Chapter 8 - Preparing To Become An Alchemist

Consolidating one's foundation is not a very difficult process. They should either go out and fight or they could sit and wait until their body gets used to the sudden rise in strength. This is especially true for those who are only at the Body Strengthening Realm and building their foundation.

"To the market, I am going to buy some materials." Arthur Vermillion.

After walking for a couple of minutes, they've reached their destination. Arthur purposely slowed down his steps to have more time chatting with Rose Jade, whilst Rose Jade replied to him with her head down, her cheeks red.

At the moment, the White Alyssum Market was bustling with people. Arthur looked at Rose Jade and nodded his head, signaling her to follow him.

They stopped at a shop that Arthur went when he bought the 'Hundred Year Old Ginseng'. It's a pretty well-known shop and some of the product's price here is lower than the other shops which is why a lot of customers come here.

And at this moment, a medium built man came rushing towards the direction of Arthur Vermillion and Rose Jade. This was the same person who attended to Arthur when he came here, and also the owner of the shop.

The medium-built man was leisurely reading a newspaper and drinking a coffee when the two youths pushed open his shop's door. He immediately threw the cup he was holding, spilling the coffee all over the floor and ran towards the direction of them in a flash.

"Two young masters, is there anything that I may need my assistance of?"

Although he mentioned "two" young masters, his eyes clearly locked on to Rose Jade and only glanced at Arthur once. Thick bulging veins appeared on Arthur's forehead when he saw this and said coldly: "I am the one buying."
