Now that I finished this pack, I should again try to find another pack with maybe even more wolves, so I can gain more EXP for my second evolution.

Anyway, since I have nothing to do, I spread my black wings, and again take flight onto this expansive world.
