“This Ancient Ruins sure is wide. Do you have any idea what this Ancient Ruins does?”

I’ve been walking around checking the whole place if there’s any clue as to why me and Messiah was summoned here, but there’s no significant information I can use to deduce what relation does this place have with me and to Messiah to be summoned here.

“Young One, this Ancient Ruins has a very complex and elaborate formations and rune carvings all around it, but I am not sure as to what is the purpose of these carvings. This carvings is different as to what [Fantashiem] have. Even I know all kinds of [Mana Rune Language] and [Magic Formation Overlay], but this Ancient Ruins have its own way of using the carvings and its own rune language. I’m also thinking that these carvings are just decoration on its own and don’t really even have a function.”

I’m not sure if his bragging or really giving out information, but he really didn’t help with what he just said.

“You’re saying that this carvings around might give us a clue but you don’t understand it because this is a different world, right? So the solution to that problem is to probably learn this world’s Runes and Magic Formations for us to understand these carvings.”

It’s quite typical for this kind Ancient Ruins, if this is a Summoning Alter, to have these carvings to have a function what so ever when you read a lot of fantasy novels but even with that I don’t have the slightest idea on how this things work.

“……Young One, since when have you been you using that head of yours?”

“Hey! That’s really mean. Hah~ so there’s really nothing we can do here huh. If I had all the game system function I should already have figured out at least where we are.”

This dude really can’t read the mood. I signed as I remember how game system really helped the players because of how convenient it is.

“Game syst... what? What are you talking about?”

“You know, like how we can see our own information, we can also see what we have done in the [Activity Log]. Whoa!!”

“What?”

All of the sudden a transparent window that looks exactly the same to my [Status] window appeared but this one is called [Activity Log].

[Activity Log] does what exactly it sounds like. It has the records of all the things you’ve done. This includes the [Quest] and its date, time and place. All the battles you did and all the [Achievements] and [Rewards] you got.

“[Dragon God • Shelzards Temple] and [DragonEye Plains]…….”

“What? What are those names? And why were you surprised before? ”

“Ah, [Dragon God • Shelzards Temple] seems to be the name of this Ancient Ruins, and [DragonEye Plains] is the name of this lands.”

“How did you know?”

“Well, it says in the [Activity Log] that were in the [Dragon God • Shelzards Temple] in the lands of [DragonEye Plains]. It also says its 2:16 in the afternoon.”

“Ah! That’s right. Your species have the access to the ‘Records’. So that’s why you get the information. I really need to get the flow of Mana to follow my will. With that I also will be able to have the authority and manipulate these worlds [Records].”

Does Messiah really love to talk to himself? I guess this is the effect of being sealed in the Spirits Holy Lands for hundreds of years.

“Hey~ care to explain? You’re mumbling to yourself again?”

“My Apologies, Young One. This information is not known to your species but I guess it’s ok to explain it you as the both of us are bounded by [Soul Contract]. The Mana that I manage has the ‘Records’. The ‘Records’ have all the information of the world. Your species have the access to the ‘Records’ that’s why you can see your own information, this includes the things that you’ve done and the things that you own. But because this is a foreign world that I don’t manage, I don’t have the authority to do anything to these worlds ‘Records’. That is the reason why I don’t have the information about the carvings in this Ancient Ruins, or I should call it Temple now.”

Long! But I think I get it. Messiah is talking about the Game’s System. The [Status] and [Activity Log] is just one of the functions that this ‘Records’ have.

“So I still have the access to use other functions?”’

And I’m right. [Inventory], [Abilities], [Titles], [Jobs], [Quest], [Bestiary], [Documents] and [Mini-Map] windows appeared when I tried to think of them.

“This…… This is very good~ I thought that I’m already OP but there’s also the System Cheat!! Hahahaha!!”

“Young One, you’re being strange again. Get a hold of yourself.”

I walked to the corner and sat down. At least I don’t look crazy grinning in the middle of the Temple if I sat down, right?

“Hehe, sorry Messiah. Let’s postpone the exploration for now. I’ll just confirm everything here in my end. It’ll be boring because I’m going to check everything I have, but just bear with me.”

All the things I have in the game are inside the [Inventory] so I’m not going to starve even for a year but I should check everything and go investigate why this happened to me.

“It’s ok. I can explore the whole vicinity by myself. Settle whatever your problems there. Let’s form a plan on whatever information we get here, you understand?”

After advising me, the sword or to be exact Messiah started to glow and leave the sword. A Floating Orb double the size of my head started to talk to me while I was dumbfounded.

“Hey, why do you look so surprised?”

“Ah, so you can take that form too? You can move around by yourself, huh.”

“I’m a Spirit so this much should be common sense. You’re really strange, Young One.”

“Ok, ok you look around and tell me if there’s anything weird or helpful, ok?”

“Yes, I understand, I’ll get back soon”

And the Floating Orb that look exactly like IO from D*TA II started to float away.

“On Earth it’s common sense that spirits doesn’t exist though. Hah~ Ok! Let’s confirm everything here.”

I readied myself and started to walk to the exit of the Temple.

“It’s really good that everything I have in the game is with me. I don’t even have to worry about camping as I have the [Magic Cottage] with me.”

At the exit of the Temple, I can see Messiah floating and slowly coming towards me. There’s also a very small, green colored Floating Orb the size of a tennis ball floating near Messiah.

“Sup, you found anything?”

“There’s nothing in this Temple. Everywhere is the same but I really commend the person who made this structure. Even though I don’t understand the carvings, I can feel that everything is connected to the right place and there is no error. It’s just a shame that this place is broken. Let’s come back here in the future to study this place after we learned these carvings and investigate it.”

I’m already planning on investigating this Temple, as it must hold the answer as to why I’m summoned here. It’s even named after a Dragon God.

“That’s a good idea, let’s do that. So what’s that another floating orb next to you?”

“You don’t know? Ah, whatever. This is an ‘Lower Wind Spirit’. I talked to it after meeting him while checking the outer parts of the Temple. This spirit just evolved from an [Infant Wind Spirit] but this child knows the lands around here so it should be helpful.

Right, I remember now. Those Floating Orbs in the game are Spirits. So that’s why when I use [Spirit Magic], the orbs around me gather. I didn’t really paid attention to it. It’s just that using [Spirit Magic] cost less mana than using [Magic Spells].

“Alright, but does this Spirit know any human settlement nearby?”

Then Messiah started to talk.

“It said that it doesn’t know any but the north is an empty plateau, the west is all oceans and south is vast wastelands. The only way to get out these lands is to the Mountain Ranges in the east. So it’s says.”

“Wait, this Spirit, he can understand me?”

“You’re a [Spirit Sage], right? Of course this child understands you. It even wants to come with you.”

Yeah right, of course [Spirit Sage]. I have that Job.

“Can’t this Spirit speak? It’ll be easier if it can”

I’ll also have a cute companion to talk too if it does.

“It had to evolve into a full pledge [Wind Spirit] before it can communicate. It just evolved, but if you take care of this child it shouldn’t be long before it evolves again.”

Aw~, it looks cute though so it’s still ok.

“Well, that’s a shame. Ok, we just need to go east right? It’s not like we have any choice. Anything else I need to be aware of?”

“This child says that there’s no ‘Monsters’ until you reach the Mountain Ranges but……”

“But?”

“This child said that the Mountain Ranges are the territory of the Wyverns and that it is led by a Dragon”

“Ohh….”

It should have been obvious, right? This Temple is the [Dragon God • Shelzard Temple] and this place is called the [DragonEye Plains].
