“Rover’s End…” A young man clad in dark clothes stands proudly as he looks over the peninsula.
From where he stands, he couldn’t see where it ends, as hills with overgrown trees. Besides him is another man about the same age as his, carrying a short sword that dangles on his side.
“There were 2 threads about this place. But both got taken down since people think they’re trolling.”
“Are they?”
“Probably. They we’re saying that an NPC killed them and there was no prompt from the system about anything else except the map.”
His companion stayed silent as they traverse the forest going deeper on the peninsula.
“I think he has wolves so be careful. And if I recall correctly, we can get some [Fiscals Orb] on a cave nearby.”
Unbeknown to the two that the farmer that they are talking about is already stalking them.
“Why am I being dragged into this?”
“You’re the tank while I do the damage.”
“Who goes there?” Bob aims his bow at the adventurers.
“I’m Peeler29 and this is MufflePuffle.”
Bob’s eyes twitch when he heard the names
‘Their names are getting weirder and weirder.’
“We’re here to learn about you… So if you could put your bow down I would be grateful.”
Bob stays silent and didn’t remove his aim.
“Err…Uhm… How about this. In return for not killing us, you can ask us anything.”
Bob ponders for a moment and thought about the opportunity that he ha before him to learn more about the adventurers.
“That name floating on your head, what does it say?”
“floating on our head? Oh, you mean our names. Mine is Peeler29 and as you can see his is MufflePuffle.”
“Why did you come here?”

“As I said before we are here to learn anything from you.”
“Then how about skills, those fancy moves that you do that releases some form of magic.”
“Oh, you mean this?”
[Quickshot]
Two consecutive arrows coated in green light comes out from the bow despite not having any arrows nocked on it. In response Bob immediately pulls back his bow and aims it at the archer, despite not being the target
‘I couldn’t see it.’ Bob’s mind went blank while still drawing his bow.
The adventurer smiles back at him. “We don’t mean any harm; we just want some information.”
After some thought Bob agrees to it but he maintains his distance. He guides them to a specific part of the forest, near the farthest look out by the roadside where the traps were, before it was disabled by the Alchemist.
The following interaction became redundant for the adventurer but for Bob it was clarification for everything that he has learned so far. Questions about the skills as well as the function of these so-called items. But knowing that his memories is not trust worthy in remembering a lot of information at the same time, his question falls to what has stayed with him the most.
As the question and answers flows the question becomes more complicated.
“Your hostility towards us seems to have come from something”
“I have met decent adventurers before… Best and Light, I think their name was.” He paused for a moment
“What created this hostility?”
“3 adventurers, one knowledgeable in witchcraft, another wielding a sword that could cut the ground and a monster that disappears in plain sight.”
The two adventurers look at each other confused. One could see them whispering to each other.
“If you promise to wait here and not venture further in this place, I will give you some crystals that you seek in the cave.”

The responded with a nod. Then bob left promising to return with the crystals
“I think that’s enough for now.”
“At least his storyline fine. I think there’s a hidden quest here or something.”
“You really can’t inspect him. I tried many times, even the environment is having a seizure. You can inspect some but not all of them.”
“Those idiots probably kicked his chickens or something.” The warrior laughs.
Bob returns with a small leather pouch filled with 4 different crystals of varying sizes. The archer opens it and with a glint in his eyes
“What!?” He shouted and immediately took out all the crystals.
Frantically waving his hand in front of him while a big smile is all over his face. All the while his companion is asking him what it is but he is too busy to answer his questions.
“These… these are amazing.”
“What is it.”
“[Medium-Grade Crystals] they’re used to enhance artifacts. And you can only get so much of these since the can only be farmed at bottom floors.”
Taking the opportunity to learn more and seeing that they are more reasonable like the first and 2nd adventurer that he has met.
“If you return tomorrow at this exact spot with more knowledge, I’ll be happy to give you more.”
Saying their last farewell, they parted ways. Bob went straightway to the farthest look out to observe where they could be going.
“The devs are probably busy maintaining the server since launch.” The archer said to the warrior.
“Well we got something. We’ll pick it up again later, I still got work.”
“Same time?”
The warrior replied with a nod before waving his hand and disappearing into thin air with blue light covering his disappearance.
From the distance Bob wasn’t able to see the instance clearly, but he could faintly see he immediate transition of the adventurer to solid body into light and as if like smoke, disappears into thin air.
“Alright then, where to next?” He said to himself.
The adventurer sat down, twirling his fingers and reading from the air. Such is the scene that Bob can see from his spot.
“It would have been a lot easier if you were down there.” Bob observes while writing the things that he had learn earlier.
“We couldn’t risk them exposing my identity, sire.” He replies as he looks over Bob shoulders.
The writing on the piece of paper is by no means alien to Jack but he could clearly see the difference in penmanship compared to those books that he has read. Then from that distance he saw another adventurer, approaching the ones they have previously encountered.
Their conversation is inaudible from their spot even for Jack with his heightened senses.
